Was right next to the luau (a tram system that goes all over Dublin). Parking was available for a discounted rate at the Arena3 parking facility. (was 25/day) Had a nice cafe/restaurant on first floor. Was about a 30 minute walk to the main sites of Dublin (Christ Church/Temple Bar). Room had everything, including washer/dryer. Had some trouble with the dryer and staff was very helpful. (Maria!)

The location was great…the room was of high quality. There was some minor issue with cleanliness and electrical items but the staff sorted this out within the day. The hotel is comfortable with nice common areas for sitting. The hotel restaurant is really for breakfast and brunch…but just outside, there are restaurants around.

Eftersom det stormade och regnade var jag rätt mycket på hotellet. Det finns en stor lobby med café, soffgrupper och arbetsplatser där man kan sitta och jobba eller surfa eller bara softa. Det var värt guld dessa dagar. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Jag var tvungen att lägga på en extra natt på grund av stormen och trivdes väldigt bra. Finns pubar och restauranger i kvarteret, annars tar man sig till Temple bar på ca 20 minuter.

Wow. I was blown away! Spotless great service huge "apartment" like rooms. Walkable to downtown right near train station. Less than a mile to Connolly station. Price was great considering. The cafe downstairs had the best food. Really enjoyed this trip with my son. Definitely would stay here again in a second!

The suite was really nice but a bit dirty when we came - there were some black hairs in the shower and on the bed. My partner and I are both blonde so they definitely weren’t ours… The bar also was closed on a Saturday at 6pm. Despite that we had a good stay, with the hotel being conveniently located near the tram and bus stops to go into the city, or the airport

This is a tough one. Really liked the room but didn't like the bed platform. The hotel cleaning staff was very superficial. The room was extremely dusty because of the ventilation system, tops of everything were dusty. The lack of fresh air in the room was a bummer and the single window was dirty. We bought cleaning supplies and did our own daily. It was very windy during our stay and I think that increased the dust in the building. Otherwise it was extremely pleasant. We stayed nearly a month and everything about the hotel lent itself to us. The tram next door is a game changer you can put right to work! Great location. We will stay there again!

Property was ok, and great location with large supermarket nearby. Staff excellent. Facilities including kitchen and washer/dryer were adequate but rooms were tight and limited space for luggage. Rooms were clean, however floor seemed to have had a rushed clean (if any) as dust and hair remants needed us to sweep up ourselves.

Next door to 3 arena, perfect location if you are attending an event. First room wasn't clean, second room had one chair for 2 people,the only way to get in touch with reception is to go downstairs or use your mobile and dial as if you aren't already in the hotel. Asked for a second chair, never got, asked for a shower cap and was told they dont have it. I would rate this like a travelodge not a 4 star hotel.

Beware that at this time this facility has bedbugs! We were traveling with a large group for a family vacation and booked two suites (not cheap) the first suite had bed bugs and was clearly not cleaned. We asked for another room and found more bed bugs. My 83 yr old father said he was not staying in this place after the second suite had bed bugs. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel. In the end we were credited but it was not an experience we were looking for on holiday.

Great stay overall, loved having a well-equiped kitchen and clothes washer/dryer. Apartment was fairly spacious, quiet, and comfortable overall. The couch was of a unique design and would not be comfortable for all. Two rigid dining chairs were provided, no easy chair. Bed was comfortable enough for us, but would be too firm for many ( futon-like mattress). More hooks or bars in the bathroom would be helpful. Staff members were excellent, kind and helpful. Small grocery store across the street was very convenient, so was the tram into city center. Stay was a good value, very clean, and in a sage area.

The lighting in the rooms is atricious. Tiny spotlights that do not light the entire room. We had to move the furniture so we could see to sit and eat snacks in the room. Lamps would make much more sense. It was impossible to shave in front of the mirror by the bathroom sink -- totally dark area. If you stay here bring extra lighting.

My only problems with the apartment were the furnishings. We were given a handicap accessible room and maybe that was why? One large chair in the living area. No place for two adults to sit comfortably and we had two twin beds that I had requested be put together but they weren’t. But they were very comfortable. I think we may have been better off with a studio rather than the one bedroom. Great location for our needs.

Everyone working there was absolutely lovely and helpful. The rooms are nice, kitchen well equipped. Only downside are the windows. You can’t open them so you have to trust the AC but it still gets very warm. Nevertheless I would absolutely recommend that location.

Loved the design of this place, lobby area and rooms are excellent! The staff was really nice too. I would say the room is quite dark, there is only one small window which is partially covered by the furniture. During the night, it is amazing because it's completely dark and easy to sleep. I love all the additions to the room, it has a dish washer and washer/drier. Watch out because there is a Nespresso machine but they just provide 2 pods and you will need to buy more if you want more. The ceiling was unfinished, while I know it is a design choice to make it look industrial, it seemed a little on the dirty/forgot to finish it kind. There was a light fixture on top of the table that never worked, I mentioned it to the staff but because there isn't a way to communicate while you are in the room (no phone to call reception) we were out all day and the next day nobody understood what I was saying. The towel warmer didn't work either which was a nice addition to have. And my suggestion for the mirror in the bathroom in front of the sink, it's too far, I would add a smaller augmented mirror that can be moved to solve that.

Nice accommodation in good location for the the port. The room was clean and comfortable. Good shower and nice fluffy towels. The room was a bit too warm for my liking, and unable to have a window open. The fee for the dog for the night is €40 which I felt was a bit steep. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they were transparent about the cost, but there is no mention of the fee when booking. They validated the card for the nearby car park, which I thought was for complementary parking, but I still had to pay €25 for overnight parking. The validation was for a €5 discount. Overall the cost of the stay was an extra €65 on top of what I thought. My responsibility for not researching thoroughly, but no mention of the above when booking.

From the first interaction by phone to report our flight had been delayed to the moment we checked out, we received top notch customer service. The room was AMAZING!!! Very clean, stocked, a self-guided interface on how to use the room amenities was on the television. We wanted for nothing. Cannot remember the last time we stayed somewhere that was this perfect. We will be returning to Ireland in the future and will absolutely stay here again. A warm and friendly staff was the icing on the cake at this gem of a boutique hotel. 5 stars all around!

The room and facilities were good, and most of the staff were kind and professional. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with one staff member who worked in the morning, wore a beanie and a gold necklace. While this person was friendly and talkative with other colleagues, he completely ignored me whenever I approached or spoke to him. On my last day, when I came to pick up my luggage, he stood silently without greeting or responding to my questions—just watching me as I took my bag and left. I don’t expect every staff member to be cheerful all the time, but this behavior made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Although I do not wish to assume or suggest that this person has an issue with Asian guests, I couldn’t help but notice that the guests who were treated this way, including myself, happened to be Asian. It left a very negative impression of the hotel overall, despite the kindness of the other staff. I sincerely hope the hotel management identifies this staff member and ensures that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy.

When we arrived we were told we needed ID for everyone staying. I’ve never had to do this before for a hotel in the UK/Ireland and it also wasn’t in the terms/rules stated by hotels.com. We were swiftly told that it was in the hotels policy. Which clearly doesn’t reflect onto hotels.com when booking. We live in Ireland so really didn’t see the need for identification. It was a great inconvenience as two of our party didn’t have any ID with them and had to go to great lengths to contact someone from home to go get their ID to send it through. I think an update on the rules on hotels.com would need to be addressed as not everyone carries ID 24/7. Especially in their own country where they live. Other than that the room was good and the amenities were good for what we needed. It’s just infortunate it started on a sour note.

The room was great. One of the fron desk people, a woman from Chile was awesome. The other, a guy, gave me flack about a couple of extra coffee pods which was kind of lame. Overall it was great - we particularly liked the room, despite a view of the arena wall :)

Loved the design of this place, lobby area and rooms are excellent! The staff was really nice too. I would say the room is quite dark, there is only one small window which is partially covered by the furniture. During the night, it is amazing because it's completely dark and easy to sleep. I love all the additions to the room, it has a dish washer and washer/drier. Watch out because there is a Nespresso machine but they just provide 2 pods and you will need to buy more if you want more. The ceiling was unfinished, while I know it is a design choice to make it look industrial, it seemed a little on the dirty/forgot to finish it kind. There was a light fixture on top of the table that never worked, I mentioned it to the staff but because there isn't a way to communicate while you are in the room (no phone to call reception) we were out all day and the next day nobody understood what I was saying. The towel warmer didn't work either which was a nice addition to have. And my suggestion for the mirror in the bathroom in front of the sink, it's too far, I would add a smaller augmented mirror that can be moved to solve that.

Staff were amazing - had an issue with our shower and they solved it immediately. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and excellent value. Great location with the Luas in front of the hotel. The restaurant food is exceptional - we would happily stay again

Great value for a Dublin stay.The room was comfortable, clean and modern.TheLocation was perfect for a concert at 3Arena and easy to get about Dublin on light rail. The breakfast was mediocre at best and the front desk sadly understaffed as only 1 person available with a queue of 7 waiting. The woman that checked us in was pleasant but rushing to do her best for all. She clearly needed more staff to help.

There was no extra bed in room even though I requested it prior and got told it would be in the room ready for when we arrive. We arrived late at about 11pm so there was no housekeeping staff in so we couldn’t even get an extra pillow or bedsheet. Meaning my friend had resorted to sleeping on a bare slightly dirty couch present in the kitchen area. Ridiculous that the check in staff didn’t even try to show a bit of sympathy or attempt to help. They said you could ask in the morning, well that would be pointless as that’s after we would have needed the bed. Substandard service. Compensation or at least an apology is necessary. Grounds and reception area is a lovely design I will say however as a positive.

Staff are super friendly and helpful here. The location is great- a bit away from the action so nice and quiet but a quick twenty minute walk to be in the thick of it. Luas is right in front of hotel if you don’t want to walk. Room was spacious and really appreciated having a small kitchen. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was fantastic! Also the Dublin express airport bus stop is one block away so very convenient and inexpensive to get to and from airport. Really enjoyed our stay and felt it was very good value.

Beckett Locke was perfect for a week long stay. The city center could be easily and quickly reached by the transit system stop right outside the doors. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The beds were comfortable. Nice bathrooms. If only they would open the bar and restaurant

We spent 3 nights here in March. The LUAS (tram) station is literally right outside the door. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and used the washer/dryer in our suite. The Dublin Express Bus from the airport dropped us off about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There's a small Centra market across the street.

Loved the aparthotel at Beckett Locke. Right outside is a team stop with easy ticket purchase and the amenities are wonderful. Did laundry the entire time we were there with the provided washer/dryer combo and had the option to cook also. Coffee shop downstairs is wonderful. Front desk staff are great! About 2.5 km to city center if you want to walk. Grocery available about 2 blocks away. Restaurants close and 3Arena right next door!

Beckett Locke was a fantastic “home base” for our trip around Ireland! Great proximity to all of the action of Temple Bar while being just out of the craziness. Public transportation adjacent to the hotel with a grocery store a block away. It was a great place to stay!

Had a great 8- night stay here in Dublin. Took an upgrade to a junior suite that also included a washer and dryer, which was really convenient! Location is awesome and amenities were just what was needed. I highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Beckett and returned because it is a great hotel and location if you want a quieter sleep, but yet close enough to walk to O’Connell street area. It is walkable (3-4 blocks) to Europcar to pick up a rental and the airport shuttle stops right on the block-first stop off from the airport and last pick up stop so you’re not wasting time getting back to the airport. Washer/dryer in the room was a plus.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The in hotel 3rd party vendor "Hello Charlie" was OK 3 out of 4 times we chose to use them. The first day Peter was Very Good. For this reason we kept chasing that service with mixed results.

Great oasis just outside the center. Well furnished, amazing level of amenities for either short or mid term stays. Only negative is the communcal areas a little underutilised and the bar is closed until.further notice.

The staff was amazing! The coffee shop in the lobby area serves THE BEST dirty Chai latte! The rooms were not cozy though unfortunately. Also, when I checked in my room was dirty, but staff assisted me with switching rooms.

Expected better from a 4 star hotel. The property was fine, but the hallway carpet was filthy , when we entered the room, the fridge door was open, and there was an industrial sized air cleaner left in the room. Staff were ok. They charged us 50£ while checking in instead of placing a hold on the card. We had to call them to get it sorted, which they did. The bed etc were comfortable, room was quiet. But for the price we paid, we expected a little more refinement

the apartment was clean and fresh - everything was in great order. OK we got a very nice upgrade so were likely to be pleased! However it was super value and a great location (we were visiting the arena) with easy access from the tram. Have stayed other hotels previously and would happily stay here again

We stayed at this hotel due to its location right next to the arena. The rooms were great, mini kitchen with full facilities, good size bathroom and comfortable beds. The restaurant, bar and coffee shop all served high quality food and drinks at a reasonable price. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
