Stayed 1 night

While it was raining and nearing dark when I arrived, the property seemed a lot more rundown than in the pictures and reviews. The room was serviceable and fine to crash for the night, but the room that I had was at the end of the building and right near the road and the walls were thin and windows not soundproof.

Such a charming, beach-themed motel! It’s not fancy, but it’s spotless, recently updated, and has such a peaceful, laid-back vibe. The rooms were super clean and cozy, and the environment felt quiet and relaxing. The bed deserves its own mention — truly the most comfortable one we’ve found in any hotel in years! We both slept so well, which never happens. You can tell the owners really care about keeping the place nice and welcoming. If you want a clean, quiet, and quirky little spot that feels like a local gem instead of a chain, this is the one. 🌊

Stayed 2 nights

They had every basic amenity that a regular hotel room has without the inflated room prices. (minus a coffee pot-which was not hard to do without) We didn't have a chance to use the pool due to timing but staff did say it was open and ready for use. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. Very easy check in and check out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Being handicapped, it was nice to be able to get back and forth to our vehicle only a few feet from our room. We had never stayed in this part of Erie before but people were respectful of each other. (We noticed guests sitting outside at various times throughout the day during their stay and the homeowner around the corner was practicing his golf swing.) Overall, very satisfied. We will definitely be staying there again the next time we're in Erie.
