Fantastic location, and simple, clean, comfortable room. Basic amenities in room and no coffee maker, but good little breakfast buffet with hot and cold options, and amazing espresso. Would stay again.

The location is brilliant. 15-20 minute walk max to the beach, and 5 mins into the town centre. Regarding the hotel, the rooms were very clean so can’t complain there. The main issue, like many of the reviews here, is how thin the walls are. There doesn’t seem to be installation in the walls so you really can hear everything. One morning, the room downstairs woke us up as we could hear them chatting - but I could tell they were only chatting in their normal speaking voices! If you are a light sleeper, I would look elsewhere especially if staying for a few nights +. We also had an issue with the air con not working one of the nights so we had to change rooms at midnight, and a couple we spoke to the next morning said they also had no air con that night. The staff were helpful which was good. Breakfast is included and it’s a decent spread which is nice.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and it used to be a good place, especially for the price you pay. Unfortunately, lately it feels like something has changed. The cleanliness just isn't good enough. The first time I thought it was just a one-time mistake, but after it happened again, it seems like it's become a real issue. Really disappointing.
