Clean, feels like new, friendly staff. Room is very nice. Pool wasn't available at the time which was a bummer for the kid.

Nice remodeling! Pool was closed for maintenance on the weekend - unacceptable!! Especially I didn’t see anybody working. Some guests just went to the pool. They told me the front desk said it was ok. Poor communication.

This new(ish) courtyard is very clean and the floor we were on was the absolute quietest, the beds are heavenly and they have nugget ice machines that also have water instead of just ice. We had an issue with a fixture being broken and were quickly given another room by the extremely pleasant desk clerk. The pool/hot tub being out of commission and there being no coffee without paying (this seems like a bare minimum to me but I keep encountering it, so I guess I am officially pretty old and cranky) were the only issues. The train being right next to the property was only a net positive since you could not hear it; the area is industrial so is not the most walkable. I would have asked for a room facing away from the parking lot since we had some hvac noise and/or vehicle sounds that were noticeable.

The hot tub was broken when we stayed there. there was no note or message informing us of this fact.. which is disappointing because this is the reason we booked this hotel in the first place. Our room was not cleaned after requesting it to be cleaned before we left for the day.

The room is good but the swimming pool is quite dirty with all the leaves on the bottom of the pool.

Pool and hot tub not in service with no prior notice and detail to finishing in room sub standard. No compensation whatsoever offers - don’t look for a cup of coffee in the lobby. Not Worth the money but stay was clean enough and nice location

I liked the pool & room was nice. Pool gate sensor was not working though.

Top notch facility. Clean and comfortable. Nice fitness center, pool and hot tub. Noticed EV charging stations throughout the parking lot. The only negative that didn't have any impact on the hotel itself was the homeless clusters a few blocks away that you have to drive past to get to the hotel. Not a good first impression.

Absolutely clean and wonderful

Hotel hallways needed vacuuming and some of the trash cans were overflowing. Staff was great. Wish there was a better walking path to the downtown.

Well there was mold in the shower and it was dirty, the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable, there was a hole in the wall from where someone had opened the bathroom door too hard. Overall just an extremely expensive hotel stay, in a kinda gross room.

Nice clean modern room

Pros: nice and clean looking. Unlimited ice and water. Free laundry. Nice A.C. Comfortable beds. Nice showers. Pool. Easy access to freeway and near a nice neighborhood with a dog park. Cons: area around hotel had a lot of homeless. Pool seemed small, especially on a hot day when there were a lot of people. Stained bedspread made it seem dirty. There was some blood on the bathroom light switch that was missed by the cleaning crew.

This is a new hotel and was built a few years ago, I’ve stayed at many courtyard and Marriotts and always had a good experience. This time was not so good, the place was filthy, after the 3rd day there I noticed that all of the hallways were full of small pieces of trash, paper, plastic etc.. I mentioned this to the front desk and they were of no help, I then asked to speak to the manager and she did nothing! After 6 days there they never once swept the flooors or vacuumed the carpet, the trash is probably still there, the elevator was filthy, pieces of gum on the floor and railing ect… I also tried contacting the GM, tried calling and left messages, text, email all were ignored! I will never stay in this place ever again and will not recommend either! Terrible experience!

We were disappointed with the overall lack of attention to detail and safety at this Courtyard hotel. My wife and I expected much more from a Marriott. Some examples include: 1. At first we were on the first floor (105) which had plenty of very small ants roaming around. Ants per say don't bother us, but any bit of cookie or food (covered or not) was quickly overtaken by the ants. We asked if ant traps could be put down and were told that they did not have any. 2. On the second night I discovered that the door in our room leading to the outside patio could not be locked - meaning that for two days the room was not secured from the outside, and anyone who wanted to could jump the small railing and enter. I alerted the front desk staff who seemed not too concerned. She told me that they have never had a break in so, don't worry (!). We were also told that the manager would be in to take care of the issue. That evening when we returned to the hotel, we found that nothing have been done. We were then given the option to move rooms - which we did (4th floor). However, the hotel was not secure because anyone could enter via room 105. The new front desk staff member, again, did not seem too concerned. 3. Other problems with room 105 included the main door to the hallway was not operating properly and we received no maid service for the 2 and a half days we were in that room.

This property is next to train tracks and you hear the train when it goes by. Also, there are people loitering next to the train tracks.

This was a nice place to stay after a full day of wine tasting in Sonoma. Everything was great except the squishy pillows. It would be nice to have a more firm option. The room was clean, spacious, bath towels were wonderful. Too bad the weather didn't allow us to sit on the balcony. Oh, well. Also, I know Courtyard doesn't advertise an included breakfast but that would be a great addition. I rated this hotel for what they offer and did not ding them for what they did not offer. There were many people trying to get a quick breakfast at the little restaurant in the hotel but only one person seemed to be working although I think another was in the kitchen. Still, it took a bit of time to get something to eat, so, having an available breakfast like other hotels offer would be a better service.

This was a quick trip to Petaluma for a friend’s milestone birthday. We had some points toward our stay at a Marriott and this hotel was great. We love that it has a pool and a gym. Our room was so spacious!

To use the interior room lights for more than 10 seconds, you must place your room key card in a device on the wall. This was clearly done to save energy, but when you wake up at 6 AM and need to pee and you almost trip and fall in the dark because the bathroom lights don’t work… someone didn’t think this through. That plus hallways that are kept at about 75-80 degrees in the name of energy savings while the hotel charges full price for a room, a shower which features a metal plate above the shower drain so it makes a rattling tin can sound the entire time you shower as the water drops land on the metal, and $6 bottled beer during “happy hour.” Did I mention the train tracks next to the property featuring homeless people milling around at all hours of the night? Another feature of this hotel. Want to walk somewhere? Better pack your bear mace just in case.

Our room was very modern, and clean. The bed was so confortable, and the shower was amazing. The only thing was the toilet seat was broken, and the room didn't have any coffee cups or lids. We did have a coffee pot! Other than that, I'd stay at the location again.

Very modern, spacious, and clean rooms. Comfortable beds, good athletic facilities. Only issue was that there was no one at the front desk a couple of times. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Tv in the room is hanging at an angle due to broken tv mount. Cabinet door concealing the refrigerator is hanging on with one hinge

Decent hotel for the price and easily located. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bar closed too early on the weekend and my TV didn't work which made it an average experience.

Staff was kind and professional and went above and beyond to accommodate us with a specific need to make our accommodation comfortable and accomplished for us to have a great stay.

Guy checking us in was so rude. They gave away my room with balcony on my bday weekend. Ended up with a room with ants all over the room. Woke up to ants on the bed. I advised the next morning how disappointed I was and they advised they would send Expedia a note to refund us completely, haven’t seen the credit yet.

The hotel was ok, nothing fancy but the room was clean which I appreciate. What was frustrating was that I “reserved” a crib when I booked the room and called ahead the morning of the trip to make sure we were still able to get a crib in the room. I was told there would be one in the room for us. When we get there later that day they tell me there’s no cribs available. We could have brought one with us if we had known we weren’t actually getting a crib like we were told. Pretty annoying.

Yes, plenty of light was provided in the parking lot. I felt safe. The staff at the front desk were always polite and helpful.The young man with the sandy blonde hair was very kind. He told me his name but I am terrible with names. Alejandro or Leonardo (something ike that) :)

Guy at the front desk was slow to check us in and seemed like he was unhappy we were there. No smile and gruff manner. It was very different from what I’ve come to expect from Marriott.

1 - Called 4 times to get the bedding for sofa couch and went to front desk to get it my self 2 - no housekeeping staff at 830pm. 3 - no dental kit at reception. 4 - Called front desk several times and put my call on hold for longer than normal. 5- visited first and last time.

When we went to check into the hotel we left our bags so we could go wine tasting until our 3 pm check in time. When we arrived later at around 6 our rooms were YET to be ready for us after 3 hours. We had to wait about an hour for the rooms to be ready and each time we were told they were ready we would go up and they were clearly not cleaned and had to proceed to tell the front desk they were clearly not ready for us making us severely late to our wedding party event we had to attend. Overall was a nice hotel but was soured by our check in fiasco and very un helpful staff.

Inside the hotel was nice, but it is located near the homeless people. They are all over the outside area. Made parking my car uneasy. I don't know why they chose to build it there. The homeless have their shelter next door which has been there for years. Parking lot is open to anyone walking around there.

Great place to stay as it's a short drive to Napa, Bodega Bay.

Not sure what all the great review are about. This property looks to be fairly new but the rooms are filthy. Carpets are badly stained. AC units are struggling and make horrible loud noises all night long. The hotel itself is situated feet away from a railroad track and close the the freeway onramp which is all full of graffiti. Not to mention, drugies and homeless by the dozens right outside property line. BEWARE when traveling at night. Hotel check in staff were borderline rude.

We were there for a sports tournament at the Petaluma Community Sports Complex about ten minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants, fast food and shopping within minutes and the hotel is right off Hwy 101, which made very easy in/out. Overall, the hotel was clean, updated and the staff was professional and friendly.

Perfect. Bistro unfortunately closed but not a deal breaker. Nice rooms clean bathrooms please have the TV in front of the bed!

The breakfast was great and the snack store and bar were accommodating

A couple of odd things. Even when turned as far as it could go was an awkward view from the bed. In the morning when looking for coffee, I was referred to “ Starbucks”. I had checked out and only had my Starbucks app to pay for a coffee. I was then told “ it really wasn’t a Starbucks and I couldn’t pay by app.

Very clean and had a small section to buy snacks and beverages in the lobby, which was super convenient. Also a small cafe for food which we ordered breakfast and coffee which was perfect for our morning headed home.

Don’t add crappy breakfast to your stay. They would not refund my $11.00

The restaurant wasn’t serving food so we were inconvenienced by that, but the staff were very nice. The room was convenient and clean.

I would’ve given it five stars but when we got there, we were told the bar and restaurant were for the night. It was a 1 night stay with a group of approximately 7 rooms. I think it was because there was a wedding party there also.

CLEAN AND NICE FACILITY AND FRIENDLY STAFF, WISH THEY SERVE BREAKFAST

Disappointed in the misinformation we received. e checked on Dec 24 to see if the Bistro would be open for breakfast on Dec 25 and was assured it would be, but then there was a sign up in the morning saying it would not be open. We understand it was Christmas, but surely they knew the night before it woud not be open. It made us have to scramble at the last minute & again, it being Christmas, that was not an easy fix. Also, front desk staff was not very friendly.

Restaurant and Bar was closed whole time due to to no staffing. Couldnt watch Amazon or Netflix as internet was out. Toilet paper holder was broke
