A Place at the Beach 406

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform A Place at the Beach 406 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company electronically. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guest are required to email a copy of their identification to the property within 48 hours of making the reservation.
