It was first off respectful when staff had any form if interaction with you. It was clean and had nice towels and clean sheets and pillows. It had a fridge toaster oven microwave coffee maker and great choice of coffee both in room and at the office. Great place and people here.

Misleading advertising of availability of a restaurant and lounge; not available for months. Tv didn't function Had to change rooms because tv didn't work. Had to make 3 trips to the office 50 yards away. They (2 18-20 year old office employees on duty didn't help with the tv. Room was dirty, Bathroom fan made loud noises. Vehicle or Cab required to find meals, etc.

The first room was dirty and when we pulled back the bedsheets there was a note tucked between the sheets. When i asked for a different room I was upgraded free but the 2 men at reception went utterly silent throughout the transaction. Satisfied, but weird. The new room was dusty with cobwebs but nothing was in the bed so i just stayed there. Dead moths on the window sill in the bathroom. A dead bug beside the safe. My room key de-magnatised 3 times in 3 nights. We were able to take public transit to the football game so my partner was happy. Everyone other than the 2 men working the first night was very friendly.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, however; the bathroom wasn't as clean as it needed to be considered acceptable. The toilet had fecal residue in the bowl and on the underside of the seat. The Tub/Shower and showerhead were old and faded but clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and it was too long to be mine since I'm bald.

We were driving through Buffalo and just needed a decent & economical place to sleep so we can carry on our journey the next morning. And this Hotel was perfect for that. The building is a little old and appearance might seem outdated, but rooms were very spacious, nice and clean and check-in was super quick and easy. Overall, a very nice and decent place for a good price.

In town for a Bills game needed an affordable place to sleep for one night. Staff at check in/ check out were pleasant . Room included fridge, microwave and coffee which was a surprise . The bed was so so small. Very uncomfortable for 2. Only 2 very limp pillows. The end table draw was filled with crumbs. Checked mattress for bedbugs. Appeared to be bed bug free, there was a lot of dust and hair on the boxspring and floor beneath the bed however. The shower and bathroom in general was small but clean. The toilet was EXCEPTIONALLY low to the ground. The worst part was the used bandaid on the floor on the side of/behind the toilet. Gross!!!! AC worked well although loud. The best part, the only part that makes this motel valuable, is its close proximity to the football stadium. It also has plenty of restaurants and stores near by. When exiting the parking lot be sure to travel to the left for shopping and dining. If you go to the right you will be entering into the poorer side of town. We ventured out there to go to Dairy Queen and it did not give off safe vibes! But to the left, we went to the pancake house for breakfast the next morning and that area was comfortable.

If you’re expecting the Ritz Carlton, this won’t be for you. It’s old, outdated, but the location is great and it’s clean. The beds were about 30 years old and the chairs were from the 1970s but it did the job. I would stay there again

I booked based on positive reviews. I have to say either the reviews are fake or most people have a different view of what a decent hotel room is. Room was adequate but floor was bubbling up. The paint colors for the room and bathroom were horrid. The bed was comfortable but the outside of this hotel is tired. A guy with a broom could make a difference by cleaning up the sidewalk in front of the rooms. Won't stay here again. Way overpriced for the quality.

Location is good. Outdated. Loud. Like really loud. Thin walls. Do NOT allow them to give you a first floor room. Felt like someone in the room above us could fall through the ceiling at any time. Room above us was either moving furniture, renovating the bathroom, or setting up a Dexter like kill room from 11pm-5am. Fan/ac unit on wall doesn't work, only the 1980's wall thermostat. No way to cool down the room. Beds are uncomfortable. They give 3 pillows. Two flat ones and one regular. All are the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever gotten no sleep on. Hard pass next time we are here. Update:Second night was worse than first night. You hear EVERYTHING at this place. If you need a good location and have no interest in sleeping, this is your place. Bring your own pillows, bedding, and noise canceling headphones.

Everything was OK except the heater was very loud and whenever it ran it was extremely loud. He had to turn the TV way up and I don't know it's just I can't believe it supposed to be like that but everything else looks great.

The toilet did not flush, and ended backong up. I called the front desk the moment we saw it was not flushing and they never got back with us, the charges also exceeded what we reserved. Our checkin person was amazing, but the checkout process was horrible. There was no concern over the toilet overdlow and their lack of response to the report. Utterly disappointed

What I liked about this property was that it was extremely convenient to hop on and off the major highways, plus it was extremely clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Yes, the rooms could use some updating, and it does reflect the 'econo' aspect (very affordable), but overall it was cleaner than I've seen many other higher priced hotels, and the staff, particularly Robert at the front desk and the housekeepers, were absolutely top notch. We were there for fossiling at Penn-Dixie Fossil park, so the fact that the motel is less than 5 minutes away was a tremendous convenience. Additionally, there is a big shopping mall about 8 minutes away, with Red Lobster, Olive Garden, CVS, etc., right there. Finally, being able to park right outside made quite a difference in terms of us managing all our fossiling equipment. I saw several of the scientists involved with the Penn Dixie Fossil Park staying there as well, so that says a lot. We will stay there again.

If you’re expecting the Ritz Carlton, this won’t be for you. It’s old, outdated, but the location is great and it’s clean. The beds were about 30 years old and the chairs were from the 1970s but it did the job. I would stay there again

It was way over-priced for what you got. The room was disgusting. Luckily, I brought my own cleaning supplies - which I do no matter where I stay. I checked the bathroom as soon as entering and there were black smudges all over the place that were easily removed with regular wipes. That made me mistrust the rest of the cleaning, so I thoroughly cleaned and sprayed the room and bath with Lysol and Microban - including taking the bed apart - before settling in for the night. Also, I had to plug in and unplug the table lamp to get it to work, as the switch on the lamp did not work. The coffee was terrible tasting, even with extra cream & sugar and "breakfast" was a joke. I wouldn't stay there again, it's worth an extra 25/30 bucks to get a decent room with a pool & breakfast.

It's Friday afternoon and we have a couple of chairs on the walkway watching the motel slowly fill up when we notice the eatery across from us has vintage cars pulling in. We take all of a minute to get there and find a live band, great food and muscle cars! What a great night. After we retire to our very clean and quiet room and enjoy a good night sleep. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
