We had a great time. Was big enough for all of us. Was very private the pavilion was great. The kids enjoyed the sand volleyball. Our dog enjoyed the large area too. The only thing I would suggest is to have more towels Overall it was great!!!

Over all property is pretty and nice and big but that’s all I say about that. The beds sucked and no one sleep well. No handrail to get in the house in the front and they have 2 steps with a pretty good drop to the first step. No handrail to get out of huge master bathtub my parents almost fell. Genevieve, the house manager was amazing! Every time we needed something she was great at doing what she can for you. The tv didn’t have a cord. THERE IS NO WI-FI. Which won’t be a problem however we had absolutely no signal at the house at all so if there was an emergency we couldn’t have even called for help. There was no extra or very clean sheets we tried using a couch bed and we had to use 2 blankets cuz there wasn’t sheets there anywhere. There was no toaster or cooking sheets. There was no trash bags or soap to do dishes and I don’t remember reading that no of that was there. The house owner was not very caring and considerate, we was trying to work with him and move our date and he wouldn’t do anything. (Monday my son came down with Covid, Tuesday my truck broke down) so I was asking to move our date to next year he said since he doesn’t have dates open and it’s after the cancellation date sorry for you luck. He didn’t try to offer a different date this year (which he could of easily said since we don’t have books open that far I can’t change you for that date but is there maybe a date later this month or next month we might be able to get you moved to?)

Well kept, clean, secluded property. Under 10 minutes to drive to the river. Property has it's own shower and toulet house, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and fire pit. Main house is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 2 fold out couches. Cabin has 2 sets of bunk beds and a loft with another bed. Good air-conditioning in both. Greta came by to great us on the first night. She is very kind and amazing. Great place, great service. Definitely coming back.
