The pool was closed for maintenance but despite us carrying our floaties already inflated at check in, no one mentioned it to us. Sad because we were looking forward to a pool. Breakfast is available but not included extra cost. Very clean. Great showers. Very nice atmosphere. Close to airport but very little else in the area.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. However, my bedding was not clean. There were brown and white specks in the bed. They looked liked mini chips…as well as pubic hair. I was so disgusted. There was blood spots on the bedding and pillow case. Initially when I went to sleep, I did not see it but I woke because it felt as though something was chewing on my ankle. So, when I pulled the bedsheets back that’s when I saw all those items on the sheets. I informed the front desk and they advised that they would inform the cleaning staff.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great heated pool that was clean too. The middle of the night I had to go get something from the car. I was the only one in lobby and staff didnt greet me, just looked at me. At 430am I tried to get some work done but wifi wasn't working in the room. I called down and staff Aaron said we wouldn't have wifi in room even though we have Hilton Honors because we booked threw expedia. They didnt say that in check-in and advertise wifi. He was so rude about it and said come use wifi in lobby. The assistant GM did apologize and offered to try to give us some hilton points to make up for it. That hasn't happened yet but it was just earlier today.

Hubby and I had a nice 2-night stay at this property. It still looks new - very clean. The rooms are large - ask for a room facing the pond. We didnt use any of the common areas, but the outdoor and indoor lounge areas looked very nice. The only negatives were the loud ac in the room, the spotty tv signal, and the proximity to restaurants and attractions. None of which were deal-breakers. Oh, its super close to the airport!

Rooms were very nice. Property was gorgeous. Shower needed attention. Water pressure was an issue, due to the water not wanting to switch fully to shower mode. Half still coming out of the down spout.

If you get stuck in Panama airport this place is half a mile away ……. The food at this place was AWFUL the television couldn’t hold a streaming connection while I watched the Ohio state game and the showers hot water lasted for a whole 3 minutes If you’ve got the pleasure of being stuck here because Atlanta isn’t able to airport correctly congratulations you’ve reached one of the best tourist traps In America!

Outstanding hotel with lots of good amenities. The only potential issue was we decided to dine in the restaurant for our evening meal. When we went there around 6 PM, there was only one server who was manning the entire bar (i.e. making drinks and taking orders in the bar) while trying to manage the dining room as well. I spoke to the front desk who said she would call the manager. It must have worked, because another person came from the back to assist the server. We still got our dinner in a reasonable time and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay there again and the shuttle was very convenient to/from the airport.

This hotel and their amazingly friendly staff exceeded our expectations. We needed a place to stay one night as we flew into the ECP airport, before heading to the beach. The fact they pick you up is wonderful BUT their facilities and very friendly staff was really what made it terrific! Great to have a restaurant on site for our dinner and breakfast the next morning as well. Keep up the great work!!! Wish more hotels held to the standards of this one.

It's convenient to the airport and its clean, food is good at restaurant as well. Normally staff is good, but lady the day of check in was not in a good mood and although not rude to us, was rude to the people in front of us as well as whoever called in. She even told us she didnt have patience for stupid people that day. Highly unprofessional.

Hi, everything was great about my stay. Except… I had booked the 5:30am shuttle with the front desk the night prior, I was downstairs at 5:25am and no one was to be found anywhere. No shuttle, no staff, no one I waited until 5:35am when I was forced to order a $35 uber in order to not miss my flight.

It was quiet. Easy to check in and gym was fair and simple. Pool was a bit too open and small to use comfortably. Swamp area so nothing else around for at least 20mins but none of that took away from my vacation.

Solo female traveler, and I loved this place! Very convenient if you're flying in or out. Very quiet, even though I was on the top floor, couldn't hear a thing! All the staff, including restaurant staff were wonderful. Very clean, very safe. I'd like a bigger sign as in the dark, it can be a bit difficult to find, all in all 10/10!

It is very convenient to the airport and that is great but there is literally nothing close to the hotel. In hotel restaurant is very nice but if you don't want to eat there then you do have to drive a good way.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. The only thing we do not like is the dining options because there are not any! Breakfast is sub-standard. No options for the money you are paying. Make plans outside the hotel for meals.

They offered a very decent canteen where you had options and you aren’t being gauged either, very reasonable. The only site dining options are very good and they offer a great breakfast.
