Cozy Home- 2 King/ 2 Queen , 5 minutes to DT St. Paul

We all loved the house, it was roomy, nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our three night stay in St. Paul and Tim, the owner, was very communicative via the VRBO app. While some parts of the listing were inaccurate (i.e., bedroom layouts), the home met our needs. After our stay, we offered constructive feedback to Tim and he was receptive and indicated things would be updated via the app and in-home manual.

Tim's place was big enough for the 7th of us. It was nice, clean, and had everything we needed to make ourselves home. The place was centrally located to MOA, Airport etc. We didn't find out how centrally located we were to family that lived in Minnesota until we arrived. It worked out perfectly since we didn't have to travel far to see family and friends. Communication with Tim was right on point. I messaged him and he responded within minutes. The house itself was cleaned and the temperature was kept warm, since we traveled during winter, it was nice to come to the house after a long day out and not feel freezing cold. Would totally stay there again.

We stayed at Tim’s place for a family weekend. Great location and Tim was super responsive.

Roomy, updated, full kitchen, wash/dryer and super high speed internet! Came to visit mall of America and location was perfect away from downtown. Hosts communication telling us when house was ready for us and if we needed anything to let him know was spot on. Everything worked, was comfortable/clean and would def stay here again. Keurig with coffee waiting for us and complimentary water was a bonus. Thank you!
