Best Western Plus Lakeland

This hotel was exceptional. It smelled amazing when you walk into the lobby. The decor was beautiful. The staff was helpful. The young lady at the front desk was the sweetest person to help me. Once we entered the room (212). It had two queen size beds, a sofa, chair, two televisions, microwave and small refrigerator. The bathroom was immaculate with walk in access, white tile, and glass doors. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at and I have traveled the United States with my job. Very much recommended.

Conveniently located with great prices. Always clean and the breakfast is good and managed very well. We’ve stayed here when attending the annual Strawberry Festival and when visiting for SEU functions.

Breakfast was far worse than any free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even eat it, went to Dunkin instead. There is no pool, no gym, no amenities whatsoever. Room was ok, hair in shower before anyone in my room even took one. For what they charge for hotels these days, this was pretty disappointing. Thankfully it was just 1 night, I do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Clean and well staffed hotel

Breakfast was good, lots of choices, the room was clean and well taken care of, the staff at the desk and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, the only thing missing was a pool!
