GO2 Inn & Suites by Relianse - El Paso

Worst experience ever! These hotel rooms were worth 80.00/night at best and they charged 7x that due to the concert in town! First, we get there at 5:00pm and our room isn't ready, it was still being "cleaned". They call us 15-20 minutes later that it's finally ready. We get in our room and it wreaked of Marijuana! Bad! As if housekeeping just got done smoking in there, that's how strong it was. Then we notice, there's no toilet paper, no soap, and no towels. The lamp shades were hanging on for dear life, the charging ports didn't work, the TV didn’t work, AND there was no security latch on the door! It hadn’t had a good cleaning in months, because there were dust clumps/buildup hanging from the bathroom fan, the walls, ceiling and baseboards had stains, they hadn't swept, there was hair on the side of the toilet and a false lash cluster in the tub. Every hotel was booked, or priced ridiculously at 7-10x the normal amount so we were S.O.L. We left in a hurry after check in but when we returned later that night, there was a sheriff there searching some guy in the parking lot. We asked staff at the window for tp, soap and towels and never received the towels. Staff was fairly courteous hence the 1 star but otherwise, ZERO. We had no choice but to endure it for the night, because we didn't want to risk driving tired, hours home in the middle of the night with our daughters. We would've taken the loss had it not been dangerous. $550.00 for this room was absolute greed & theft!

The room was not very clean. The bathroom would get water on the floor behind the toilet when then water was being run in the sink. The bathroom door was in bad shape and would not close. We had no bath or hand towel or washcloths. No hand soap, Kleenex or wastebasket in the room. The smoke detector was missing also. The heating/air conditioner did not work well. The staff did bring us some towels, soap and a wastebasket but had no Kleenex. They said they would check on the water leak. They did not give me a receipt either.

Beds were like sleeping on plywood and I was charged a "service fee" at check in with the stay already paid in advance. Scammers

Inexpensive, but paid for it. There was no linen when I arrived at near midnight, including towels. The staff made the bed for me, and were apologetic, but none of the rooms were ready.
