We booked it as we had long layover in Istanbul, first nothing to do with the Istanbul Airport, 15mins away in a smaller town. Hotel not Ibis quality and restauran/breakfast is underwhelming. For the purpose just have a room to sleep in for few hours it did its purpose and inside the bedroom and the toilet was very clean and modern, everything outside doesn't make sense.

Hip vibes and good location across from a beautiful mosque. I think having the name “airport” in the name of the hotel is misleading. It’s not that close to the airport (took about 25 minutes to get there). Although we had a “non-smoking” room, it smelled heavily of smoke, but I’m not sure that could be helped since almost everyone smokes in Istanbul.

It was an OK stay in an OK facility. We preferred it due to a late-night arrival at the Istanbul Airport. My 5 stars go to the front desk staff, especially the night shift guy (sincerely sorry, I forgot your name) who saved my vacation (travelling with two young kids) by finding the most optimal solution for a rental car-related problem in the middle of the night. Thanks for that.

Arrivée épique. On me donne une carte, je vais dans la chambre, elle est déjà occupée. Je retourne à la réception, on me donne une autre carte, je vais dans la chambre, il y a des sacs et des valises. Je retourne encore une fois à la réception, on me fait attendre 30 minutes pour finalement me donner la carte d’une chambre en sous-sol, sans vue, et avec la chasse d’eau cassée. Le lendemain je demande à changer de chambre. La nouvelle chambre est correcte mais avec la pluie, un boucan pas possible toute la nuit d’eau qui coule et qui raisonne sur quelque chose de métallique. Enfin pour le resto, dommage qu’il ne soit pas possible d’avoir 1 verre d’alcool dans un hôtel d’une chaîne internationale.

Reception service was excellent! Yasin was welcomed and friendly, check in was quick and optimal! Rooms are cold in this hotel, no heating, but it's normal for Turkey . There are only air-conditions in the rooms. The breakfast is poor, and there was little choice. In real 3 star hotel, not 4
