Tooker Casa del Sol San José del Cabo, 5 Bedroom Private Pool and Spa

Everything about it was a wonderful experience. Chris, the host, helped me all along the way. I was originally going to rent the house next door but even though that was more expensive he suggested his other house because he thought it suited our purpose better. I am so thankful to himHe also had beer, wine and sodas stocked for us in the refrigerator. The kitchen was well stocked an suited for a profession chef. The out door kitchen was perfect for our group as well.Giovanni, the caretaker was also wonderful. He met us at the house to give us a tour and show us how everything worked. He contacted us during our stay to see that everything was alright. Every bed in the house was high quality and amazingly comfortable. It was in a gated community that was quite, peaceful and extremely safe. The pool and hot tub and comfortable patio furniture was another major plus. So relaxing and beautiful!!The photos don't do it justice. We could not have been happier with this dream house. Thanks again Chris.

The house was fabulous. The beds were firm and there were amenities. Shampoo and TP and cooking spices. We have a large “chosen family” reunion/birthday and rented the two houses next to each other. This house has a private pool that one can pay a little extra to heat. It was warm enough where we welcomed the refreshing water so didn’t heat it. But we did heat the other house pool next door. Chris was a gracious host and accommodated our mature large group with all of its changes and challenges with requests perfectly. He even arranged connection to a local restaurant for us to have a DJ party. His connections to chefs and massage folks really came in handy. We utilized them multiple days in our week stay. Navigating different groups with no real intel can be challenging and Chris shined throughout and was accommodating and a great communicator. Highly recommend this house and the one next door for large groups (and small ones too). Thanks Chris for making our gathering successful!

Great space.

It is hard to find a home with 4 bedrooms all with king size beds. Perfect for adult couples or family. Beautiful, large patio area with pool, hot tub, lounge chairs for 6 as well as outdoor table with six chairs and additional chairs on upper patio. Very nice landscaping and private, enclosed area. Open kitchen, dining and living area with full view of patio area. Would highly recommend. Very nice neighborhood, gated. Host and property manager were very prompt and gracious in answering any questions.

My wife and I rented both the villa and casa for our wedding in Cabo a few weeks ago. I don't even know where to begin. Chris, the owner, sent us a ton of information before checking in about the house, transportation, additional services, restaurants, etc. He was also extremely easy to contact throughout the trip if we needed anything. His house manager, Irma, was there to greet us and show us around both properties. In addition to managing the properties, she is also available to do group dinners. We hired her for multiple dinners and the food was amazing and so fresh, not to mention how sweet Irma and her daughter were. The properties are in a gated neighborhood and we took walks every morning. Everyone that stayed with us felt safe and well cared for the whole time. The Casa definitely has more of a family feel to it. It has large bedrooms and comes well equipped with everything that you may need during your stay. We used the primary bathroom as a bridal getting ready space and it was perfect! I can not recommend these properties enough. Chris and Irma go above and beyond to make you feel like family. I will definitely stay at one of his properties if I am ever in the area again.
