The property was under construction, which had I known i wouldn’t have booked this location, it smelled of paint and drywall dust everywhere, and the first room we were placed right by someone with barking dogs, they were kind enough to move us to another floor, but while they have a garage to park your vehicles, The entrance underground is so low practically nobody can get their vehicle down there, only smaller cars could fit. We parked right next to the hotel, which was cheaper, but had a small community of homeless lined up at one end of the lot. Nobody seemed to mess with any of the vehicles while we were there thankfully, but they did say break-ins happen all the time. Its very close to the beginning of Venice beach, and right by the marina, so its nice to be able to walk to see the boats, if thats your thing. Noahs bagel shop was just a 5 min or less walk away, Hotel breakfast was like $20 per person and isn’t worth it.

The bed make a noise when you sit down. They moved me to another room, the same problem with the bed. The shower curtain had it a blood stain. The pool was getting renovated, since I booked through Expedia there wasn’t any information about the pool closure. Not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel!

The property was convenient to my surgical center. The pool was closed and there was construction so I cannot evaluate the facility. Unfortunately the couple on the other side of our wall was loud, had 2 barking dogs, and slammed their door constantly.

Had to get moved into a second room because people beside our room were too noisy. Security was called and police were supposedly called but never showed up. Second room was the most disgusting and disappointing room I stayed in. Hair, food, and other gross items found in bathroom. Walls are paper thin so it was not quiet at night.

Fantastic hotel until you get to experience the room. We were in 1223 - a ground floor room. Beds were comfortable except one of the beds was up against the monstrosity of an air condition unit. Every time we put the air con on we it was like being at the side of a jet engine but with freezing cold air - yes I understand that’s how they are supposed to work but the kids couldn’t be in the bed or they froze to death let alone the noise - we also had the ground floor room overlooking the homeless gathering point I mean car park so we dare not open the patio windows at night. So we basically cooked all night. And then the doors to each room have the auto closer on maximum so you get the pleasure of hearing each one slam all through the night as other guests come and go. The walls are super thin too so you can hear the adjoining neighbours. The hotel and aesthetics are really good shame about the noisy room air con, door closers and paper thin walls

I honestly was not thrilled with the fact that at property they told me parki g was extra $30 ,but I figured ok fine . I get to room AC doesn't work and the worst part is the bed had the worst night of my life bed has the worst I've ever slept in check out was at 11am left at 8am of how terrible it was. Don't recommend at all. Please stay elsewhere .

The bed was super soft and warped. The room was okay and the front desk was nice. Strange that they charge $32 for parking when public parking which is just as close was $7. I also didn’t like that there was an additional fee that apparently I didn’t pay through Expedia. Otherwise, the room was clean.

Shay greeted us at the check in counter and was super welcoming and kind. We had our flight unexpectedly canceled and we’re exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. Comfortable hotel and wonderful location. It's in a safe and walkable area, loved being able to walk around and explore. The hotel is very clean and had nice amenities. The staff was very helpful. We brought our dog with us. We received notice of a complaint about her barking for a few minutes when we left our room to go to the hotel bar our first night. We didn't want to bother other guests and requested a different room if possible. Big kudos to Kat at the front desk for helping us go to another room so quickly. So accommodating and helpful! Really appreciate her warmth and kindness. On our last night, we had stepped into the hallway for a few seconds and heard our dog bark and went right back into the room to calm her down and stay in for the night. We immediately got a call from the hotel there was a complaint about her barking. Not the hotel's fault, but the guests appear to have low tolerance for sound. I heard plenty of noise from other rooms but figured folks are allowed to exist in their rooms. The hotel staff were accommodating to us, but it made it hard to be comfortable and enjoy our trip knowing other guests were so ready to complain. We travel with her all the time in hotels and this is the first time we've ever received complaints. I wouldn't recommend bringing your dog to this hotel. The hotel is dog friendly, but the other guests are not.

Great location near the marina but far enough from Venice beach to be quieter but still walkable . $32 parking , but that is LA . Breakfast was great. My room on 1st floor was a little noisy but probably better if further down the hall . Room great size . Next time I’ll make use of the bikes .

Even when we were leaving close to 4:30 I heard the front desk say they had no rooms for people who just got there. That's such a massive mismanagement of your staff. Definitely not much to write about. Unfriendly check in sort of ruined it. Extortionist price for parking when inexpensive public lot is right next door. The beds were terrible, literally sagging in various spots. Would avoid.
