Didn't try out the swimming pool, since it's very windy that evening, and the pool water was cold. We really like the breakfast, it has the most varieties of food. Overall the hotel is great and is located in the center of tourism. Staff was really helpful as well, especially a manager. However I chose Virgo hotel based on the gym description and saunas because I exercise every day. The gym is horrible, only a few machines to workout and half of them are broken. The gym in real life is NOT was is declared online. Also both saunas were out of order.

Great impression. First is the grandeur of the high-rise building, followed by the dedication and professionalism of the staff. Next is the swimming pool with beautiful sea view. I actually chose this hotel because their location really couldn't be more convenient.

I arrived early morning (6am), unfortunately no rooms were available so I was waiting in reception area. I was asked to move out of sight which I thought was rather rude but about 10am the reception manager approached me and advised that they would be able to check me in at 10:30. Best news ever. The room was spacious, unfortunately the “double” bed was two singles pushed together and the gap was felt very much. Additionally the bed sheets were two single sheets placed horizontally across two vertical mattresses (?). Made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The view from my balcony was straight into the windows of the neighbouring hotel - I have witnessed some indecency, but that’s not the hotels fault. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice. Unfortunately did not make good use of the pool due to poor weather, but the sauna facilities did not seem to be operating either? Overall, I am quite happy with the convenience of the location and the value for money. I would recommend.

위치는 나트랑 유명한 식당,마사지샵 어디든 도보로 가능할정도로 아주 훌륭합니다. 가격대비 룸 크기도 크고 친절하셔서 가성비 호텔로 아주 좋습니다. 다만, 전체적으로 매우 청결해보이나, 침대쿠션, 화장실 변기에서 찌린내가 너무 나서 힘들었습니다. 좀 더 청결하고 주기적인 세탁 및 청소가 필요할것같습니다.

호텔 위치가 가장 좋았습니다. 조식이 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 관광지, 맛집, spa, 마켓, 해변 모두 도보로 다닐수 있습니다. 24층에서 숙박했지만 자동차, 오토바이 빵빵거리는 소음이 들립니다. 덕분에 아침일찍 일어날수있어요. 호텔 자체가 조금 오래전에 지어진 느낌이 있습니다. 룸 청소상태는 나쁘지는 않지만 매우 청결하지는 않았습니다.

The attitude of the staff at the reception, especially at check-in, was a little unfriendly. I made a reservation for a grand apartment, but the sofa in the room was stained and dirty. Transportation in the surrounding Nha Trang is good.

I had a short business trip to Nha Trang city in October and stayed at this hotel. My impression is that the hotel building is designed in a modern style, the rooms are also modernly decorated and fully equipped. The staff were all very prompt and helpful, they assisted me in booking private car services for my short trips. The hotel's service is very good, I don't remember anything that made me unhappy.

테이블 옮겼더니 쓰레기가 나오는데, 다음날 보이게 뒀음에도 안치우셨어요. 방음 완전 별로. 그나마 인포메이션분들은 친절했어요. 조식도 먹을 거 없고.... 그냥 시내랑 가깝고 싼맛에 가는 호텔입니다.
