Green garden house

Overall good. Only downside is the cockrells about 7 of them outside who would make a noise anytime - so hard to sleep. No hot water in sink. The shower can not be adjusted. No lift - but they did help with luggage up/down steps. Location is excellent.

Perfect budget accommodation. The room is small, but it is clean, neat, in a safe location and has everything you need to lay your head down while exploring Hoi An. It is in the old town, walking distance from all attractions.

The hostess was lovely and very helpful. She also provided a wonderful breakfast. However, the family room we booked for the three of us was disappointing. It was so small that the 2 beds were pushed together and still there was hardly room for walking. The shower had little water pressure and was just in the corner of the bathroom without a curtain so water got everywhere. It took a long time for the water to get hot, and the sink did not have hot water at all. Considering what we paid, perhaps we expected too much. The location was good and the room was clean.

The host family was awesome and would go the extra mile to support any and all guest with great services. The location is walkable to town, the "Eats" and An Bang beach as well if you are a walker. You can rent a bicycle as well there. Miss/Cô Trinh does custom tailoring at prices below main street Hoi An\'s vendors. She helped with my alteration needs and also made me a new pair of pants. The workmanship is of quality. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there. As we have choices, I highly recommend "Green Garden House" as a first choice for a homestay experience. Thanks.

オーナーご夫婦も優しく対応してくれて居心地も良かったです。ただ似た名前のホテルが別にありそちらに行ってしまった。場所がわかりにくく見つけるのに苦労しました。
