Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk

Loved this hotel. Room was big enough for 5 adults. Nice to have a hot breakfast. Super easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to Waikiki shopping/restaurants.Hard Rock cafe is within 5 minutes. Had a really good meal there.

Great breakfast and the evening reception was fun

Incorrect & inconsistent information were given by staff. It impacted our trip plans and neither staff nor management gave a crap to apologize or make things right. Facilities were extremely old. Only two functioning and TINY elevators servicing an entire tower so enjoy waiting 5+ minutes for the elevator each time. Bathroom lock didn’t work in room and aome pillows smelled musty. No good view from no matter which side we faced. Building felt rundown and jank. Breakfast options were also low quality and there was always a long line always for omelets. Hotel was comparable in price to the Hilton Hawaiian village, yet embarrassing as hell to have booked for the family. Expected better from this chain and would have paid for a better hotel instead. Only decent aspect was its location, but there are many other options. Would never recommend this hotel to others as it was dampened our enjoyment of the trip.

Rooms clean staff helpful breakfast was good

Highly recommend for families because the living area and bedroom are separate. Breakfast was tasty too! My only complaint is the welcome drinks—the cocktails weren't that great for being in Waikiki. I wish they offered more choices for children, like juice.
