Topock66 Hotel

We love this place! The staff are super kind. We traveled on summer and on the day of arrival our plan changed so we arrived earlier than check in time. It was really hot outside Carlie did her best to find us a ready room and let us in early. The staff are pretty resourceful as well. Facility is good! My kids love the pool and the jet skii/boat renting is steps away. It was cool sailing along Colorado River. Will certainly live here again.

Looking forward to our next stay! The bed and pillows were like a cloud - we slept 10 hours! The room was very clean, stocked with essentials and very spacious; with its own patio to sit on and enjoy the river views! The staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk from the hotel to the restaurant/bar/pool - all very clean, had great food, and fun ambiance. Highly recommend Topock66!!

The views, the pool and the river makes this property a must stay. There is a train that passes every hour or so, but the atmosphere made the hotel worth it. We were in the pool and bar staff brought drinks/food to the pool. Food was ok, but can do with some improvement. The rooms are exceptional value for money with really nice mattresses and super clean

Brand new hotel! It was very nice. Great size rooms for the whole family. Loved the nice size fridge (especially during river season) and little kitchen area. Well done. Literally best location because the river is right there or you can hit the pool. The vibe at the pool was fun with music, swim up bar, and restaurant. This new hotel gives options especially if you are new to the river scene (boat rentals at the location too) or meeting friends and you are looking for your own place to sleep!

Great staff nice property has a restaurant onsite and convenience store. Huge pancakes, and they even had homemade croutons in salad which I asked for more on the side even the thought don’t normally like them. Can rent boats there and boat launch is connected to property.. Nice size rooms with Marina view microwave and full-size fridge. Definitely recommend this place

Conveniently located off the 40. Beautiful view of the river. The pool/patio set up is fantastic. Pool was open til 11, restaurant open til 9. Rooms are very spacious, nice updates with fridge and partial kitchen. There are no utensils. The train is loud and runs about every 10-15 minutes but you kind of get used to it. Dog friendly. Overall I’d absolutely recommend staying here, and I look forward to returning.

Hotel was right on the river. Dock for boats and jet ski's. resteraunt and bar on site. Pool was a bit cold at the time we were there. No heater.

Kinda a random spot along 40. We where a little un sure about this stay. but got there and we where very surprised great pool bar area rooms where huge and super clean. It’s right next to a rail track but you could hardly hear it. And it was kinda neat. Really cool spot we will be back.

Topock 66 has been a family spot for us for years now and with the new hotel, we had to try a river weekend there. The hotel was great - fresh, new, clean, spacious - the kitchenette is a win-win fir us to make meals for our river boat days. After, we come back, we enjoy the pool and some cocktails! 3 drawbacks...1. Trains run all day and through the night 2. Music ends too early at the pool. 3. "pool bar" closes too early. When we come off the water, we just miss the entertainment AND jumping in the pool with drinks at the water bar! Food at 66 is ok and free water is a + with such extreme summer temps.

Great service and perfect if you have a boat because you can just keep it in the water and go out.

Great little place on the Colorado River, especially if you prefer less touristy locations. Rooms were clean, well designed and very comfortable.

I don’t want to scare anyone off, but feel obliged to let you know about a few things. The property itself is FABULOUS! Nice rooms, nice pool, and although we didn’t use it, the restaurant/bar looked fantastic! The main problem with the property is its nearness to a railroad. It seemed a train went by every 10 minutes day and night. We used earplugs to get some sleep. Another negative is they only have queen beds - no king beds. Finally, although the showers are big, clean, and nice, the water pressure was disappointing. On the upside, there are boat slips and the pool appeared to have a swim-up bar literally below a stage that over hangs to pool. Really cool setting!

No complaints, i would like the water for the shower hotter and stronger pressure

Topock 66 Hotel has only been open for about 3 months so it still has some areas that need finishing like the landscaping and vacant land next to it that needs cleaning up. Also, some construction machinery is still on the property. But hotel is pretty cool! Sits west of pool and restaurant overlooking the river to the north. The rooms are nice and spacious. Don’t know if all the rooms come with a small kitchen sink and 5 foot fridge with freezer but ours did. The kitchen has no stove or hot plate just a microwave and small coffee maker but plenty of cabinet and counter space. A spacious walk-in glass shower, one sink vanity with enough counter and drawers for all your toiletries and things you need for the river. Huge lighted vanity mirror. Sleeping area had two queen size comfortable beds. A pho leather couch that pulls out to a bed. But I never opened it so I don’t know how big or comfy it is. A good size closet with a safe and extra pillows and bedding. Sliding glass door to the balcony that overlooks the river and boat parking in their marina. Cons: Not boat friendly, parking for boats is not on premises. It is across the street and on other side of train tracks where you can’t keep an eye on your boat. Also, at night the lot is pretty secluded and dark no lights to be able to see if anyone messes with your boat. No trash can in parking lot for trash from your car you have to throw it away in hotel room. $20 launch fee.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. Balcony overlooking the marina was nice. The property sits adjacent to the train tracks so be aware. The noise was not an issue for us. We would definitely stay again.

Check in took forever, but the rooms are really big and beautiful. Pool was not cleaned, because a lot of guests tend to eat/drink in the pool.

A staff member was very rude in sharing one of their policies. Their policies about bringing drinks on the restaurant grounds should be properly displayed. Further, a polite explanation would have gone a long way as opposed to a rude abrupt conversation. Won’t be back there again.

Disappointed from the last time we were here. Check in was different. Everything was a $75 upgrade, even though the place was completely empty. We however love the area and the rooms are very clean and spacious.

The location on the Colorado River in the middle of the desert is spectacular. Loved the pool restaurant area as well. Fun place to relax after a day of driving.

The freight train rumbles by quite a lot. They did a good job of insulating the rooms from the sound, but you can feel it. Lighter sleepers might have issue. Otherwise, the staff was great, the restaurant was good and it was an all around good stopover to Los Angeles.

It's way out in the middle of nowhere, between Lake Havasu and Bullhead. There is a marina and a boat launch. A remote getaway on the river with great facilities.

Sick spot basically in the middle of nowhere. But happened to be 5 minutes from where i needed to work. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is on the Colorado River and has great views. Our room was spacious and clean. Check-in was inconvenient, since we had to go to the store near the pool to check in and get our key cards and then go back to the hotel area.

Nice property and rooms was worried about the train next to the hotel but didn’t bother us at all didn’t even notice once in our room.

Great location just off I40. If you’re there on wednesdays they have an awesome steak and lobster deal for $29.99 right now! It was yummy!

This hotel is new. The room was spacious and everyone was friendly. I liked that it had a beautiful pool and restaurant close by. Breakfast and dinner were good.
