Everything i found wrong they fixed. Awesome employees. Didnt like the fact if you wanted to walk to the girepit area had to be careful of all th dog poop.

The weeds out side were out of control, ants everywhere, the carpet in room is old and dirty. The vending machine dont work. The lady that worked midnights was outside most of the time talking with some guy in car. Breakfast was not much to choice from. Very unorganized came back from concert and there was no parking available. Had to park on side road.

The outdoor area need serious help! The grass was a mess! Needed weed and feed. Trimming along sidewalks and mowing needed done. Inside was good. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Price was too high, will not book thru 3rd party ever again.

The hotel overall wasn’t too bad except when getting out of your vehicle you couldn’t stand in one place for long because the sidewalks were covered with ants. The room was okay but the latch on the door kept sticking and if we didn’t make sure it wouldn’t latch and someone could walk right in the room. The breakfast was terrible! They only had some heat and serve sausage links waffles. The fruit was dried out and looked like it had been there for a few days. It looked like they possibly had eggs but the tray was empty. I went to get breakfast at about 9:15 am and very few people were there so I assumed there should some food there??

Reuested extra pillows they were able to spare one, our room had a refrigerator but no microwave. The bed was comfortable, the shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty. Breakfast was not good at all unless you like waffles. There was no salt or pepper to.be found anywhere, food wasnt very hot and biscuits and gravy were tasteless. I needed the speak to front desk, the hostbwas on his phine in the breakfast area for 5 kinutes before noticing me. No that friendly whatsoever

There is dark food in the room from a dark before us and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower didn’t work overall the plays were awesome. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It only had eggs, sausage and waffles. Very limited amount compared to my other stays at other hotels serving breakfast.

The breakfast was very limited ...today at 9 there was only two slices of bread and the fuses blew yesterday so no microwave and toaster. Would recommend muffin or similar items. Too many waffly devises. The bathroom shower dispensers were all empty which left us with one tiny bar of soap .

Did the job, room smelled like floor cleaner even though I checked in at 10pm. Bathroom is strange, no tub and a phone next to the toilet? Great for some, unusual for most. Bathroom tiles peeling away from the walls and some animal hair in the bedsheets. One of the side doors didn’t work so it was propped open with a bucket (?!) Overall, it was ok but the bar is on the floor. I wouldn’t have spent longer than one night here. Was never expecting the four seasons but I’ll find a holiday in express or something instead next time.

Excellent stay, the place was quiet, clean and good breakfast. Only complaint we had was our room was out of conditioner and almost out of shampoo. Great place and well worth the money. Everybody was great.

The front desk person was nice. Kitchen person was nice. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles. Skimpy breakfast, but, free. Dispensers in the bathroom for shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty. One small bar of soap. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Room was large, comfortable bed.

Everything was good except the cleanliness of our room was a little bad, we found trash and chip wrappers and there was urine on the toilet seat when we first arrived there, everything else was great and I would stay again.

Property was adequate for the one night we stayed there. It appears on weekends, there is no maintenance person available. The pod container for the in room coffee maker was missing and the front desk attendee said he could not help but there was coffee in the break room available. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty so we could not take a decent shower.

The room we were staying in was above the lobby, so we heard the door opening every time someone entered the hotel. It was constant even during sleeping hours. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but the maintenance done in the room was terrible. The calk job looked like a 5 year old did it. The shower needs some grips on the bottom so you don't fall. I had to use a towel.

Not a terrible place. When I walked in the lobby smelled horribly of wet dog. It almost made me gag. I requested a room on the highest floor away from the elevator, and I was given the room across the hall from front desk. I was literally in the very first room. Not a huge complaint but it was not my first choice. The doors in this hotel slam very easily so it was a bit noisy, especially in the morning. Many people in the reviews said the bed was comfy but I disagree. I thought it was very hard and I didn’t sleep well. The bathroom was very clean and I appreciate that very much. Room was clean overall. Some areas are just dated. Overall it was just an ok stay.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. Our room was alright, but for $200 for the night, I would’ve expected better. We were told it was non-smoking, but had a horrible stale cigarette smoke smell. The room was updated, but you could tell it was done very poorly with several unfinished areas throughout the room.

I was traveling with my partner and his service dog. He is a disabled veteran. Upon arrival I was told we were placed on the second floor. When I asked for availability on the first floor, the clerk informed me that there were 1st floor rooms, but I had chosen a deluxe room and they were on the second floor. I said were would take the 1st floor room, offering to pay for the deluxe if we could move to the first floor. I was told that wasnt allowed because we didnt book directly with that particular hotel. Then she told me there was a charge for the dog to stay. I phoned the 800 number for Best Western and was told that they do not charge for service dogs, and because we booked online she could not change the room, but if there was availability the hotel could move us. You got it, the clerk said only a manager could do it and the manager was gone. The person from the 800 call phone the desk clerk. After which she was at least polite but refused to move us. You should consider modifying your policy, train staff to understand the needs of those with service animals and the LAWS they must abide by. This was likely the LAST time I will see the inside of a Best Western hotel. Come on, you CAN do better than this.

Rang bell several times before desk clerk arrived to check us in. He was friendly and apologetic. We had plenty of hot water our first day there but there was no plug for the tub so I couldn't take a bath. Second morning there was no hot water so we could not even shower. Desk clerk said there was nothing she could do to adjust what we paid for the room. Also, breakfast was sparse and not very appetizing.

The room was ok. Not the room I reserved. I reserved a king room but was given a double queen room. The room was clean and was fine. Surprised that the desk personnel were in hoodies and jeans.

Room was nice. Very clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was ok. The only real negative thing was we were double charged for one of our 2 rooms. I had noticed it when we got home. I called right away and was told that they would have the owner look into it and get back to me and get it cleared up. I have not been refunded nor heard back from them. I have called 3 times.

The staff was very nice and trying to do the best they could. They were unfortunately short staffed and trying to more then they should be doing. After get in the room we noticed that half of the lamps in the room were missing light bulbs or the bulbs didn't work. We did go to the front desk to see if we could a couple new bulbs, but there were no extra light bulbs available. The staff that was there did a nice job. They just needed some more support to be available to do their job properly.

This was a great place to stay after a concert at Soaring Eagle. It was about $100 cheaper than place in Mt. Pleasant and just 20 minutes away. Staff was friendly, and room was spacious. Eady on and off from the highway without the highway noice. We'd stay here again.

This is a very new hotel and so everything looked nice and new. The room was clean. The bed was industrial, but fairly comfortable and there were lots of pillows. The "full breakfast" was spartan: cold cereal, muffins, toast, and juice. I guess you could make waffles, but we weren\'t sure. No eggs or meat. No yogurt and the fruit didn\'t look that great. Overall, we felt the amenities were not what we were looking for for the price.

Very nice motel, front desk associates were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is there breakfast, they say its from 6:30am-9:30am and that tgey offer eggs, meat,plus a variety of other items, we went down at 8:30am for breakfast and found that there were no eggs or meat they said it would be out shortly but after 15 minutes we decided to leave and go to big boy which is just in front, this is the second time this has happened, will consider staying somewhere else next time in the area. They're not very organized in the breakfast area.

Overall my stay was fine, the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that at 8am when we went down for breakfast there was empty pans and didn't see any one filling them so checked out and went to the big boy restaurant in front for breakfast. If your going to advertise a free breakfast with your stay there should be staff to keep it full
