La llegada fue decepcionante nos dieron una habitación en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, con techo bajo y el lavabo atascado, pagando el precio de una habitación superior, pero al día siguiente con mi reclamación inmediatamente me cambiaron a otra habitación mejor y todo fue mejor

Excelente ubicación, todo está cerca y caminando. Súper limpio, solo que hay escaleras para entrar y ojo si llevas equipaje pesado. En las mañanas, a partir de las 7:30 am u 8;00 am, ya se escucha mucho ruido proveniente de la misma propiedad, no puedes dormir más allá de las 8:00am.

La relacion calidad precio es buena y la localizacion es excelente. Cerca de la mayores atracciones turisticas. El personal muy amable. Servicio de autobus a una cuadra. Se le advierte que no hay ascensor y no tiene servicio de aire acondicionado, aunque el clima en ese momento era agradable.

バターリャ広場に近くサンベント駅にも１０分程度で歩けるのでロケーションは良くコスパも良いので長期には適す。フロントは24時間対応だが英語が通じない時間帯もある。建物は古いが内部はリニューアル済で部屋は問題無くパティオも快適で使いかっても悪くない。但し部屋にポット、レンジやドライヤー等の備品は無いので持参または共用部分に出向く必要あり。にエレベーターが無いでスーツケースの持込は大変。

キチン施設もスタップいる時間しか使えない、タクシー呼んでもらったけど、目的地まで8ユロしか出ない距離で目的地についたら20ユロ要求され、とんでもない料金支払いした挙句目的地から100m も離れた所でおろし、急いで同じルナーゲストハウスにお客さんを向かいました。

Mixed review with overall above average. - positives: location is fantastic! Room is sizeable enough. Large bathroom. Rooms are clean when initially given. Staff generally ok. - not so positive: paper thin walls and doors so you hear EVERYTHING. Some staff speak English but most don’t. Staff at night (lady) is quite loud and smokes so you will smell it. Cleaning during your stay just means preparing the bed, replacing towels and toilet paper (no actual cleaning of anything).

Personnel très sympathique et prêt a rendre service. Chambre propre, mais literie a revoir ! Matelas très dur ! Courbatures tous les matins alors que nous ne sommes pas douillets !!! L'eau chaude vient a manquer si les douches sont trop nombreuses a l'étage. Et il y a énormément de bruit !! Le personnel parle jusqu'à 1h du matin, fort. L'hôtel est très mal insonorisé. Proximité du centre ville très appreciable. On nous a donné un chauffage pour la nuit un peu fraîche sans que nous demandions nous avons apprécié. Rapport qualité/ prix: bien.

Le personnel fut très agréable durant notre séjour. Notre avion atterrissant le matin de bonne heure, nous avons pu ensuite sans souci déposer nos bagages avant 9h le matin et profiter de notre journée. Le jour de notre départ, nous avons également pu laisser nos bagages pour profiter pleinement de notre dernière journée dans le centre de Porto. Notre chambre donnant sur cour était situé dans un environnement calme, nous n'avons pas constaté de nuisances sonores venant de l'extérieur ou provenant de nos voisins de chambre. Le matelas n'était pas très confortable, on ressent un peu les ressorts. Mais nous avons malgré tout relativement bien dormi. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Porto, sur la partie haute de la ville.

The property is clean. Internet is not functional in the rooms. You can hear everything from other rooms. The girls are very nice, with the exception of the night lady, she is rude and when people are making noise at 3 am she didn’t do anything.

I recently stayed at the Luna Guest House and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the amazing staff. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need just a short walk away, including the train stations. This made navigating the city very easy.

Tout , d'abord , la chambre que nous avions commandé avec balcon ne correspondait pas , il a fallu après avoir constaté au troisième étages, redescendre à la réception pour négocier la chambre convenue. Je lis à travers les différents avis que le personnel était souriant , ce n'ai pas l'impression que l'on a eu , hormis la personne qui était à l'accueil le jour du départ. Une couette serait plus judicieux que les vieilles couvertures d'autres temps. La nuit du 20 au 21 mai fut un cauchemar , impossible de dormir , on a eu droit à ce qui ressemblait à une dispute entre la dame de nuit et des clients. Malgré nos rappels leur discussion s'est éternisée.Sinon l'emplacement est correcte à proximité du centre. Le tarif annoncé sur le site toute taxes comprise n'a pas correspondu à ce que l'on m'a réclamé. le + le dépot de bagage avant le check in et le check out

La ubicación del alojamiento es fantástica, ya que tienes lo más importante de Oporto cerca, podrás ir caminando a cualquier parte. El personal siempre fue amable y servicial. La habitación estaba bastante bien, sencilla, pero bonita y acogedora. En general la relación calidad y precio es genial, estando en pleno centro y evidentemente teniendo en cuenta que al final la habitación es para dormir. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

La ubicación del alojamiento es fantástica, ya que tienes lo más importante de Oporto cerca, podrás ir caminando a cualquier parte. El personal siempre fue amable y servicial. La habitación estaba bastante bien, sencilla, pero bonita y acogedora. En general la relación calidad y precio es genial, estando en pleno centro y evidentemente teniendo en cuenta que al final la habitación es para dormir. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Excelente ubicación, todo está cerca y caminando. Súper limpio, solo que hay escaleras para entrar y ojo si llevas equipaje pesado. En las mañanas, a partir de las 7:30 am u 8;00 am, ya se escucha mucho ruido proveniente de la misma propiedad, no puedes dormir más allá de las 8:00am.

Le personnel fut très agréable durant notre séjour. Notre avion atterrissant le matin de bonne heure, nous avons pu ensuite sans souci déposer nos bagages avant 9h le matin et profiter de notre journée. Le jour de notre départ, nous avons également pu laisser nos bagages pour profiter pleinement de notre dernière journée dans le centre de Porto. Notre chambre donnant sur cour était situé dans un environnement calme, nous n'avons pas constaté de nuisances sonores venant de l'extérieur ou provenant de nos voisins de chambre. Le matelas n'était pas très confortable, on ressent un peu les ressorts. Mais nous avons malgré tout relativement bien dormi. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Porto, sur la partie haute de la ville.

La résidence est très bien située, à proximité du centre historique (env 5mn), de restaurants dont 1 en face - parfait - et un autre excellent - à 2mn - cuisine portugaise. La chambre était propre mais juste au Dessus de la rue et là, vraiment très bruyant. Il suffirait juste de changer la porte du balcon, celle actuelle ne sert à rien. Mais Porto est tellement belle…

They gave our room away to somebody else, and we got a different, smaller one in return with no compensations at all (had to pay the price of our original room). The front desk lady claimed there was no difference in price, however the room was smaller and with less beds making this difficult for me to believe.

I did not have internet for over 1,5 day. When I asked the staff first morning they spoke 0 English. They did help when I got back in the afternoon and new staff was there. When next needed staff they again spoke no English but we did end up understanding each other. The view was AMAZING and worth going up the many stairs.
