I thought Jenny the manger and her staff were courteous and her top priority was my comfort during my stay.

Very old and noisy, should be a 1 star. I would not recommend people stay here. Very small and old with noise not clean.

Service and staff were super friendly and nice, unfortunately it’s behind a Four Seasons hotel being built and was super noisy from 6am to 10pm. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have noise cancelling headphones.

I really liked my stay here. Location was amazing and the bed extremely comfortable. I’m glad I booked the airport transfer with them also as it may have been difficult to find the first time. Staff we very friendly here too. Only down side was that the hot water did not last too long so difficult to wash my hair, otherwise I really liked the room for a solo booking.
