Great vacation - excellent property. Had a bit of trouble parking a couple of nights because there were quite a few cars that did not have permits to park on site (as evidenced by the orange warning cards on the windshields) Room was in great shape - very comfortable

If you want a clean hotel that is kid friendly and is centrally located on Seven Mile beach on the Jersey Shore, this is the place. Cannot find even an average quote to place on this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is simple. Location is just one block off beach. Pool is spacious and great for kids. Large hot tub also. This is really a great option when visiting the shore.

Very easy place to stay- near the beach, nice pool and hot tub never crowded even on a july weekend, friendly staff. would be nice to have beach towels or chairs for rent!

Perfect location to walk to beach and only a mile from shops in stone harbor. If you run, its a perfect location to log some miles too! Very clean. Swim area was clean and inviting. My 5 year old enjoyed swimming in the pool. Very friendly staff from front desk, cleaning staff and grounds keeper!

Overall, our unit was very clean, spacious, and nice. Also, there were many extras like Keurig coffeemaker, with coffee pods, dishwasher, stove, ice trays. Two TV’s-in living area and in the bedroom! First day pool had leaves/bugs in it, second day was clean. Hot tub was good. Great location—1 block to brewery/restaurant and the beach!

Overall, we had a great stay. Only issue was some mold/mildew allergens in the decorative pillows and the couches. It was an easily fixed by covering the couch with the extra sheet that was provided and airing the rooms out during the day. Loved that the windows open fully to let in the sea air!! Pool area was nice, the kitchenette was well stocked, and it's a quick walk to the beach. Beware that shops and restaurants other than those in the Icona(s) were not walkable. Best to bring in any grocery items you'll want.

Love this property ! My second time staying here - I come to cape May for my daughter’s dance competition and it’s my favorite place to stay . Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is super helpful when needed . Family friendly and quiet ! My only tip would be to bring your own towels for the pool as they do not provide and the bath towels can be a little small - but I will Definitely book here in the future !

The staff was very helpful when I had a problem with the TV. They were always there to help. Room was beautiful and modern colors such as grays and whites, etc. Even had a built in fire place the was very real looking and emitted heat too. Too bad it was November and not August so I could enjoy the beach.

The unit itself was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. I like the feel of the suite. Location was ok it was very close to the beach side and to the Union League golf course for the CAA college golf championship. We probably wouldn't have stayed there if it wasn't the only place available. It was fine but not ideal. They charged us an extra daily fee because we booked over Expedia. That's unfair. No breakfast or even any kind of service provided. Oh well. Overall, if was a good trip.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! We were there for a wedding and didn’t have much down time but we did enjoy the short walk to the beach (1 block) and to good restaurants (1-2 blocks) It was stated 2-4 people room accommodations. This is a compactible condo comfortable for 2, tight for 4.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was a great size, clean and right around the corner from the pool. The bed was comfortable and there were things to use to cook and eat there. The pool was our favorite! The patio area has plenty of seating and it’s such a nice outside area. The front desk staff were helpful and I appreciated the beach tags. We will definitely be coming back!

The unit itself was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. I like the feel of the suite. Room itself was well appointed and centrally located. Hotel added additional resort charges to those outlined by Expedia. Upon paying at the resort with a credit card, an additional 3% of the total bill was charged to cover credit card costs. Desk staff indicated that the same charge would have been levied had I used a debit card. I discover this additional charge only when I reviewed my American Express app. On line it also states that the hotel does not accept cash

The property was lovely. Booked through Expedia. I had paid in full then was charged a resort fee upon arrival. Also tv volume button was broken. Unable to watch tv Saturday night. This was disappointing. The day I checked out check in area smelled like food.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was a great size, clean and right around the corner from the pool. The bed was comfortable and there were things to use to cook and eat there. The pool was our favorite! The patio area has plenty of seating and it’s such a nice outside area. The front desk staff were helpful and I appreciated the beach tags. Beautiful safe quiet property. Beachcomber was the perfect space for a long weekend for a family of four. Space was clean and beautifully decorated it was a close walk to the beach and downtown. We will definitely come back.
