What a lovely stay. We arrived early and asked to drop our bags and were told that a room might be ready and were let straight in. The room was gorgeous, modern, clean and very restful. Wellness facilities include jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, small area with everything you need for a relax with a gym too. With a later check out time we felt we got great value for money and didn’t feel rushed with our one night stay. Room service was good for the price and the coffee served was good quality with alternative milks available. The location was idea too

The location, staff, and amenities of the Chancery are amazing and I highly recommend to anyone staying in Dublin. The bar and restaurant easily compete with the best of the area including their fish & chips! The hotel is just steps away from some of the best attractions Dublin has to offer, and after you’ve enjoyed a day of walking I can not recommend the Turkish bath enough. We had an unforgettable stay.

On their Expedia listing page they should list where they validate parking. They only validate for one garage and there are multiple close by. Hotel was clean and modern. Their bed and pillows are comfortable. Great shower as well. View upgrade is not worth it. We arranged with staff to arrange a taxi pickup in the AM. They arranged the time wrong and that was stressful. Street in front of hotel felt not safe. You can see cell phone parts littering the ground from people who have stolen phones.

The hotel and room were beautiful and in a pretty good location. The service from the bartenders was great. The street noise wasn’t too bad considering it’s a city. The only complaint is the room doors slam shut very loudly all along the hallway when people let them, which they usually do. Also the cleaning staff do a great job but do start to do it loudly by 8am every day.

Die Lage ist ruhig, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar und es ist ein modernes Hotel. Leider gab es meist kein warmes Wasser beim duschen, die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig geputzt und die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war undicht, sodass Wasser ausgelaufen ist.

Stayed for 1 night, but very clean and pleasant. The room was small but comfortable. I asked the front desk if they had hot chocolate to use in the room but they never got back to me. We paid for the breakfast which was excellent! A lot of choices and they have a lovely garden next to the breakfast room so provides a peaceful respite in the city. I would stay there again.

We stayed at The Chancery Hotel at the end of November. This is an excellent hotel location which is really close to several sites, close to buses and trams transportation, very walkable area, and close to many restaurants/shopping. We enjoyed our stay in the room. The staff was nice and helpful. Each day we came back to a tidy room which we very much appreciated. The bathroom was clean and the shower water pressure and temperature were great. We had no issues with noise levels as the area was pretty quiet. The only critique I have is that the height of the bed is very high compared to the height of the bedside tables. The bed itself and the pillows and blankets were very comfortable though. We didn't really have time to take advantage of the restaurant, gym, or the spa but next time we visit we hope to try them out. I would definitely recommend this place based on our first time staying here for 6 days.

Room was really lovely, great bed, shower etc. The only downside was it was really hot at night and we could get the air con to go low enough. There weren’t any decaffeinated complimentary beverage options which was a bit disappointing. The spa was really lovely but on the last day we were there (Saturday) it was looking and smelling pretty dirty by the afternoon. The hot tub was filthy and had smears of black gunk around the edges and the floor was really dirty. Overall we were happy with our stay but the reception staff were quite rude and the overall cleanliness of the spa lets the hotel down. For the price I think there’s a lot they could improve on.

My wife and me the hotel modern, clean and close to the main part of Dublin. The staff was friendly and well informed about Dublin as well. There are a few systems in the room, lighting, power drapes and HVAC. All are very easy to use, however the air conditioner automatically shuts off without movement. I was woken every night and several times a night as it was hot in our room. We mentioned this twice at the front desk but no changes.

No real difference between deluxe king suite and chancery twin. We had 2 rooms for our family. small room ( both same size ). So called skyline view was a rooftop. Modern touch screen panels for lights and doors, the bathroom door opens at random while you sit there. No safe in room. Good location but basically disappointing.

great location, staff, size....breakfast on site was easy - small restaurant and bar for later in the evening.... biggest issue was the a/c - our room never really got cool - just less warm- had to repeatedly reset it including getting up in the middle of the night to reset it.... and the "power doors" to the bathroom were silly - no one explained how they worked and they worked inconsistently once we figured it out.... more of a pain than helpful....

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of major attractions in the heart of Dublin. Room was on the small side but extremely well designed with excellent bed and shower. My only complaint was the window in our premium room with city view was much smaller than the in the marketing photos and was not worth the extra cost.

Great Hotel – Surprisingly Perfect in Every Way This is a wonderful hotel—modern, quiet, and centrally located near stores, restaurants, and key sights. The rooms are automated, so things like curtains and bathroom doors operate at the push of a button. Once we got used to it, I found myself wishing I had the same setup at home! We got an amazing rate by booking and prepaying through Expedia. When we were assigned a room on the first floor right above the hotel entrance, I expected we’d need to request a change. But the soundproofing was incredible—whatever material they used, it worked. It was silent. We ended up using the stairs instead of the elevator, which was also convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were just as great. Although the hotel doesn’t have a concierge, it wasn’t an issue. We had a good idea of what we were looking for, and Laura at the front desk gave us perfect recommendations—an excellent salad place and a fantastic tapas restaurant. Although I may not return to Dublin, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and surprisingly luxurious stay.

The Chancery has the most amazing staff; courteous and kind and always willing to help. The Bar staff was very friendly and had a great time engaging with them. The property is new and is kept in excellent condition. The breakfast in the morning is excellent and they were very supportive in finding gluten free options that we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

I chose to stay at this hotel as a result of their business model towards sustainability and they delivered. I was very impressed. Chancery hotel is located within walking distance of several must see places on your visit to Dublin. Be aware that this hitel has a strict check in time of 3pm. So if you flight arrives early in the morning and you arrive at 8am for check-in, you will certainly not be admitted to your room until close to the time mentioned above. This was the one thing that irritated me after being tired from a transatlantic flight. The concierge will offer to store your bags free of cost and encourage you to venture out to begin sightseeing to pass the time. Breakfast at the Chancery is balanced and you have an array of options. But if you are a late sleeper you can still grab a coffee and pastry from the bar area. The Fawn restuarant offers italian dishes, unfortunately i could have only consumed two items from this menu as a result of my food allergies. My travel buddy tried several items and was mostly displeased with the dishes offered. Housekeeping and restaurant staff members were very pleasant and helpful.

Everything was great until staff entered my room while I was sleeping unannounced! Scared me like crazy. He proceeded to want to come in when I asked why he was there. He said someone said there was something wrong in my room. He never checked to see whose room he was coming into he just came in!! Not cool. Couldn’t go back to sleep after that. Complained again in morning and all I got was coffee and pastries. Not very professional.

Bad smell in the rooms. AC didn’t turn on and staff did not help. Tried to downgrade my room instead of similar accommodations. Plenty of other hotels in the area. Would not stay here again. Staff if not qualified and have no sense of customer service.

Staff were outstanding. Husband blew a fuse and the staff were so responsive and kind. A special shoutout to Amine who made an extra effort to accommodate us. Great location. Easy walk to many of the main sites.

The staff at the front reception area was not outwardly friendly. They did not speak to us anytime we were leaving or entering the property. They did not ask how our stay was when we checked out. We had an issue with the thermostat and it was very hot in our room at night. They sent someone up to the room who turned off the thermostat and told us to just open the window. We were there 6 nights and it was never fixed. We also returned back to the room late the night before our checkout and the room was not cleaned and we had no towels or washcloths. We had to wait for the staff to bring us towels that night. The property is new and clean, and in a good walkable location to many sights.

We had an amazing stay at the Chancery. The staff was amazing from the the front desk to the wait staff at breakfast to the cleaning staff, everyone was warm, kind and pleasant to deal with. The room was modern, clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to family and friends and would definitely stay again on another trip to Dublin.

Lovely hotel. We felt so comfortable, and enjoyed how close we were to the city centre without having to deal with the noise, the traffic, and the crowds.

Newly built hotel in Dublin. Rooms are updated and clean. I would categorize this as a boutique hotel. It’s not a VIP property so they didn’t accommodate my status at all. The hotel is centrally located but lacks activity in the surrounding area. It is extremely close to the St Patrick’s cathedral and Dublin castle on a small quiet street. If that’s what you are into then great. However, there are no bars or restaurants in the throwing distance. You are a close walk to Grafton street where there are many dining and drinking options. However, this hotel does have a lobby bar and hot tub. I didn’t use either of those amenities during my stay. If that’s would you are looking for then I’d consider staying in the Temple Bar or closer to Grafton street. Overall the hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfy and it was a good place to stay for a few nights just don’t expect a party, upgrades, or preferential treatment from the staff.

On their Expedia listing page they should list where they validate parking. They only validate for one garage and there are multiple close by. Hotel was clean and modern. Their bed and pillows are comfortable. Great shower as well. View upgrade is not worth it. We arranged with staff to arrange a taxi pickup in the AM. They arranged the time wrong and that was stressful. Street in front of hotel felt not safe. You can see cell phone parts littering the ground from people who have stolen phones.

Great location and not far from the airport. The hotel is clean, fresh and new. The staff could have been more helpful with restaurant recommendations and the onsite restaurant could have had better food options.

Seems like a very new hotel - very calming interior with beautiful design. The breakfast was lovely with homemade baked goods. The wellness center is an added bonus. Rooms were comfy - not huge but big enough. Some of the technology is unnecessary and seems like it’s still being fully worked out (touch pad doors and blinds that open and close for example), but you can de-automate. Location is steps from a ton of pubs/restaurants and transportation, right up against the Dublin Castle!

Overall I had a good stay in a good area. The room was clean and quiet.The restaurant food was good though a bit overpriced. The bar food was pretty good as well, I really enjoyed their soup. Only issue were the musky smell in the shower and also in the steam room area but I think that was from the way plumbing was set up not because of lack of cleanliness. Overall a good stay

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, excellent service and delicious breakfast ( with all kind of dietary restrictions ie: gluten free/vegetarian). We arrived early and they kindly let us check in as the room was available. Walking distance to everything, me and my son were on vacation but other guests were in business and top service and attention to everyone. Rooms are modern and spacious, great bar - couldn't have asked for a better option!

Such a beautifully maintained hotel! located next to so many sites. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well kept! I loved the little bar/cafe down stairs. Down sides were air conditioning isn't the best and for the price you pay it would be nice to have a working air unit. Also I put no service sign on and do not enter the room and staff entered my room twice. The hotel staff apologized but it is a little concerning that they don't ready the signs. But over all a lovely hotel but a little over priced.
