Lots of security cameras, staff was nice. Our overall room was clean, can tell it has been updated. The tile floor was dirty, which we wiped down with a damp towel, because our feet turned black walking on it - so recommend staff make sure cleaning crew is washing floors & we had to use another towel to cover up the broken blinds, so no one could look into our room. A/C worked ok, had blinking light saying air filter was dirty and needed changed. Loved how convenient it was to the boardwalk & other amenities. Parking was “ok”. Don’t go with a big vehicle. If you plan to park and leave your vehicle, you have to leave your key, so if they need to move it for someone else to get out (the double stack vehicles), they can. Overall a typical beach hotel, would consider staying here again.

The property was recently fully renovated. Kept very clean. Very convenient to boardwalk and many dining options. The pool was recently renovated and much larger than other hotels in the area. We would definitely go back.

Customer service was great but the room was not as clean as it should be. Bathroom floor was dirty. Shower had mold on the wall. The worst was the shower head was COVERED in mold. Otherwise it was okay. Wouldnt stay again though.

The room was extremely dirty. The sheets had stains all over them as well as the extra comforters supplied. The floors were dirty and the clean towels supplied were stacked on the dirty floor. Despite the condition of the property and the cleanliness the lady at the front desk was very friendly and polite. I would not recommend staying at this property.

The room was not clean, the floor was dirty, the towels were small and not standard size bath towels, the bathroom was freezing cold because it had a window in it and poor insulation I guess but it would cause the walls and the floors to have condensation. The room took forever to warm up with the heater so it was cold too. The toilet was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned.

Stayed 3 nights with my 3 sons. Motel is newly renovated and very clean. Staff could not have been any nicer or more attentive. . Great location ! Easy walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. It’s by far, way nicer than most in Wildwood. The rooms are all redone. That being said, there isn’t much room to store your belongings and if staying on second or third floor, the concrete stairs are very narrow, so you have to be careful. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic.

The hotel is clean and staff is very nice. They need to upgrade certain elements: blackouts for the rooms, bigger towels, dripping air conditioning in the hallways and inability to turn off the lights outside your room (related to the blackouts).

What we order is NOT what we got! The picture in the add looks like a nice spacious room! Our room barely had walking space. Our room was real small. No night table or room to put our 1 suitcase! There was used soap left in the shower and black scum on the floor outside the bathroom by the bed. We aaked to move rooms thr second day as we literally opened our door to the street. We were told they were full. However when the fire alarm went off the first time we noticed there were plenty of rooms avaliable. The fire alarm went off again a few days later and still plenty of rooms available. Definitely will never stay again! And the parking was an absolute nightmare. If you have a larger vehicle you will most likely have to pay to park on the street...if negative stars was an option this place would be the definition...

Pros: Excellent location. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Parking. Pool. Attentive host. Cons: a few small ants. Bright lights on walkway w/o room darkening curtains, its like sleeping in the middle of the afternoon.

Stay one night, woke up in the morning for work and the shower did not work at all. Called the desk and they indicated they would investigate and call me back. They never did and now when I call the Hotel the call goes to voice mail which does not allow me to leave a message. Went to Work with out a shower, terrible day.

The property was close to the convention center and very accessible. Check in was fine. The gentleman at check in was very helpful to me by going outside with me to show me where to park and where my room was. What is kind of ridiculous is the $200 hold on your credit card for incidentals. Unusually it’s $100.

The woman in the office was awesome. She went above and beyond, to let us check in early. Super friendly. I think she was the manager. This really made a difference. Sometimes it's the little stuff that makes a BIG impression.

Our stay at Coastal Sands Inn was excellent, reception staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. The rooms were clean and had a fresh smell, the aesthetic of the room was pleasant and very calming. Bed was super comfy. This place is 5 minutes walking distance from the boardwalk which makes it very convenient. Wildwood convention center is 11 minutes walk and all good restaurants are walking distance as well from this place. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Check in: staff member was super friendly and organized. There is a 200 dollar deposit hold which I found to be a bit high but it reversed within 2 days. There were three of us each with own room on three different floors. The first floor room was 1 bed cramped and no hot water, no table, I stayed on the second floor 2 beds very clean, spacious and comfortable room. The third floor room 2 beds tv was not working and it was very very icy on the stairwell which when we asked to move to another floor they said it was not available and thanks to the kind staff member he put ice melt down which only helped a little and still made it a dangerous situation. It was a one night stay for a work event in the area. I don’t think I would have chosen this location for any longer than that. The shower was really neat with its spa like features. I personally would look for an alternative next time or ask for the second floor.

We enjoyed our stay at Coastal Sands Inn. The staff was very friendly. Very accommodating when we asked for fresh towels. It’s just a short walk to the boardwalk. Park on the premise. The shower might have been everyone’s favorite. We would stay here again. Only small thing was I don’t believe our room was completely cleaned and stocked prior to our arrival. That could have been just the difference between staff.
