Second visit even better than our first!! I would give this hotel 10 stars if it was an option. From check in to check out, everything was beyond exceptional. Room, food, pool, service, everything beyond exceptional. But the reason this second visit was better is because the hotel added additional yoga/meditation classes with Ms. Fernanda ❤️ The only thing missing is a dedicated yoga pavilion by the beach. I hope to see this on third visit at my home away from home. We were planning to return first week in September but the hotel has been bought out ☹️ I guess that’s my only complaint. xoxo, Nadja & Jai.

This is a good property, only thing when you first arrive they are leaves everywhere and they were leaves in my jacuzzi and patio, it appears leaves are constantly falling, otherwise it’s a nice property. The food was great, waiter was amazing, all restaurant staff I interacted with was great the Chef and restaurant manager came out to check on me. I would definitely consider staying there again. You have the advantage of being able to visit the sister property which is a plus because it was a 1 day stay I didn’t have the chance to try the restaurants @ the other property. Boutique is right by the road there can be noise from all the traffic Downside was I never got an email from. The property prior to my stay but Jair Gutierrez my person concierge was helpful and had scheduled my dinner @ the restaurant prior to my arrival. The buttler also ran my jacuzzi that was nice

I highly recommend this resort as an all-inclusive resort. It is incredible. The customer service is superb. The food is amazing and you get the benefits from the resort next-door also. Michelin star restaurant enough said thank you.

Anniversary Trip-May 2024. Grand Velas Boutique Hotel is fabulous! Modern, clean, with a beautiful garden and stunning pool area. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. No need to rush and reserve anything at the crack of dawn. The staff goes above and beyond. Everyone is extremely professional, helpful and very friendly. A heartfelt thank you to our concierge Mr. Ricardo; he made our stay truly special! Loved starting our day with Mr. Hector at Del Mar, and Ms. Martha by the pool is phenomenal ❤️ The food and restaurant options left us speechless! The hotel allows visitors to have dinner next door at Grand Velas. We ate at Loto Robata Grill – amazing, Cocina de Autor - amazing, Velas 10 - amazing, and our anniversary dinner at Lucca. Unfortunately, Lucca was not good for us. The restaurant was overbooked and understaffed, service felt rush and inattentive. Our room was a garden view room category. Room 315 was beautiful and spacious, but very loud! The 2nd day we were moved to room 311, much better! Overall, we absolutely LOVED it and just booked our 2nd trip returning in July. 10/10 stars!!!

Nos quedamos 4 noches y el servicio es increíble, te hacen sentir en casa, desde Omar en Concierge, hasta Martha, Alberto y Alfonsito en la alberca, los restaurantes tienen ingredientes muy frescos, recomendamos la tostada de Atún en Roca (y si los atiende Crucita pidan que les recomiende algo más), el desayuno ademas de ser bufete lo cual a veces no me encanta, Hector se encargo de consentirnos con una salsa preparada exclusivamente para nosotros... No podemos esperar para regresar!

Incredible anniversary stay! The personal check-in with champagne set the tone. The property is intimate and peaceful, with outstanding food and top tier service. Another great perk was access to the Grand Velas property next door. The golf cart service was super convenient, giving us access to the best of both worlds. Our personal concierge, Gaby, was amazing. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with infinity pool and amazing restaurants. The boutique side is adults only and smaller but you can use the full grand Velas side. Cucina de autur five course wine paired dinner was an excellent experience and not to be missed. Friendly staff and personal concierge/butler were very helpful. Beach is not swimmable but beautiful rocky coast view. Truly one of the best hotels in Cabo.

We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Velas Boutique. The hotel is very new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Our room was stunning, peaceful, spacious, and with incredible views. And the soundproofing was excellent! It made the entire stay feel private, quiet, and truly relaxing. The service here deserves more than five stars. Every staff member we encountered was kind, warm, and genuinely caring. I’m not good at remembering names, but I am so grateful for how they made our trip feel effortless and special. I do want to highlight two people in particular: Alberto, our waiter at Azul (in the Grand Velas next door), literally made our day. I didn’t even notice that my piña colada had separated — but he did, and without me saying a word, he brought me a fresh one. He was extremely busy managing several tables, yet he still went out of his way to be thoughtful and attentive. This is real, heartfelt hospitality — not the scripted, surface-level kind. And the bellboy who helped us both during check-in and check-out — he was so cheerful, warm, and full of genuine kindness. People like Alberto and him are the reason this place feels so special. The food was fantastic, as expected from a Grand Velas property. We dined mainly at the restaurants within GVB, but we also visited Azul and the Michelin-starred Cocina de Autor next door. Cocina de Autor was outstanding, and our waiter Javier was charming and attentive. Perfect vacation. Will definitely return!

We have been to about 15 all inclusive resorts in Mexico over the years, and this hotel was without a doubt, the BEST FOOD and the BEST service we have ever experienced. I want to specifically note Hector, who made breakfast so wonderful and went above and beyond every morning for us. I also want to mention how wonderful Gaby was as our concierge everyday. From the moment we checked in until the last moment we were on these grounds, we had exceptional service. We cannot wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful resort for relaxation, great service, and amazing food. This is not a party type of hotel. It’s quiet, clean, and chill vibes.

Anniversary Trip-May 2024. Grand Velas Boutique Hotel is fabulous! Modern, clean, with a beautiful garden and stunning pool area. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. No need to rush and reserve anything at the crack of dawn. The staff goes above and beyond. Everyone is extremely professional, helpful and very friendly. A heartfelt thank you to our concierge Mr. Ricardo; he made our stay truly special! Loved starting our day with Mr. Hector at Del Mar, and Ms. Martha by the pool is phenomenal ❤️ The food and restaurant options left us speechless! The hotel allows visitors to have dinner next door at Grand Velas. We ate at Loto Robata Grill – amazing, Cocina de Autor - amazing, Velas 10 - amazing, and our anniversary dinner at Lucca. Unfortunately, Lucca was not good for us. The restaurant was overbooked and understaffed, service felt rush and inattentive. Our room was a garden view room category. Room 315 was beautiful and spacious, but very loud! The 2nd day we were moved to room 311, much better! Overall, we absolutely LOVED it and just booked our 2nd trip returning in July. 10/10 stars!!!

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous design! And although they say that they don't have a swimmable beach just steps away there's an actual beautiful beach that you can easily go swimming. The culinary experience was incredible. The staff were very professional and attentive. We'd like to special thank to Martha, Omar and Hector. We would definitely come back!

We have been to about 15 all inclusive resorts in Mexico over the years, and this hotel was without a doubt, the BEST FOOD and the BEST service we have ever experienced. I want to specifically note Hector, who made breakfast so wonderful and went above and beyond every morning for us. I also want to mention how wonderful Gaby was as our concierge everyday. From the moment we checked in until the last moment we were on these grounds, we had exceptional service. We cannot wait to return. Cucina de autur five course wine paired dinner was an excellent experience and not to be missed. Friendly staff and personal concierge/butler were very helpful. Beach is not swimmable but beautiful rocky coast view. Truly one of the best hotels in Cabo.

This is a good property, only thing when you first arrive they are leaves everywhere and they were leaves in my jacuzzi and patio, it appears leaves are constantly falling, otherwise it’s a nice property. The food was great, waiter was amazing, all restaurant staff I interacted with was great the Chef and restaurant manager came out to check on me. I would definitely consider staying there again. You have the advantage of being able to visit the sister property which is a plus because it was a 1 day stay I didn’t have the chance to try the restaurants @ the other property. Boutique is right by the road there can be noise from all the traffic Downside was I never got an email from. The property prior to my stay but Jair Gutierrez my person concierge was helpful and had scheduled my dinner @ the restaurant prior to my arrival. The buttler also ran my jacuzzi that was nice

Room 315 was beautiful and spacious, but very loud! The 2nd day we were moved to room 311, much better! Overall, we absolutely LOVED it and just booked our 2nd trip returning in July. 10/10 stars!!!
Anniversary Trip-May 2024. Grand Velas Boutique Hotel is fabulous! Modern, clean, with a beautiful garden and stunning pool area. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. No need to rush and reserve anything at the crack of dawn. The staff goes above and beyond. Everyone is extremely professional, helpful and very friendly. A heartfelt thank you to our concierge Mr. Ricardo; he made our stay truly special! Loved starting our day with Mr. Hector at Del Mar, and Ms. Martha by the pool is phenomenal ❤️ The food and restaurant options left us speechless! Incredible anniversary stay! The personal check-in with champagne set the tone. The property is intimate and peaceful, with outstanding food and top tier service. Another great perk was access to the Grand Velas property next door. The golf cart service was super convenient, giving us access to the best of both worlds. Our personal concierge, Gaby, was amazing. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with infinity pool and amazing restaurants. The boutique side is adults only and smaller but you can use the full grand Velas side. Cucina de autur five course wine paired dinner was an excellent experience and not to be missed. Friendly staff and personal concierge/butler were very helpful. Beach is not swimmable but beautiful rocky coast view. Truly one of the best hotels in Cabo.

We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Velas Boutique. The hotel is very new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Our room was stunning, peaceful, spacious, and with incredible views. And the soundproofing was excellent! It made the entire stay feel private, quiet, and truly relaxing. The service here deserves more than five stars. Every staff member we encountered was kind, warm, and genuinely caring. I’m not good at remembering names, but I am so grateful for how they made our trip feel effortless and special. I do want to highlight two people in particular: Alberto, our waiter at Azul (in the Grand Velas next door), literally made our day. I didn’t even notice that my piña colada had separated — but he did, and without me saying a word, he brought me a fresh one. He was extremely busy managing several tables, yet he still went out of his way to be thoughtful and attentive. This is real, heartfelt hospitality — not the scripted, surface-level kind. And the bellboy who helped us both during check-in and check-out — he was so cheerful, warm, and full of genuine kindness. People like Alberto and him are the reason this place feels so special. The food was fantastic, as expected from a Grand Velas property. We dined mainly at the restaurants within GVB, but we also visited Azul and the Michelin-starred Cocina de Autor next door.
