The hotel was small with 10 rooms on one floor of what looked like an office block. The staff were helpful and the mini bar was well stocked with soft drinks. Tea and coffee was available at no cost in the corridor. The hotel was very well located very near to the main shops bars and restaurants and was also a short walk from the beach.

The hotel was very well located and good value for money. It was very clean and well maintained, and they regularly topped up the fridge with a small selection of non alcoholic drinks (on the house). We would certainly stay at the hotel again if we went back to San Sebastian.

The AC was good, dependably cold and you could easily sleep in it. Balcony was a nice benefit and the location was solid.

I wouldn’t call this a hotel -it was more of an apartment floor with a whole bunch of rooms that had private bathrooms. Very quiet and very small. We had a good view of the city. We had a car and parking is crazy in San Sebastián - try not to bring a car! Although they do give you a discount for underground parking. No breakfast but plenty of places around to get breakfast and close to everything - city, beach, old town. Great location. Kind of hard to find but that is because your looking for a hotel not a sort of “pensione”
