We had such a great time at this condo!! Absolutely beautiful with spectacular views of the ocean. This resort has soo many amazing amenities, you can't go wrong. Only complaint I have is that I wish I booked more nights. Ohh well..... something to look forward to the future

This is the only condo I would stay at in Rocky Point. It is clean and simple and the ambience is beautiful. It has excellent access from parking garage elevator to the room and beach. It has all amenities, loved it had a Keurig, washer (didn’t use) a dryer for towels and even an iron for last minute touch ups. Very pleasant stay.

View was beautiful along with the condo. Bed super comfy. Unfortunately the pull out bed in the sofa sleeper was slanted and not super usable so we just slept on the couch. Management turned off the refrigerator and internet ( no fault of the owner) I had to go to concierge to have them fix it. They were supposed to text me when they figured out the issue. With the fridge not working it took 4 plus hours to get our food/drinks even slightly cool.Then our cards quit working so I again had to go downstairs to fix that. Note the phone didn't work in the room this so many trips to get stuff running. Again no fault of the owner. I have stayed at this property many times and I know sometimes it just doesn't go smooth. Lastly leaving I went to the front desk to get a cart to our room to pack our things( you can't just get one yourself) worker with the go carts and cart for luggage said he would be right up after getting my room number but NEVER showed up.No biggie. I may stay at this condo again but my first of 2 day stay was a bit of a hassle.Owner may want to tell management to leave fridge and internet on even if there is no guest prior to your stay. Probably the best condo we have stayed in Las Palomas. The interior is pristine and upgraded to a modern interior. Equipped with Ice maker, filtered water system, margarita making blender, coffee machine, Keurig, and laundry machines, the stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The only slightly not the most comfortable thing would be the pullout couch’s mattress for my teen boy who is getting older and noticing more details. Overall, I give 5/5 stars. Check in process took long at the front desk due to internet outrage but the check in process with the provider was super easy and prompt. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Wow, we had a blast during our first trip from Phoenix to Puerto Penasco, MX. It was a pleasant desert drive and when we arrived the staff at Phase 2 at Las Palomas were very professional and welcoming. I have a large dually pickup with a long bed and was still able to find a convenient parking space near the elevator of our building. Another convenience was that this property is the closest to the elevator as well, but we never heard a sound from outside our door. The elevator also went to the bottom parking garage level where you could easily get to the pool/beach. The property itself was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The balcony had a table and chairs and there was another comfortable sitting area were we spent lots of time enjoying the beautiful views of the pool, beach and the city waterfront in the distance. The beds were very relaxing and the bathrooms were very clean with great water pressure. The kitchen again was very clean and it had all the equipment needed to cook and eat but you might need to provide spices and condiments depending on your needs. Salt and pepper was provided. The pool with lazy river was wonderful and the beach and Sea of Cortez were delightful! We will definitely return to Puerto Penasco, Las Palomas and this lovely property!

Booking, communication and check in (and out) were a breeze. The condo was well decorated and stocked. The bed was a little more firm than our liking but we managed. The condo location within the resort and views were perfect for our much needed break. Enjoyed the pool drinks (2x1 happy hour 4-5pm) and the guava empanadas at the onsite coffee shop.

Everything went so smoothly. The place was kept very clean. Beautiful view and easy access to the parking garage, pool and beach. The whole area of the resort was spotless. The people who worked there were so kind and helpful. The food was definitely better in town! But not terrible! Overall im impressed!!

I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO rental! The apartment itself is so cute, so well decorated, clean, and legitimately has everything you need to cook. It has a beautiful view of the pools/ocean and quick easy access to stairs/elevator. We will absolutely be booking this spot again!

Everything in the condo was as described, it's even better than the photos. Two spacious rooms, two bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Nice outdoor patio space with large dinner table, TV and lounge space. The view was great, and we listened to live music two nights from our patio. Owner is accessible and responsive. Can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, the AC kept the room nice and cool, and the bed was super comfortable. The shower had great hot water and we had fresh clean towels every day, with housekeeping taking great care of us. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the sunsets from the property were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice condo. Just had major issues with the fridge after checking in, which killed our entire first night. The hotel maintenance was not properly fixing the fridge and communicating with the property manager wasn’t much help under the circumstances.

Probably the best condo we have stayed in Las Palomas. The interior is pristine and upgraded to a modern interior. Equipped with Ice maker, filtered water system, margarita making blender, coffee machine, Keurig, and laundry machines, the stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The only slightly not the most comfortable thing would be the pullout couch’s mattress for my teen boy who is getting older and noticing more details. Overall, I give 5/5 stars. Check in process took long at the front desk due to internet outrage but the check in process with the provider was super easy and prompt. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Wow, we had a blast during our first trip from Phoenix to Puerto Penasco, MX. It was a pleasant desert drive and when we arrived the staff at Phase 2 at Las Palomas were very professional and welcoming. I have a large dually pickup with a long bed and was still able to find a convenient parking space near the elevator of our building. Another convenience was that this property is the closest to the elevator as well, but we never heard a sound from outside our door. The elevator also went to the bottom parking garage level where you could easily get to the pool/beach. The property itself was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The balcony had a table and chairs and there was another comfortable sitting area were we spent lots of time enjoying the beautiful views of the pool, beach and the city waterfront in the distance. The beds were very relaxing and the bathrooms were very clean with great water pressure. The kitchen again was very clean and it had all the equipment needed to cook and eat but you might need to provide spices and condiments depending on your needs. Salt and pepper was provided. The pool with lazy river was wonderful and the beach and Sea of Cortez were delightful! We will definitely return to Puerto Penasco, Las Palomas and this lovely property!

Booking, communication and check in (and out) were a breeze. The condo was well decorated and stocked. The bed was a little more firm than our liking but we managed. The condo location within the resort and views were perfect for our much needed break. Enjoyed the pool drinks (2x1 happy hour 4-5pm) and the guava empanadas at the onsite coffee shop.

This is the only condo I would stay at in Rocky Point. It is clean and simple and the ambience is beautiful. It has excellent access from parking garage elevator to the room and beach. It has all amenities, loved it had a Keurig, washer (didn’t use) a dryer for towels and even an iron for last minute touch ups. Very pleasant stay.

We were excited to escape the AZ heat and enjoys the salty sea! The property exceeded our expectations! The spacious condo was perfect in location, the amenities provided met all our needs. Sleeping arrangements were so comfortable and waking up to the sun rising and enjoying coffee on the balcony was the perfect way to start each day. We would definitely book a stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, the AC kept the room nice and cool, and the bed was super comfortable. The shower had great hot water and we had fresh clean towels every day, with housekeeping taking great care of us. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the sunsets from the property were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. We would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO rental! The apartment itself is so cute, so well decorated, clean, and legitimately has everything you need to cook. It has a beautiful view of the pools/ocean and quick easy access to stairs/elevator. We will absolutely be booking this spot again!

If you have little ones do not hesitate to bring them, very family friendly. We were placed in phase 1 and a lot of families didn’t get a chance to check out phase 2 but 1 is most definitely family friendly. We all enjoyed ourselves my one and 6 year old loved it! We will definitely be making it our yearly trip at this resort
