Personal muy amable, la habitación y el baño muy grandes, cómodos, con todo lo necesario y modernos. Hemos estado muy a gusto y sin duda recomendamos hospedarse aquí además del emplazamiento ue es perfecto, cerca de todo andando a pocos minutos y si viajas en coche, hay un parking justo enfrente del hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect — close to the city center and the Central Train Station, with plenty of options for shopping, dining, and sightseeing nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s a small hotel, and while there’s no lobby or additional amenities, the rooms are clean and a good size. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location near the centre of the market, museums and dining options. Hotel hasn't finished it's restaurant yet but other than that the staff was friendly, professional and helpful with suggestions for places to eat and things to see. Room and bathroom were spotless.

Our stay at the OPO Hotel was great. It’s in an excellent, central location. The interior has been recently renovated & everything is sleek & new. The bed was a little too firm for me, but was good for my husband. They don’t have any food there, but there are many great restaurants all around. The only issue that we had was controlling the temperature in the room. We were told that they have to do it at the front desk & when it got too warm in the middle of the night, there was no one we could contact to turn the temperature down. We opened the windows, but there was a lot of noisy construction all around that you could hear when they were open. Overall, a great stay, though.

We had a great experience and many thanks to the staff for being friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights with our baby and the room they gave us was lovely. We also booked the cot which baby seemed to enjoy. Great location for attractions & shopping. They don't have a restaurant or breakfast service yet but there are many options to eat out or take away. Would stay again.

Spotless room and bed, very clean bathroom. Helpful staff and perfect location, right in the centre. 5 minute walk away from Grand-Place. Hotel does not have a big lobby area but we were able to leave bags once checked out until we left for the airport. Would stay again!

Just perfect for our 3 night stay. Room was clean and cleaned everyday. Centrally located for access to all shops, bar, restaurants and landmarks that we wanted to visit. Will definitely recommend to others and if we were to return, stay!

We booked a deluxe double and it’s on the top floor. The room is spacious, clean, seems newly renovated with great comfy queen size bed. The hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions such as Grand Place, Mon de Arts, Museums, Cathedral and heaps of eateries and shops around. The hotel staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back in our future Brussel trip.

Very well located, this is very center of Brussels , everything was within walkable distance, Le Grand Place and Mont des Arts. Rooms were big , also the bathroom, very clean and quiet, the staff very friendly and helpful.

Loved the OPO. Rooms were excellent sized and the staff was fantastic!! Oddly, even though renovated in 2023, the room had no USB ports. The bathroom door was a little odd, while it wasn’t see through if your partner got up before you and turned on the light it lit up the bedroom too. The hotel also didn’t have an ice machine, not a big deal but we Americans love our ice! 😁 but those were very small things compared to the quality staff and accommodations!! Great location too! Easy walk to Grand Place and Centraal.

Huge room. Very clean. The reception and common areas could do with a bit of refurbishment and can initially seem a bit characterless . However the rooms are huge and spacious with great showers. Very comfortable.

The staff is extremely upbeat and helpful and cheerful. They brightened our day after a long day of traveling. The room was clean, large and very nice. Great location. Really nice old building from 1888 updated as a modern hotel. Well done!

Location was very convenient, but with some changes this could have been better. The furnishing in the room was not the best. The bathroom had partial glass walls with no doorknob and the door didn’t close properly (it was always at least 1-2 inches open) so it was not very private. Not great for more than one person staying in the room. You could also hear street noise even though we were on the top floor. When we arrived some of the outlets in the room didn’t work (although this was quickly rectified when staff was told about it). Front desk was always super pleasant when we spoke to them 😊 Overall the room was clean and had a good shower, but not sure it was worth the price we paid.

The front desk asked me for a passport when I came in when it didn’t say they needed one on the website and was very sarcastic and rude about it, she ruined the experience I had checking in and made it so I didn’t want to come out my room.

Spotless room and bed, very clean bathroom. Helpful staff and perfect location, right in the centre. 5 minute walk away from Grand-Place. Hotel does not have a big lobby area but we were able to leave bags once checked out until we left for the airport. Would stay again!

We booked a deluxe double and it’s on the top floor. The room is spacious, clean, seems newly renovated with great comfy queen size bed. The hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions such as Grand Place, Mon de Arts, Museums, Cathedral and heaps of eateries and shops around. The hotel staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back in our future Brussel trip.

While this is a low key hotel with a minimal lobby and amenities, the staff is so kind and attentive and the rooms are beautiful. The location can’t be beat with great restaurants and sights out the front door.

The location is absolutely perfect — close to the city center and the Central Train Station, with plenty of options for shopping, dining, and sightseeing nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s a small hotel, and while there’s no lobby or additional amenities, the rooms are clean and a good size. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location near the centre of the market, museums and dining options. Hotel hasn't finished it's restaurant yet but other than that the staff was friendly, professional and helpful with suggestions for places to eat and things to see. Room and bathroom were spotless.

Our stay at the OPO Hotel was great. It’s in an excellent, central location. The interior has been recently renovated & everything is sleek & new. The bed was a little too firm for me, but was good for my husband. They don’t have any food there, but there are many great restaurants all around. The only issue that we had was controlling the temperature in the room. We were told that they have to do it at the front desk & when it got too warm in the middle of the night, there was no one we could contact to turn the temperature down. We opened the windows, but there was a lot of noisy construction all around that you could hear when they were open. Overall, a great stay, though.

We had the most amazing room. All the staff couldn't have been nicer. I couldn't recommend this hotel higher and it's so central. Just along the road is the best chip shop (Atelier) and the best poissonerie who cook their own fish.

We had a great experience and many thanks to the staff for being friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights with our baby and the room they gave us was lovely. We also booked the cot which baby seemed to enjoy. Great location for attractions & shopping. They don't have a restaurant or breakfast service yet but there are many options to eat out or take away. Would stay again.

We come to visit Brussels grand place every year and been staying at Marriott and Hilton and other hotels and decided to give this one shot, now this is my favorite hotel to stay at, right next to everything to need ! Really helpful and friendly staff, gave me a map of the area with points of interest. Big clean rooms, a refrigerator that actually works and Good strong A/C during heatwave. Its definitely within walking distance of Brussels Central Train Station unless you have to carry 20KG+ suitcases. Most important part is, it's far away from the loud bars near city center. Really good value for money.
