Hotel is new and has all the amenities. Decorated for Valentine’s Day and staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Smart tv is a bonus so we could keep watching our series in Prime. Will stay here again!

The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I slept so well! Air conditioning was excellent! Room and facilities great except the fire pit not working was disappointing. Maybe next time!

We arrived around 9pm with a confirmed reservation. We checked in and went to the room and it was trashed. It looked like someone was still staying there and the rooom and bathroom were filthy, bed not made, etc. We went back to the desk and we’re told they didn’t have any other rooms and didn’t have anyone to clean the room. We had to find another hotel on our own that was over an hour away. Having already driven for 15 hours this was not the way to end our day. Terrible experience.

Torn carpet in hallways, rust and lime on metal in bathroom, shower door didnt close all the way, toilet flusher malfunctioning, random hair all over room, found 1 live baby roach on bathroom wall, hallways reeked of vinegar, lobby and elevator reeked of cheap cologne. Multiple times front desk was missing. Staff super friendly, bed and linens super comfy, no dirt or stains anywhere, smart tv so i could sign into youtube.

Extremely clean, quiet and comfortable property. We stayed one night on our way from FL to MI. We did not get to try the breakfast, as we left at 4:30am, but the layout was very comfortable, and as it is a Marriott property, it's everything you expect from this brand. There are lots of restaurants, gas stations, and a Walmart behind the property, so anything you need for a road trip is close by. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

This was a nice hotel. I really feel though that ALL bathrooms need some kind of ventilation or exhaust fan. This bathroom had none. The room was nice and breakfast was ok.

This property was just okay, did not live up to Fairfield status or the price that was charged for the room. All the little things about our room just added up. Toilet sounded like it was going to go through the floor when flushed. Only coffee for one (room for two), air conditioner rattled all night long and foot traffic noisy until late. (I realize that is not the hotels fault).

Booked a king room weeks before my trip. Downgraded to a queen room on arrival (told they ran out of kings) then stayed Thursday thru Monday for a business trip.....room was not serviced at all for trash or clean towels (basic house keeping). I made a complaint to front desk, they assured me it would be taken care of.....walked in after a long day to full trash, dirty towels still piled up. Talked to the front desk immediately and was told my room was on schedule to be cleaned the next day......lol i hope so as that was my checkout day! Between the downgrade and zero service not to mention 1 night of evacuation as the fire alarm tripped in the night (no fire just error)......zero compensation. Wont stay at a fairfield again. Good for an over night stay for anyone looking at reviews ....sure......several days? NEVER again.

This location really accommodated our family. We were there for a family funeral and they let all of us check in hours early and check out late. They even made sure our rooms were as close together as possible. Their empathy meant the world!! As for standard offerings such as breakfast - WOW! What a spread! I have been traveling quite a bit this year and this location’s buffet was beyond any I’ve seen! But best of all was the lady who was replenishing the food. She went from table to table making sure everyone had what they needed. Our group stayed way after breakfast was done visiting with family. As she was cleaning up, she made sure we had everything we needed before she put it away. Refreshed coffee etc. Such a sweet lady and her service was greatly appreciated. Yes! All who were working Monday, September 8-9 need to be commended.

Room was good, but the service from the clerk was ridiculous. They overcharged us and she refused to do anything about it. I understand putting a $20.00 charge for incidentals but to charge $10.00 tax on top of that. We paid all the other taxes and room charge when we checked in but she said that’s what they do. Never heard charging tax for incidental fee that usually comes off if you don’t buy or break anything.
