Bella Restare - Amenities walking distance

It was great. One suggestion! Get a bigger hot water heater. For a family it is hard to stagger showers when you are in a hurry to get out the door.

The condo is in desperate need of updates. Couch was stained, 2 of comforters were DIRTY, one even had blood on it. Plaster was cracking, kitchen chairs we felt like we were falling through. Says it slept 8…. But only seating for 5. Our family took turns standing at meals. Hot tub was down for maintenance repairs.

Me and my family had a great time at this place. The room was clean, well stocked, plenty of linen, and felt safe in the area. We had family that wanted to visit for a few hours while we were in town and the facility accommodated us with this. The owner was quick in response when we contacted them. The bad part is 2 of the 3 beds were hard to sleep on. The upstairs bedroom got warm when AC was turned down and the bottom area was cold so it was trying to find a comfort zone for both areas. Pools were great and clean. Overall we had one of our best trips and stay at this place.

Good location, nice room, too many stairs that weren’t disclosed on the Vrbo website. I’m pregnant and it was rather difficult to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Needs to be disclosed in listing.

The place was fantastic! The safety of the gated community was very important when you have 18-19 year old daughters walking to and from the pool area at night. The condo was very clean and spacious! We will stay there again when we come back to Branson

We absolutely loved our stay here! The clubhouse and pool was within walking distance. The course was awesome! Can't wait to book this on again in the future.

We had a great time. We really like the neighborhood, the 3 bathrooms, and fishing right there on the lake. I'm sure we'll be back!

Great for a family trip, communication was great and location is great. The condo is a great size but it is in desperate need of some updates. Peeling paint, new carpet, holes in furniture, etc. The complex needs some attention. Lights out around the indoor pool, cleanliness in the locker rooms. Unit was well stocked with necessities, towels, etc.

Amenities are excellent at this location tucked into a gorgeous golf resort. Inside pool and the outside hot tub were excellent after a cold gloomy day on the town. Kitchen amenities are enough to cook about anything. Just needed a grill by we made due. We will be back.

Nice home and neighborhood for our family vacation. We loved that the pool was close by. There were a few minor things that the kitchen didn't have like a can opener, kitchen scissors etc. And several of the blinds throughout were broken. Over it was a good stay.

Look elsewhere until they fix it!Long review: From the excessive ant traps to the horrible mold smell and large mold spot in the master bathroom to the dirty floors and bathrooms to the drains backing up on the third day to the downstairs neighbor complaining when you walk across the floor to the mouse droppings to the ripped and tattered furniture to the rude property staff to all of the apparent water damage and separating paint/wall seams, I’m not sure which is worse. The fact that the listing is dated is the very least of the problems. When the problems were expressed, the property manager said the issues were reflected in the price and offered for housekeeping to come back and interrupt our stay so they could do their job over. They amenities may be in walking distance if you like to walk, but they are nothing to improve this listing. Just look elsewhere until they decide to make it habitable. When my family travels, we expect for the condos to be a home away from home. This listing is more like a hovel away from home. Renter beware. No refund will be offered. Deal with it or move at your own expense.

We have already communicated these details, but we will list them again: To be honest, this stay has been really disappointing.-There are ants everywhere in the kitchen. We reported this but it was not addressed.-There is active, fuzzy mold on the ceiling of the master bathroom.-One sink faucet in the master bathroom is broken and the hot/cold cannot be adjusted.-There is no aerator on the showerhead in the upstairs bathroom so the water comes out in a single stream that drills you.-The handle on the upstairs shower is loose and hard to use.-There is a crack in the bottom of the upstairs tub that we think is leaking water (hard to say for sure, but there is evidence of water damage throughout the property)-There is no cover on the outlet beside the bed upstairs.-The outlet in the downstairs main bath is loose.We could go on. The ants and the mold are the biggest issues though, and are really inexcusable. No one likes to battle ants to make their morning coffee or wash their dishes, and it would have been so easy for you to address that problem.

The property was in a great location. The property is older, but is at fair price. At check in the cleaning staff was still there and rushed to get things ready for us. Had to call the management after check in as the bathrooms weren’t clean. We left for dinner and the staff came back to clean the bathrooms.

This is the first time I have given a poor rating to any place I have stayed. But I believe people who are spending their hard earned money need to know about these types of places before they rent. This condo was in a gated community, awesome. The outside of the building “58”looked great. However, when I opened the door and walked into Unit 11 the first thing to hit my senses was the powering smell of stink. It reminded me of the smell several enclosed dogs put off. The sheet rock was peeling on the ceiling and wall above in the corner near the sliding glass door that allows access to the deck. There was mound growing on the ceiling above the sink in the main down stairs bathroom! Overall this property was dirty and the furniture and finishings were all 80’s dated. This property did NOT match the pictures presented in the advertisement on VRBO. I will not be staying with Bella Restare again. Very disappointed! I did take photos.

Black mold in bathroom. Great location. Peeling drywall. All kitchen items needed for a long stay.

As we had a death in the family and needed a place to accommodate 8 people on very short notice, this was what I first saw available. Carpet was filthy dirty. Furniture seemed to come from a trash dumpster. At least three lights burned out. No hot water in the kitchen. Upstairs bed was horrible, sofa sleeper needed to go back to the trash. Dining room chairs had no cushion. Living room corner had water leak and paint was all bubbly from ceiling to floor. Only nice thing was bathrooms were clean and kitchen was clean. Outside front entrance was gross and dirty. Will definitely not go back. Pictures are very deceiving.

The beds sucks, they were terrible. The couch had a tear in it and it was fixed with staples. No curtains on Master bedroom door that led to the balcony. Also no curtains in the kitchen area everyone could walk by and look in. Paint was peeling, carpets are old and dirty looking. TV’s are outdated so don’t even consider trying to watch Netflix because you can’t download the apps However it was a good location and the pool is nice. We won’t be going back.

Window in laundry room was broke- not like all the but a definite shatter. Needed better knives. Just a little outdated but we had a lot of fun.

We enjoyed our stay at the unit. The couch hide a bed was broken in the living room and wouldn't be acceptable for an adult - possibly even children because the mattress curled up drastically. Microwave was difficult to use - I think just really outdated. Could be a better variety of cooking pots and pans etc. and silverware. The unit accommodates several people but there isn't enough silverware to feed everyone a meal. Overall you see that we rated the room highly....it was nice and clean and the other beds were fine for a short stay!! We hope to rent again.

The location and price were great…but the condo not so much.The pull out sleeper couch was broken and unusable.The toaster and coffee maker were defective.There was mild in the furnace room.One of the dining room chairs was broken.That is the short list.The condo was overall pretty clean but the owner needs to put some of the profits back into the unit.

This was perfect for a quick family getaway. It had everything we needed and plenty of space.

The place was great and centrally located. The only down-side was although the master bedroom had a super comfortable bed, the other 2 bedrooms had cheaper mattresses and weren’t very comfortable. Other than that, it was really great.

The property was very clean and welcoming. Close to the pool and quiet and relaxing. Our only issue was the mattresses on each bed. They are very uncomfortable and definitely need replaced. Other than that, property and property management are great!

Bella Restare was wonderful. Only drawback was A/C went on blink for 48 hours. However, Freedom vacation rentals made up for it. I would definitely stay/book with them again. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.
