Spacious room with couch, desk, fridge and microwave made for a perfect stay. The pool was wonderfully warm during a cold weather trip. Would have been nicer if the hot tub was working, but thats ok. Room was very clean, staff friendly and professional.

Hot tub was out of order. Pool was very cloudy and seemed dirty. Sauna advertised, but they don't have one. Breakfast was lacking. Staff was nice, but the place seemed a little run down for the price.

Hot tub was broken, heated pool was not that warm, elevator was broken so we have to carry all luggage to 3rd floor, house keeping only comes every 3 days and we had a family suite and bagged all our trash and towels for pick up to get new ones and we’re not not about the rule until calling the front desk. Toilet ring in the toilet, stains all over couch and ottoman, gum and sticky stuff under both side tables

Stayed here after snowboarding with my boys. We hit some tall beers at the Outback Steakhouse next door, then kept the party going at the 24-hour indoor pool. Feel like I've never been to a hotel where the pool is actually open, so it felt like something out of a dream. Truly beautiful night. Maybe bring your own pillow though. Coffee in the morning was good too.

Had a good experience staying here even tho the dated lobby and stained carpet in the walk ways scared me at first. But my room was clean and nice and the pool was well maintained and staff is friendly

Apparent they are updating the facilities. Musty smell in our room but improved after I cleaned the AC filter. Hot tub was not working and pool was cloudy. Exercise room was extremely hot with no AC. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortable. Near several restaurant options.

The room was fair not enough light but the shower head was loose. The free breakfast was surprisingly very tasty. The staff was very friendly and polite. The elevator was out of service when I checked in but they had it fixed within the hour. Overall not disappointed

Or bed have stains so I ended up not using the blanket... There's garbage in the room from previous guest and the bathroom toilet was dirty so obviously they don't clean or change the sheets as l every after guests.. Disgusting

This property is extremely dirty. Most hallway rugs appear that they haven’t been cleaned in years. Our room had trash on the floor and a dirty sock. The only positive is that the staff were friendly, and the breakfast and coffee was good. Cleanliness is the most important to us and if i didn’t have so many in our group we would have left and stayed somewhere else.

The hotel rooms are somewhat remodeled even though I could not use the fridge because it was moldy.the hallways are disgusting:,the carpets are the most dirty carpets I have seen and the elevator terrible .The lobby is not exception :ugly furniture and decoration .We stayed on a Saturday and it was pricey .In my opinion this hotel should cost $50 a night ,no more .They charge because of the amenities of the area and the fact that is close to Blue Ridge Parkway.

The hotel was fine for my needs, which was a clean comfortable bed for the night. I have to agree with other reviews that the carpet in the hallways is very dirty and looks like no one has ever tried to get out any of the spots. The room was clean but very stark with an overall gray decor. There was no overhead or nearby lighting for the table in my suite, making it dim for eating and impossible for doing any work there. Breakfast was so so but I didn’t use any other amenities.

Ceiling is rotted upon entry into lobby and looks like it is going to cave in. In the room bathroom tile grout was missing in some parts and coming apart in others making floor unsafe. The cable television signal dropped in and out the whole time we were in the room. Not a good experience.

Wanted to put a huge shout out to Sandra Pendleton for being extremely helpful. We left an important piece of our luggage back, and Sandra was wonderful and went out of her way to ship it back to us all intact for our next trip. All the staff at this property were very kind and courteous.

There simply aren’t enough nice things to say about the fabulous staff here. We had stayed a couple of days before Christmas and they had had a little Santa in the room stating that my children had found Santa so they could come pick wrapped gifts from the lobby. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was lovely and again the staff just makes the place.

It was all good. Would definitely stay here again. Warm, friendly welcome. Comfortable beds with fresh crisp linens. Breakfast was the best! A big plus - just minutes away from the entrance to Shenandoah State Park. If you like Oriental Food, dine at Silk Road across the road. Deelish food and great service. Waitress was the best.

It was a good room really nice except for the shower. Then you are supposed to het breakfast till 10am you down about 930 & they are out of the hot food & not fixing anymore. If yiu are offering breakfast then you need to make sure you have enough for the whole time & for the amount of people staying.
