Was not disappointed. The view, hot tub, large room, free breakfast were awesome. Highly recommend. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping. We rented car & found free parking about 2 blocks away.

This is a great place to stay in the middle of town. Rooms are as advertised in photos. Breakfast was good and it’s lots of choices. Only downside is that there are lots of stairs to get to and from rooms… could be a challenge for some travelers

The property is located in the heart of Fira, offering stunning views, and the heated jacuzzi and inroom breakfast was a wonderful addition. The only issue was finding the parking inititally but the staff was helpful.

The views of the caldera from the balcony and hot tub are stunning. The customized breakfast delivered to the patio was wonderful. Walk up the stairs, unlock the door and you are on the main avenue in Fira with all the shops and restaurants. They met us at the taxi stand and hauled our luggage for us. We stayed in Motion suite and our room was amazing. All of Sanorini was beautiful. Wish we had booked for a week.

Stayed in Asha EON suite from Dec 31 to Jan 2, The suite crew managed by Panos delivered superb, personalized service. The suite includes an inside and an outside jacuzzi and was a large cozy cliffside cave house with caldera view. No direct car access and room access is through a steep staircase walkway but hotel crew delivered 3 large suitcases to and from room to the airport taxi they helped us order.

Great location. Excellent vies of the sea and island. Friendly staff. Like the free breakfast. Not handicap accessible. No washing machine nor dryer. Have to pay for laundry service or go to nearby Laundromat. No microwave. Iron available upon request. In the middle of shopping district. Noisy, loud noise over head in morning. Many stairs but staff carry bags. Good for short stays.

Absolutely the best place I\'ve stayed. The views from the room were phenomenal! Breakfast every morning on the patio was incredible. The room/staff/location were all perfect. Surprisingly quiet considering the late-night noise up on the streets above. The \'hot tub" wasn\'t hot which actually gave us reason to use it during the summer. Very pleasant while enjoying the view and a glass of wine. Stairs leading to the room could be a problem for some people, but aside from that, there\'s nothing else I could expect from this dream location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Asha Luxury suites in Fira. We stayed in the Eon suite and enjoyed a beautiful view of the caldera, a delicious breakfast served on our semi-private balcony, a luxurious bathroom and private outdoor hot tub. The staff and service was truly top notch. Unlike many of the other hotels, there were no tourists able to walk around the suites and hot tubs so it did feel quite private and secluded which was nice. The only people walking around would be the other people in the suites next door. There are stairs which are steep but not very many and the staff did help us with our bags which was very nice. It was located within a 4 minute walk from the main bus station which made getting around the island easy and convenient. We enjoyed dinner at several nearby restaurants and shopping practically right outside our door. Very lovely stay and definitely recommend for anyone visiting Santorini.

Great hotel in a great location! We wanted to stay in Thira and it’s perfect! Great view, great breakfast, great staff! I read it’s only 23 steps to your room and they were right, so it’s not bad at all! We stayed in the Aether, so we had a private balcony. Loved walking up the steps and being right there in the action. It was very quiet and the shower was amazing. Our neighbors said they could hear the bustle of the restaurant above, but we didn’t hear a peep. Highly recommend! They also lug your luggage for you, so thank you for that! It was spacious, comfy, and did I mention the view?

Amazing hotel. Would stay here again if I ever visit Santorini. Amazing views but you’re also in the middle of the main town. Clean. Breakfast served everyday in front of our room to enjoy with the view. Omgosh I’ve never stayed anywhere better in my life and I’ve traveled the world.

My family and enjoyed our stay at the Asha Luxury Suites. The hotels located in the middle of Fira next to many shops and restaurants. The hotel helped arranged for our ferry pickup, and assisted with luggage transport into the hotel. It had wonderful views and a made to order breakfast each morning. The front desk crew was always helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is in a walking area only of the town. It is about 50-100 yards from the nearest car drop off.

We were very happy with our stay. Only things I need to note is that there needs to be some tile repair in the bathroom and the restaurant kitchen above needs to be quieter at night because it was a bit noisy trying to sleep. It echo'ed in the room.

An extremely desirable view from the balcony area, where we had breakfast on the 3 mornings without rain. Staff is fantastic. The room was mostly agreeable. It does take a while for humidity to escape the very large bathroom ( in part because the room is cave-like). But the Caldera view easily offsets any small matters. One warning, the door frames have very low clearance. If you are taller than 6’2”, you will need to be careful to not bump your head.

Good location. Close to shopping. Very spacious room with a private hot tub overlooking the Aegean Sea with beautiful sunset. Breakfast is excellent. You can order anything on the menu. Panos is very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Matter Suite. There a restaurant above. You will get a little noise from above. Overall was a pleasant stay.

The view was incredible, the position fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. BUT, and it is a big issue for me, the noise from the restaurant is beyond compare. Their floor is your ceiling (in the Matter Suite) and while the diners may finish at 11:00pm, the cleaning up doesn’t finish until well past midnight, sometimes 1am. And breakfast setup starts before 8:00am. Imagine metal chair legs dragged over stone tiles and the echo from that? All day, all night, until the small hours. No, it isn’t the ‘fault’ of the hotel. No, there isn’t anything they personally can do. But that won’t help you sleep. Trust me, you WILL NEED ear plugs to get any chance to sleep.
The view was incredible, the position fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. BUT, and it is a big issue for me, the noise from the restaurant is beyond compare. Their floor is your ceiling (in the Matter Suite) and while the diners may finish at 11:00pm, the cleaning up doesn’t finish until well past midnight, sometimes 1am. And breakfast setup starts before 8:00am. Imagine metal chair legs dragged over stone tiles and the echo from that? All day, all night, until the small hours. No, it isn’t the ‘fault’ of the hotel. No, there isn’t anything they personally can do. But that won’t help you sleep. Trust me, you WILL NEED ear plugs to get any chance to sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at Asha Luxury suites in Fira. We stayed in the Eon suite and enjoyed a beautiful view of the caldera, a delicious breakfast served on our semi-private balcony, a luxurious bathroom and private outdoor hot tub. Unlike many of the other hotels, there were no tourists able to walk around the suites and hot tubs so it did feel quite private and secluded which was nice. The only people walking around would be the other people in the suites next door. There are stairs which are steep but not very many and the staff did help us with our bags which was very nice. It was located within a 4 minute walk from the main bus station which made getting around the island easy and convenient. We enjoyed dinner at several nearby restaurants and shopping practically right outside our door. Very lovely stay and definitely recommend for anyone visiting Santorini.

The views of the caldera from the balcony and hot tub are stunning. The customized breakfast delivered to the patio was wonderful. Walk up the stairs, unlock the door and you are on the main avenue in Fira with all the shops and restaurants. They met us at the taxi stand and hauled our luggage for us. We stayed in Motion suite and our room was amazing. All of Sanorini was beautiful. Wish we had booked for a week.

My family and enjoyed our stay at the Asha Luxury Suites. The hotels located in the middle of Fira next to many shops and restaurants. The hotel helped arranged for our ferry pickup, and assisted with luggage transport into the hotel. It had wonderful views and a made to order breakfast each morning. The front desk crew was always helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is in a walking area only of the town. It is about 50-100 yards from the nearest car drop off.

10/10 this place is so great. Amazing breakfast and hospitality was above and beyong. The guy carried my luggage from the car and assisted me as I was very lost. The communication and mannerisms of all staff were so good. They gave such great suggestions. The cleaning lady was so helpful too. I felt like I was treated like royalty there!

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing 6-days at Asha Luxury Suites. It's location in Fira is spectacular as it is within an area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars, yet the room itself is tucked away on the hillside so you feel secluded. This is the one time where the pictures on the website actually were as good as in real life. The room was spacious, the morning breakfasts to our room were a treat, and the sunset view from the room was breathtaking!

I read it’s only 23 steps to your room and they were right, so it’s not bad at all! We stayed in the Aether, so we had a private balcony. Loved walking up the steps and being right there in the action. It was very quiet and the shower was amazing. Our neighbors said they could hear the bustle of the restaurant above, but we didn’t hear a peep. Highly recommend! They also lug your luggage for you, so thank you for that! It was spacious, comfy, and did I mention the view?

Great stay for our family of 3 in the Soul suite. Panos & his staff were most welcoming, courteous and helpful. Even though it’s winter when we came, when most stores & restaurants are closed, and even though weather was stormy & cloudy & cold for most of our stay, we still had a great time given the fantastic views from our room & shared balcony. Breakfast, whether served by the balcony or in our room, was another highlight. Highly recommend & would definitely come back!

Surprisingly, you can enjoy the outdoor Jakushi in your suite with good privacy. Cozy and spacious cave room, incredible bathroom with another indoor Jakushi bathtub.
