The gym was not well equipped even what little equipment they had like exercise bike was broken The steam room and sauna was meant to close at 10pm but they would turn it off @8pm when I complained they said made up things like some time you don’t get steam then the next day it was under maintenance and the next day it was for heath Safty reason then when complained the main reception desk they said they should do that we will back to you but never did I was told why don’t come earlier I said I would come earlier if said close at 8pm I can work to that but you say close at 10pm but close when ever like frankly I found the staff to very rude Over a six weeks period I stay there nearly three weeks on and off

The room was incredibly well-equipped — everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, including a washing machine, which made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. It truly felt complete, like a home away from home. The overall quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail really stood out, and we appreciated how everything was arranged to make guests feel at ease. I would also like to give a special thank you to Ulgen from reception and Emine from housekeeping for their kindness and excellent service. They both contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here again in the future.
