I loved the location of the property. The property manager was very responsive. The lack of screens on the windows made it a challenge to leave the windows open. It was clean and ready when we arrived.

Satisfied Easy to keep tidy, tile floors. Absolutely stunning roof terrace. Nice snack bar next to the house, and bakery, butcher and small general store 100m away (uphill). The internet worked well and the TV had enough channels. Water was running under the terrace door on the inside during heavy rain. Small problems with the washing machine, could be due to the user.

Very nice sightseeing over Funchal and the sea on the second floor terrace where we had our breakfasts, beautiful and well-equipped house. Shops and restaurants near by, 5 to 15 minutes from Funchal by car. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosa
