To begin the TV remote did not turn TV on/off and didn’t work for the volume. Floors were pretty dirty and the refrigerator was very dirty. The faucet in the sink had no filter to control the flow. Asked about ice and I was told that both ice machines did not work. There was no do not disturb sign for the door. Could not understand the man behind the counter. Very poor English. Also when I paid for the room, I was told there was an extra charge for using a credit card.

We were assigned a room on the second floor but two of the four stairways were blocked off with caution tape. We considered this a significant safety hazard. We asked for and were re-assigned to a first floor room. In the second room, the hook for the security bar had been ripped out of the wall, another safety hazard. There was no continental breakfast although it was advertised on the outside sign, an example of false advertising. The overall external appearance of the facility was shabby; it needs paint. On the plus side, the staff was courteous and helpful when we asked for another room and when we reported a noise issue in the parking lot. .

We loved being able to pull off I-77 and immediately be at a motel that could accommodate us and our dog. We liked to be able to park near our room's door. Our room was large, quiet, and comfortable. However, the sign outside for the motel and their Expedia ad said they served breakfast, and they didn't. They didn't even serve coffee! I have never in all my 76 years been to a motel that didn't serve coffee. Also, they had no ice and suggested I go to the Waffle House and ask them for some. The water for my morning was extremely hot, and when I tried to turn it down, I turned it off. Then I dried off with the thinnest towel I have ever seen. I am sorry to leave a negative review, as the person at the desk asked me to leave a nice one. At least I think that is what he said. He didn't speak English very well, and I had a hard time understanding him. Overall, it seemed we were in a foreign country, one that was not familiar with American customs.

Unprofessional. No wifi plus the credit card machine was not working when we first got there. The clerk wanted to write down the card information to try later. Not a chance. Homeless area. If I would’ve been by my self I wouldn’t of stayed.

The stay is ok but I wasn't able to take a shower. The hot water didn't work. The lady working said it was supposed to be fixed in a couple hours after check in but I left the next morning at 8 and there was still no hot water. Make sure the hot water is working and it is worth the stay.

The room was in need of a renovation. Pink toilet, sink, tub and shower. Very 80s. My wife killed a roach in the bathroom. Not cool. We told the lady at the desk. She said she would look into it. The Executive inn is less then executive. Not recommended.

Floor in room was filthy. I went to sleep because i was tired and woke up and turned light on and multiple roaches were crawling all around the room. Including the refrigerator. I checked out of hotel at 1 am and drove home to florida with no sleep. I will be making a complaint with the South Carolina health department

Reserved a king room but was told that they didn't have any. We had to settle for 2 queens. Then they charged us more for the room then what was on the reservation. Went to the room to inspect and it was dirty with mud foot prints in the room and a funny smell. Went to the second room and appeared cleaner so we decided to stay. There were dirty towels hanging on back of bathroom door but the room was clean enough for us to spend the one night.

I feel like they dont really clean the room... if everything was untouched they just continue to the next room... i went to waffle house and ordered food (i didnt eat it all) so i wanted to put it in the fridge in the room... someone left pizza, half eating burger and fried in the mini fridge

Booking got messed up, we arrived at 4am said we couldn’t check in until 2pm! So had to book for the 6th even though it was already the 7th, very rude guy at the front desk, originally only paid $45.00 for one night online, had to pay $92.00 more to check in early! Immediately after entering the room, we were attacked by COCKROACHES & BEDBUGS! I am highly allergic, as soon as I get bit I swell up and have to go get steroid shots at the ER! And yea I had to go, not even 6hours later cause it was unbearable! We refused to stay there and he refused to give us a refund or the manager’s name or number! Still haven’t heard anything back from them! But my medical statement and the videos I took of the hotel room don’t lie! DONT STAY HERE, SAVE YOURSELF!

The pictures on the internet did not reflect accurately the facility. The room was designated as an accessible room for handicap. It did not have adequate spacing. It had a standard toilet and their were no grab bars anywhere. We were concerned with the refrigerator and spoke with the manager. He said he would come to the room in 10 minutes. He never showed up.

First of all I reserved a king size bed but had to settle for a queen. Ask for a smoking room and the room that was given to me had a non-smoking plaque in it but the attendant swore to me that it was a smoking room without ashtrays. TV was not working properly and had to get it fixed. It worked properly for about 3 hours and then had to watch programs on my computer. Also had to take the pillows to the office to get pillowcases put on them. Pillow cases are extremely large for the pillows and bulging up making it hard to get a nice comfortable sleep

So ive stayed here before and evidently theyre pretty proud of that 2 star rating because nothing was improved from the last stay, a year ago. In the 4/5 star side, i think her name is Amira, she was very pleasant and fun to talk with. I honestly dont expect the ritz, but well first they didnt have the room i wanted which kept the service aspect to a 4, that was all Amira. The faucet is basically falling off, theres no phone in the room, maybe thats a new thing???, theres no way to charge your phone if you forget to bring ( which i did) an ac adapter, plenty of hot water for the shower that seriously needs some attention, fridge works good, walking distance to a conv. store and waffle house, overall clealiness is def a 2, there was a bug (not sure what species) on the sheet when i pulled the comforter back ( fortunately it was dead and that looked to b the only one) price point a little high for a 2 star but it was where i needed to b for what i was in town for. So ill probably stay there next year too and hopefully theyll put a little pride in their business and spiffy it up a little bit by then. Hopefully Amira will still be there to brighten my check in.

Lady at front desk was very friendly and quick to check me in. Room was basic but very clean, I didn't have high expectations as it was a $65 room for one night. It had everything I needed. King bed was wonderful.

This wasn’t an Executive Inn they are clean and well maintained. The clerk would only take cash for the pet deposit. The IRS will want to know what hey do with the cash. The sink was cracked, the sound didn’t work on the TV. Horrible stay but had to stay since we arrived at 10 pm and couldn’t find another room at a good hotel.

Booking got messed up, we arrived at 4am said we couldn’t check in until 2pm! So had to book for the 6th even though it was already the 7th, very rude guy at the front desk, originally only paid $45.00 for one night online, had to pay $92.00 more to check in early! Immediately after entering the room, we were attacked by COCKROACHES & BEDBUGS! I am highly allergic, as soon as I get bit I swell up and have to go get steroid shots at the ER! And yea I had to go, not even 6hours later cause it was unbearable! We refused to stay there and he refused to give us a refund or the manager’s name or number! Still haven’t heard anything back from them! But my medical statement and the videos I took of the hotel room don’t lie! DONT STAY HERE, SAVE YOURSELF!

So ive stayed here before and evidently theyre pretty proud of that 2 star rating because nothing was improved from the last stay, a year ago. In the 4/5 star side, i think her name is Amira, she was very pleasant and fun to talk with. I honestly dont expect the ritz, but well first they didnt have the room i wanted which kept the service aspect to a 4, that was all Amira. The faucet is basically falling off, theres no phone in the room, maybe thats a new thing???, theres no way to charge your phone if you forget to bring ( which i did) an ac adapter, plenty of hot water for the shower that seriously needs some attention, fridge works good, walking distance to a conv. store and waffle house, overall clealiness is def a 2, there was a bug (not sure what species) on the sheet when i pulled the comforter back ( fortunately it was dead and that looked to b the only one) price point a little high for a 2 star but it was where i needed to b for what i was in town for. So ill probably stay there next year too and hopefully theyll put a little pride in their business and spiffy it up a little bit by then. Hopefully Amira will still be there to brighten my check in.

As a place to spend the night during a long drive to Florida, the hotel is good & likely to get better as its renovation progresses. The staff was friendly & accommodating, and the Waffle House next door was convenient. For cleanliness, I'd give it 7 out of 10... not white-glove pristine, but OK. I'd definitely consider staying there again.

The lady that work on March 29,2025 that morning was very rude. I call and ask her about checking in 2hrs earlier due me coming in town for my great grandma funeral. I washed to wash up and change. She said rings was all book which was a lie they had over 17rooms open. And this place never gets all book. I was only in the room to sleep before leaving back for DC about 8hrs total, Its OK to just rest but i wouldn't stay more than 1 night felt unsafe and the maintenance man lives in the room next me he was in and out all night and made lots noise.

We loved being able to pull off I-77 and immediately be at a motel that could accommodate us and our dog. We liked to be able to park near our room's door. Our room was large, quiet, and comfortable. However, the sign outside for the motel and their Expedia ad said they served breakfast, and they didn't. They didn't even serve coffee! I have never in all my 76 years been to a motel that didn't serve coffee. Also, they had no ice and suggested I go to the Waffle House and ask them for some. The water for my morning was extremely hot, and when I tried to turn it down, I turned it off. Then I dried off with the thinnest towel I have ever seen. I am sorry to leave a negative review, as the person at the desk asked me to leave a nice one. At least I think that is what he said. He didn't speak English very well, and I had a hard time understanding him. Overall, it seemed we were in a foreign country, one that was not familiar with American customs.

Unprofessional. No wifi plus the credit card machine was not working when we first got there. The clerk wanted to write down the card information to try later. Not a chance. Homeless area. If I would’ve been by my self I wouldn’t of stayed.

We were assigned a room on the second floor but two of the four stairways were blocked off with caution tape. We considered this a significant safety hazard. We asked for and were re-assigned to a first floor room. In the second room, the hook for the security bar had been ripped out of the wall, another safety hazard. There was no continental breakfast although it was advertised on the outside sign, an example of false advertising. The overall external appearance of the facility was shabby; it needs paint. On the plus side, the staff was courteous and helpful when we asked for another room and when we reported a noise issue in the parking lot. .
