The Lodge at Hocking College

The front desk was friendly and the room was cute, but it smelled like sewage and the hooks and bathroom fixtures were pulling off of the walls. The beds were clean and comfy though!

We have stayed here twice before with excellent conditions. This time the shower water was lukewarm and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It seemed as if the springs were broken. It sagged and creaked. It caused us to keep rolling to the middle of the bed and was not conducive to a good night's sleep. We have raved about the Lodge after prior stays, but this one was disappointing.

Rooms could use some repairs as far as tightening towel hooks etc but staff was promot to address and we won’t stay anywhere else when visiting OU- great accommodations for those that travel with dogs

Perfect stay! The staff was so welcoming, kind and professional. Our room ( and the rest of the hotel)was immaculate and very homey. The bar served the most delicious drinks and breakfast was great. My only regret is that we waited until our daughter’s final year at OU to stay there.

This was the second time we have stayed at Hocking Lodge while visiting with our grandson at Hocking College. Area is very quiet, safe and secure. Property is very nice. Room is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast menu is improved with several options and gluten free cereal for those of us who need to eat GF. Thanks so very much for that. Coming from farm life we love the setting with the area surrounding the lodge and seeing the tractors in the fields. We have booked a room here again for grandson's upcoming graduation.
