The room is nicely renovated and the bed is comfortable. The ice machine can be heard clearly through the night, and I’m at the very end of the hall. The parking lot is in rough shape. The door to my room had a broken (partly missing) security lock so I could not use it. After being in the room for only about an hour, the door was opened by the front desk person without any explanation or apology as they couldn’t actually see me from where I was sitting. I had to contact them to ask why they entered and they said they accessed the wrong room. This is when I noticed the missing security latch. It gave me a sense of unease and completely interfered with my sleep. I should have requested a different room at that time.

Excellent staff and overall good stay. It would be helpful if they would put a "Travelodge" sign on the building itself to indicate that it\'s a Travelodge. There are two tall post signs visible from the road but once you get off the road it\'s not clear which building is actually the Travelodge. We had to ask someone at the Comfort Inn next door which building was the Travelodge.

We found many areas that were lacking in cleanliness. The walls in the bathroom were slopped up and it slightly smelt of urine. The carpet was well worn and stained. The door on the side table was hanging on just one hinge where the fridge is. Found a bug under my pillow in the morning, and I am hopeful it is not a bed bug.

This hotel should not be called non-smoking. The smoke smell in the lobby is strong. In the rooms it is drowned out by air fresheners. I believe you’re not allowed to smoke there now, but that change must be recent. The lady at the desk at check-in seemed quite offended that customers were taking her away from her phone. The rooms are spacious and mostly clean, but I just can’t get over the smoke smell throughout and I won’t be back.

There are several hairs on the bed, hair in the bathtub, stains in the sink, and a smoke odour coming from the pillows. It didn't feel secure. Employees are doing good. Only the room itself is unclean. The bed, sheets, and pillowcases are soiled so we slept with a hoodie on. I'll upload the pictures here if I can. The exhaust fan in the washroom is so loud. It was the worst hotel I've ever been at. As soon as we arrived. There were two police cars in the parking lot. There are approximately 6 police officers at the front desk. Felt unsafe.

When we checked in our room smelled like cigarettes so bad that we went and switched. The second room still smelled, but not as bad. My husband, who smokes, was even grossed out! Went to get in the shower and the hanging facecloth had bloody finger prints on the underside of it. I almost put it to my face before I noticed. Was totally disgusted and checked out. The girl said she would make a note of it. Will not be going back! EVER

My only issue is that you can hear everything in the room above. There was a family above me and the kids were running around and banging on the floor. Because there is no carpet it’s super loud. Other than noise of others, I’d stay again. Clean rooms. Easy to get to, park at, and Timmies is in the same parking lot. I’d definitely stay again!

Right from the start, it was perfect. I asked if they had any ground floor rooms. She said we were already booked in the ground floor! We parked outside our patio!! The rooms were amazing. King suite for this price is super impressive. We will definitely stay with Travelodge more often and I don’t hesitate in highly recommending this property!!

We were warmly greeted at reception...the process was quick, and the staff member was very cordial, and provided all the information we would need (he also greeted us each time we passed by the reception desk. Much to our pleasure and surprise, our room consisted of a full bedroom in addition to a comfortable sitting area. The suite was very roomy with plenty of electrical outlets and a full range of amenities. We heard no noise coming from the hallway or other rooms throughout our stay. Even the noise from nearby traffic was minimal. A number of suitable dining options were available within a five minute walk. While the choices available in the included breakfast were not extensive, what we had was more than adequate. All in all, an excellent value for the price. Would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Regina.

The Travelodge in Regina presents a clean and welcoming presence to its guests. All staff were remarkably friendly and helpful, enabling my wife and myself to feel right-at-home upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our second floor room (with elevator access) was large with all needed amenities and featured plenty of plug-ins for charging electronic equipment. The shower featured immediate hot water with plenty of pressure...although it did take a little experimenting in order to figure out how it worked. Perhaps a card with instructions in each room would be helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shopping facilities and a park area. The included breakfast, while simple, provided all the basic elements of a healthy meal...the pancake maker was super-easy to use. My only concern was the slow internet speed...fine for checking e-mail and social media, but could not handle the demands of "streaming". All in all, this facility provided excellent value for the price...comfortable room, many amenities, conveniently located and, especially, wonderful staff. Could not have asked for more.

Excellent front desk staff. It was nice to see that some companies still value great customer service. After staying in numerous hotels over the past 40 years, I would place this hotel in my top 5 ever and definitely #1 in Regina for customer service. Excellent value also. The suites are very spacious and include 2 televisions and 2 phones. You can't beat that with the affordable rates and excellent toiletries🙂

They gave our room we had booked the day before and texted and told us. They had no more accesible rooms. We need accesbile room. Expedia stepped up and got us a room that was accesible after 3 tries. Job well done by Expedia. I would not stay here as you will never no if the room you booked is the room you get!

This was a disappointing stay. We chose this hotel for the hot breakfast based on the description online and the photos. There were no waffles or other hot offerings as was expected. They did have a pancake maker that was only ok. We were disappointed that the tv services were also not working and a remote control that did not have batteries. I notified the front desk and nothing was done to remedy the situation. The bathtub faucet leaked all night and we clearly had a pet room, as there was the smell of pee on the carpet in the room. I know they are undergoing renovations but for the price we paid we could have had a similar experience in a more inexpensive place. We won’t be back.
