Unique place. Great service at check in and out. Room was clean. The breakfast partnership with a local coffee cafe was really nice and delicious. The only issue was parking which all in all wasn’t a huge deal. Small parking lot so we had to park across the street in a small lot where there was activity from a local establishment. Everyone was friendly and it was clean so can’t complain.

Beautiful hotel that has been 100% re-done in the heart of historic downtown Great Falls. The rooms are very nice and they even have a wonderful Business Niche to work from. Staff was very nice and the property is in pristine new condition. I highly suggest this hotel.

Lovely place , very clean and the staff is very accommodating , my shuttle from the airport wasn’t booked and they were able to get a shuttle right away .Devon and Michael are extremely helpful . Snacks and water was available , very friendly and helpful staff .

The staff were awesome, friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early and welcomed us with a ice cold beer. The hotel was clean and close walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was only a couple blocks from the Newberry concert venue. The beds were comfy. Room was a little small and no wadrobe but it was still an ok size. We also really appreciated the complimentary milk and cookies, and delicious breakfast delivered to our room. We will definitely be back!

Great stay except ONE BIG THING. There was not a smart TV in the room. The place is nearly brand new but the TVs have a few dozen channels (with a guide channel that doesn’t work) and no access to apps / Netflix etc. We won’t be staying here again as a result. The bed and pillows were a win - really enjoyed both. Bathroom small but the shower was hot and clean. There’s a small table with two chairs but it’s not big enough to work from if you need to do that. Nice complimentary breakfast. All the staff were professional and courteous.

The property appears to have been recently remodeled. They have done a nice job making it look more modern and the premises are quiet. But the rooms are small and the layout is not appealing. There is no closet and the bathroom sink is in the living area and separate from the toilet and shower. That is an inconvenience that could have been addressed with a better thought out remodel. The beds are very comfortable. And much to our surprise, the breakfast was quite good. The front desk staff is very friendly and courteous. Overall, a positive experience despite the shortcomings I noted.

The room was clean, staff was very nice. We didn't use any of the amenities. My partner wasn't able to get the TV to work properly and I struggled with the room temperature but overall was a good stay. We were able to walk a lot of the places we wanted to go. Would stay there again.

Love the Gibson - we return again and again, when we're in town. Such a cool vibe. Staff is outstanding; hotel is chic; location is ideal if you'll be in the downtown area; walking distance to great coffee and restaurants. Can't wait for our next visit!!

Loved everything about this property. It was such a surprise to find they had everything you could need in a room. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room had a keurig coffee maker, a safe, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, a make up mirror and a full length mirror! The room was very clean including the window sills!! The lobby offered soup, a glass of wine or beer (soda if you’d rather) and extra coffee, cocoa pods, as well as water. The price was very good for the quality boutique hotel. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Great Falls.

We enjoyed our stay and staying again in a few days on our way back. We were disappointed that the downtown area had several vacant buildings and we felt a little uncomfortable at night walking back from a very nice restaurant (chop & steak house) due to some street people.

Loved the downtown location. We visited on the weekend so it was very quiet. Very walkable area. Did a self guided tour of historical buildings. Dinner at Celtic Cowboy was very good and affordable.

This hotel stay felt above and beyond the “norm.” Beautiful and clean hotel, room felt so much nicer than other hotels we’ve stayed at. Huge king size bed that was very comfy. Upon check in we were offered a drink. Later delicious homemade soup and cookies were in the lobby. To top it all off: homemade delicious breakfast delivered to our room. Awesome service!

Hotel recently renovated & well done. Greeted with a spacious lobby & glass of wine. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast served in room. Bed very comfortable. Staff attentive & extremely helpful. Would recommend a second chair for the room. Hotel is centrally located on the western edge of downtown Great Falls, a very interesting & historically significant Montana city.

I was impressed! Whoever was the interior designer for this hotel was very good as you would be hard pressed to find a nicer place to stay outside of an expensive resort. Superb! Not to mention there is beer on tap at check in and breakfast, which was really good, is delivered to the room!

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! From the complimentary beer and wine upon checkin, to ordering breakfast to be delivered whenever you are ready in the morning, to the free milk and cookies you can call the front desk at any time of day! We will be back! Highly highly recommend!
