I hated I had a suite with no microwave, and the way the pictures where taken I’m thinking the suite is split but it wasn’t the bed and living area was together for 400$ wasn’t worth it.

Very nice accommodations. A few hiccups that were reported to desk. Some were handled others not so much. Minor issues but for the cost I don’t believe they should have been overlooked,

The housekeeping staff was great. The guest services in the morning were great but in the evening were terrible. Asked for some mouthwash and said there was nothing and to go over to the next hotel. There was none there and we ended up paying 8$ for 2 little tiny bottles of scope. Was annoyed with the treatment when I know Le Méridien Properties are better. The fridge in the lounge did not work and sodas were warm. The food didn’t feel like it was getting replenished and some of it was flat out stale. Very disappointed with that kind of stuff happening at this quality of a hotel.

Bar tenders were great, but the actual hotel staff. Not so much. They didn’t answer the phone for service and I asked if I could get a late check-out, but because I didn’t pre pay for a late check out I couldn’t get one. I stayed on the 15th floor and they only had one elevator working. It’s took almost and hour just to get to the lobby.
