The weekend was a Christmas gift to our kids including tubing at Snow Trails. The cabin was so cozy! We spent our weekend working on puzzles, eating, drinking, playing foosball, cornhole and other games! The gas fireplace and the hot tub were a bonus! It snowed while we were there which made it more beautiful!

Every year my family (9) get together for a long weekend of enjoying each since we live long distances apart. Our stay here allowed us personal space as well as the ability to all sit together for dinner. No us the hot tub was large enough for 6/7 at a time. I will want to come back.

This is our third time starting in this cabin. It's so cute! Lots of space for the kids to play if it's rainy, a nice shaded deck area to eat and relax, a hot tub out on the deck and a cute firepit area. We had a great trip. We ran into a couple maintenance issues: The grill igniter was broken (for the second year in a row) so we had to lift the really dirty grates to light the grill. The property manager was responsive and said they didn't realize it wasn't working and had previously fixed it. The grill really needs a thorough cleaning of the cooking surface as well! The kitchen wasn't as well stocked with utensils/pans/etc. as it was before. The cabin is really clean and is a quick drive to lots of fun things to do!

We stayed for a long weekend for our daughter’s graduation from Kenyon College and had a great time. So much room for everyone and a pretty, wooded setting for this sweet cabin. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, keurig coffee, and the hot tub! Thank you!

Home was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all eleven of us. Kids and adults loved the foosball table. It was so nice to have seating enough we could all eat together too. Enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. The only suggestion would be to have more silverware and sharper knives.

Me and my siblings rented this cabin to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. It was the perfect spot! We loved the hot tub and the view. So beautiful! We couldn't have asked for a better location.

Pluses: The location and property itself were beautiful (we loved the covered outdoor seating area) and hosts were prompt in communication! Minuses: The ceiling in the basement was unfinished and the pipes dripped all over the gaming area. The most frustrating part of our stay, however, was that the hot tub was absolutely FILTHY. I can't imagine how long it had been since it was cleaned because it was overflowing with foam from skin oils, lotions, etc. to the extent that the adults were too disgusted to get in. Adding more chlorine did nothing to fix the problem. Our nieces did get in and there was so much foam that they were using a boogie board to bail it out of the tub.

The cabin was exactly like the pictures and very clean. Kitchen was stocked well and beds very comfortable. There were 8 adults in our group and we had plenty of room to spread out. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This cabin is one of the best cabins we’ve stayed in. We all used to meet in Hocking Hills for a girls getaway and this cabin is much better than any of the ones we’ve stayed at in Hocking. We are a group of 14 women and the size of this cabin is perfect. The area of Butler is a beautiful drive and place to stay. The cabin is well stocked for towels and kitchenware and anything in between. The place is well maintained and very clean. We are already planning our trip to this cabin for next year which will make it our third stay in 3 years. Highly recommend for big groups and the cost is very reasonable.

I booked this GORGEOUS cabin for my sister's Bachelorette party and it did not disappoint at all. Everything was perfect, clean and ready to go. The host was so responsive even when we were there and had questions. It was so comfortable and fit all of us very nicely. I wouod live here if i could! Cant wait to book again

The house was very clean and in good condition. The bathrooms had nice showers and the property was great for a large group. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook. The driveway was challenging in the snow for a 2 wheel drive vehicle. The scenery was picturesque.

A complete and informative booklet for renters is made available through the website and at the home. The home was very clean and very comfortable. Everyone in our group loved this property! There were a few small hiccups but the hosts were very easy to communicate with. The layout of the property was perfect for our group: the lower level was a cozy hangout spot for the tween and teen cousins in our group to catch up with privacy from us adults hanging out on the main level. The main level was just as cozy and well-equipped for the adults, with the bedrooms spaced in such a way that each couple had maximum privacy. The only thing disappointing about the property was that we could tell we were missing out on a phenomenal view by not staying in the summer or fall, so we just might have to book again!

My husband and I along with our kids and their families had plenty of space and everything we needed for a fun 5 days! Great location for going to Mohican, Malabar Farm, Arboretum and other activities as well as restaurants. We all could sit around the big table and eat together. The hot tub and covered deck were in use quite a bit. Very quiet when everyone went to sleep. Communication with the hosts was immediate.

My only complaints are the leather couches (not comfortable to any of us) and the configuration of the outside amenities….the fire pit area was not accessible (no paths) and it is completely in a different area from the hot tub. In other words, if you have part of your party in the hot tub and part around the fire, they are on opposite sides of the property. Also, please have fooseball balls so my son can play, he was disappointed in not being able to use that item. The communication and personal touches were fantastic. The coffee machine worked very well for our group. I would give the property 4.25 stars out of 5. We had a great time overall.

We came for a family getaway with 8 adults and 6 children between 2 and 6 years old. There was more than enough space for everyone and the 6 little ones loved the bedroom with 6 twin beds! We loved having 2 large tables for dining, games, puzzles, cookie decorating, crafts and coloring. Beautiful setting in the woods! So many wonderful memories created!

Timber Ridge was a wonderful place to spend a relaxing weekend away! The property was clean and well-stocked and a perfect place to spend a girls weekend. Jana was easy to communicate with and we found the cabin exactly as it was portrayed in the photos. We would definitely stay here again!

My group really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, cozy, and intimate. The hosts responded immediately to any requests or questions that we had. I would recommend this space for family and friends gatherings. My only crtiique would be that we had trouble with the lock code and door on the patio.

The property is in a beautiful location and close to local attractions. There is plenty of room for bigger groups and the room in the lower level with six beds was a huge hit for the kids! The cabin is spacious and well appointed, and the fire pit area is great for relaxing. The owner was very quick and detailed with all communications. We had a family get together weekend. The place was as advertised and we enjoyed our time mostly outside on the covered deck. Any questions we had were answered very promptly. The guidebook that we received via email before our trip was great additional information. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

The weekend was a Christmas gift to our kids including tubing at Snow Trails. The cabin was so cozy! We spent our weekend working on puzzles, eating, drinking, playing foosball, cornhole and other games! The gas fireplace and the hot tub were a bonus! It snowed while we were there which made it more beautiful!

The Cabin was nice with a decent amount of room. Plenty of beds for the extended family. The proximity to Mohican State Park (20min) was the best part. Jump on Rt 3 and your there.

My husband and I along with our kids and their families had plenty of space and everything we needed for a fun 5 days! Great location for going to Mohican, Malabar Farm, Arboretum and other activities as well as restaurants. We all could sit around the big table and eat together. The hot tub and covered deck were in use quite a bit. Very quiet when everyone went to sleep. Communication with the hosts was immediate.

Beautiful setting in the Mohican area. It’s a quick drive to the park entrance as well as great dining. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We went as a friend group that all agreed that this would be a great place for families as well.

Thus is our family Christmas gift for all of our kids. We have been coming here for several years and everyone requests ti come back ti this same cabin. Very close and convenient for skiing or tubing and then a nice warm cabin to rest, relax and enjoy family time. It’s a perfect size and layout for our rather large family! Thank you!

This cabin is one of the best cabins we’ve stayed in. We all used to meet in Hocking Hills for a girls getaway and this cabin is much better than any of the ones we’ve stayed at in Hocking. We are a group of 14 women and the size of this cabin is perfect. The area of Butler is a beautiful drive and place to stay. The cabin is well stocked for towels and kitchenware and anything in between. The place is well maintained and very clean. We are already planning our trip to this cabin for next year which will make it our third stay in 3 years. Highly recommend for big groups and the cost is very reasonable.

This is our third time starting in this cabin. It's so cute! Lots of space for the kids to play if it's rainy, a nice shaded deck area to eat and relax, a hot tub out on the deck and a cute firepit area. We had a great trip. We ran into a couple maintenance issues: The grill igniter was broken (for the second year in a row) so we had to lift the really dirty grates to light the grill. The property manager was responsive and said they didn't realize it wasn't working and had previously fixed it. The grill really needs a thorough cleaning of the cooking surface as well! The kitchen wasn't as well stocked with utensils/pans/etc. as it was before. The cabin is really clean and is a quick drive to lots of fun things to do!

Home was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all eleven of us. Kids and adults loved the foosball table. It was so nice to have seating enough we could all eat together too. Enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. The only suggestion would be to have more silverware and sharper knives.

We came for a family getaway with 8 adults and 6 children between 2 and 6 years old. There was more than enough space for everyone and the 6 little ones loved the bedroom with 6 twin beds! We loved having 2 large tables for dining, games, puzzles, cookie decorating, crafts and coloring. Beautiful setting in the woods! So many wonderful memories created!
