Ett ok hotell men inte samma nivå som de själva vill uppnå. De största minusen är pool och frukosten. Poolen alldeles för lite solstolar. I princip omöjligt att få stol vilket gör att man inte är vid poolen. Frukosten är ganska stor men det som skall vara varmt är knappt ljummet. Det är tomt i många skålar och låg kvalitet på maten. Det positiva är personalen som har hög servicenivå samt rummet som var stort och fint. Läget är ok med många bra restauranger i närområdet.

We really liked the atmosphere, staff and location. Great breakfast served in a beautiful room. Literally stayed in a palace with modern conveniences. Parking next door was convenient and reasonable (18E). Would definitely stay there again.

A beautifully restored hotel, but prioritises looks over practicality. The gym lacked almost any usable equipment, and the pool has nine loungers for a 40+ room hotel. The bar terrace is also frequently used for private events. The rooms are modern and well appointed, but we paid for a premium room for additional space (1403) which benefits from an orangery but the space around the bed and wardrobes, as well as the en suite, was lacking. The breakfast is worth avoiding, with local restaurants and bakeries much better quality.

Das Thema war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alleine schon der Esssaal für das Morgenessen ist ein Aufenthalt wird. Parking ist gleich daneben zu einem vernünftigen Preis möglich.

What a cool hotel, easy to walk to different neighborhoods. Staff was extremely friendly and the grounds and rooms are beautiful. We had a car and parked next door which was relatively smooth, they have a partnership so payment and access was super simple. Only experience that wasn’t the greatest was waiting for a drink at their bar (any cocktail took a while but wine was good to order!)

This is a very nice hotel but with many things to improve: 1- we had sewage smell in our roor for about half a day until they put a liquid in the shower 2- only 6 chairs a t the pool so if you don't get one by 8am, you won't have access to the pool 3- Pillows are in foam so expecting better pillows for that quality of hotel 4- there is a garage right beside the hotel so week days are noisy from 7:30am as they start working on cars.

The area surrounding the hotel is typical of many neighborhoods in Porto. 12 e from train station and 21 e to airport by uber.

Wonderful hotel. It was a mansion and it was remodeled into a very cozy hotel. Amazing restaurant area and amazing entrance with Portuguese tiles design onto the walls. Room amenities were very nice. What is unusual for Europe. Rooms very well decorated and bathroom is a piece of art. The garden, at the open pool area, the sauna nd the Gym were very nice. Deeply recommend . Staff were very helpful.

Hej Meget imødekommende receptionspersonale og i baren. Pænt hotel som ligger ca. 15 min gang fra midtbyen på gåben. Hotellet har en pæn pool, men desværre kun 8 solvogne. Der burde være dobbelt så mange. Udmærket morgenmad i fantastisk flot restaurant. Personalet ved morgenmaden var mange men der var kun en enkelt tynd ung pige med briller som arbejdede. Everything was great except the shower in the bathroom. The bathroom itself has beautiful interior and colour scheme but I was a bit disappointed on the black mold build ups on the lower corners of the shower area. They are very visible and look disgusting and could probably easily be brushed off during cleaning but have been missed. There is a certain unpleasant odour that builds up when the door of the bathroom is closed and I'm not sure if it's coming from those mold or somewhere else - some kind of sewery. It didn't warrant requesting for a new room as I loved the room assigned to me (Room 1604). Apart from that, everything else is clean, fragrant and beautiful. I hope that bathroom shower issue is just in the room assigned to me and not present in all the other rooms. It's also worth mentioning the staff at the Reception were all wonderful during my stay. Thanks.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, the design was modern and beautiful, the swimming pool was clean and perfect, the location is in the heart of the city with great restaurants and shops a short walk away. Everything was so perfect. Thank you for the great stay. We will be back!!!

We had a lovely stay at the One Shot Palácio Cedofeita. The staff were friendly and attentive, happy to assist us with any requests. Our room was immaculate, and cleaned daily, and we loved the little touches of chocolates and water left each day. Breakfast in the beautiful restaurant is a must, with a great selection of food and drink, and the bar is great for snacks and cocktails. The pool is relaxing with fresh towels and catching the afternoon sun. Would definately stay again.

Superbe hotel, bravo. Personnel très agréable, magnifique batiment, propreté exemplaire, insonorisation très bonne, bonne accessibilité au centre, vraiment tout est très positif pour cet hotel. A cela s'ajoute l'hospitalité portugaise qui vient jusqu'à votre porte de chambre pour vous offrir des chocolat. Vraiment génial, merci j'y retournerai sans aucun doute.

The property is definately not a 5 star rated hotel. Hot water in the shower was scarce. Light switches in room were not working and Ac/ heating inconsistent. The swimming pool did not look clean. Note the property is far up from the center of the town. A long walk to and a steep hiilly walk up.

We stayed for a week in a queen suite at the One Shot Palacio on Rua Ceidofeita. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious, felt luxurious, had great storage, and boasted a comfortable mattress (unusual in any hotel!). We opted for a large terrace, too, though one improvement would be an umbrella or sunshade of some type. Front desk and hotel staff were terrific overall. We also paid for breakfast each morning as part of our Expedia package. Overall, it was fine, though the offerings are not that extensive, and when the place is busy, the restocking of items slows considerably. That said, it was fine overall. The hotel itself is a quick walk to the edge of the areas of Porto we wanted to see, and Cedofeita has some really great restaurants for dinner (1858BB and Alto Cedofeita, for starters). Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place. They restored a grand old hotel with modern touches while still preserving the beauty of an old world hotel. Service was wonderful. Location fabulous. Bed comfortable. Shower amazing. Lighting lovely. Linens furnishings classy. This is a place WELL WORTH the money. I would stay there again in a minute if I’m back in Porto.

Absolutely beautiful property in a great location in Porto! We stayed here before our wedding along with many of our family members and bridal party. Everyone was incredibly impressed and happy with the property. The breakfast was lovely and served in the gorgeous dining room. The bar and front patio proved to be the perfect spot for gathering and catching up with people throughout our stay. We stayed in the newer building next to the pool, though, and our room/building definitely had a distinct kind of musty or mildewy smell. None of our family or friends staying in other areas of the property had this issue, though. Room was a good size and bathroom was great. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were huge and beautifully situated overlooking the pool very quiet away from the road. The staff was very kind and efficient and we ate in the beautiful restaurant and the food was superb beautiful hotel. I will recommend all my friends.

We had a lovely stay at the One Shot Palácio Cedofeita. The staff were friendly and attentive, happy to assist us with any requests. Our room was immaculate, and cleaned daily, and we loved the little touches of chocolates and water left each day. Breakfast in the beautiful restaurant is a must, with a great selection of food and drink, and the bar is great for snacks and cocktails. The pool is relaxing with fresh towels and catching the afternoon sun. Would definately stay again.

Super friendly and efficient arrival. Met at the gate and escorted to reception, all staff smiling and welcoming. Room lovely with extra little touches including chocolates. Had a drink sitting outside at the bar and a delicious meal in their stunning restaurant.

The breakfast was fresh with lots of healthy choices. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I loved the attentiveness at the reception. Very informative, helpful and welcoming. Sara, Audrie, the girls in the bar. I loved the service! The staff made sure that I would want to come back to Porto!

Outstanding customer service from all staff members. Beautiful hotel with clean airy rooms; great pool and lots of outside spaces around the grounds to sit and relax. Quiet location but easy walk to all the main tourist sites and transport links.

We had a very comfortable stay, it is a 30 minute walk to the river - which we expected - and was no problem. Our only concern was there a lack of staff and attention to detail- eg clearing away and providing pool towels, breakfast food.

What an incredible visit, the hotel is brand new and a refurbished old style building with a modern architectural inspired new complex in the rear courtyard along with a stylish pool. Not only is the hotel breathtakingly beautiful and packed with original features, it's been developed to the highest standards. Over and above this the service from the staff is second to none. They are incredible helpful and caring even calling me during the day to check on a small request I made. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms stunning and huge and the bedding was super soft / luxurious. The bar was brilliant and they even made me a custom cocktail. The level of detail and care shines through and it was surprising and such a brilliant experience. I wish I stayed longer and I will be back.

1. At check out twice they attempted to charge us for items that we did not used from their mini bar. They also wanted to charge for breakfast that we already paid for. 2. We had to move to a less desirable room after they promised that we could stay at the same room initially.

This property is absolutely beautiful! It was a palace back in the day, and you can see elements of that throughout the hotel, especially the dining room, which is stunning! You feel quite royal dining there. We were warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were extremely accommodating. I forgot the young man's name at reception, but he was extremely pleasant and was able to modify one of my reservations. Paolo greeted us with a smile and a very warm welcoming demeanor. He showed us around the property and helped us with our luggage at both check-in and check-out. He was a pleasure to converse with and always very polite and attentive. I have to give big props to Sofia who so eagerly helped me with so many questions and restaurant reservations! She rocks! The room was very spacious and it boasted a nice sitting area. It had all the amenities one could ask for. The buffet breakfast in the exquisite dining room was delicious and plentiful. It also included champagne. Would return to the property in a heartbeat. Very reasonably priced, great staff, beautiful property, and a short 10 minute walk from the center of Porto and Livraria Lello. Loved it!

What a cool hotel, easy to walk to different neighborhoods. Staff was extremely friendly and the grounds and rooms are beautiful. We had a car and parked next door which was relatively smooth, they have a partnership so payment and access was super simple. Only experience that wasn’t the greatest was waiting for a drink at their bar (any cocktail took a while but wine was good to order!)

Wir hatten 4 x ÜF gebucht. Im Hotel war alles sehr gut. Lediglich beim Frühstück war eine Bedienung nicht soo freundlich, indem sie sich nach ihrem Fehler nicht entschuldigte. Die Lage des Hotels ist trotz 1km Entfernung vom Zentrum doch recht gut, weil Bus 301 und Bus 502 sowie insb. die Metrostation Lapa ganz in der Nähe ist. Wir haben geplant wieder zu kommen.

The area surrounding the hotel is typical of many neighborhoods in Porto. 12 e from train station and 21 e to airport by uber.

The property is definately not a 5 star rated hotel. Hot water in the shower was scarce. Light switches in room were not working and Ac/ heating inconsistent. The swimming pool did not look clean. Note the property is far up from the center of the town. A long walk to and a steep hiilly walk up.

Ett ok hotell men inte samma nivå som de själva vill uppnå. De största minusen är pool och frukosten. Poolen alldeles för lite solstolar. I princip omöjligt att få stol vilket gör att man inte är vid poolen. Frukosten är ganska stor men det som skall vara varmt är knappt ljummet. Det är tomt i många skålar och låg kvalitet på maten. Det positiva är personalen som har hög servicenivå samt rummet som var stort och fint. Läget är ok med många bra restauranger i närområdet.

A beautifully restored hotel, but prioritises looks over practicality. The gym lacked almost any usable equipment, and the pool has nine loungers for a 40+ room hotel. The bar terrace is also frequently used for private events. The rooms are modern and well appointed, but we paid for a premium room for additional space (1403) which benefits from an orangery but the space around the bed and wardrobes, as well as the en suite, was lacking. The breakfast is worth avoiding, with local restaurants and bakeries much better quality.

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful palace and it was wonderful. The rooms were cozy and homey. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Loved the pancakes and waffles with real maple syrup. The hotels location is away from the hustle and bustle but still walkable from every Porto must go's. We arrived from a red eye flight and they let us chill on the patio and have our room an hour earlier then check in. We felt safe coming to the hotel at 2am, just buzz the door and a friendly security guard will let you in. The hotel is beautiful, ain't nothing wrong with it. This should be rated higher in Porto's top hotels. Loved the chocolates delivered every night. Didn't get the chance to use the pool because it's October but the grounds are beautiful. The gym has everything you need to keep up that muscle. All in all is was a wonderful stay and will return next time in Porto. Check it out for yourself and you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was tasty. It’s a pleasant 20 minute walk to the waterfront area and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The area seems a bit more local, which is nice.

The service was excellent, the location was very convenient for exploring Porto, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed with a lot of character. We particularly enjoyed the Classic Lounge and the lovely outdoor terrace. The public areas are stylish, comfortable and very relaxing, and it was a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine after a day exploring the city. The facilities overall were excellent. The only disappointing aspect was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited and the quality could be improved, particularly the coffee, which was below the standard we expected from a hotel of this quality. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would happily stay here again.
