The whole building smelled of beans cooking. , The Jet tub didn’t work, no chair for the desk, dead bolt on door and door safety latch missing or didn’t work, painted over food or spit on wall above desk. Had to prop ironing board up against door just to feel semi-safe. No, never ever again.

They are in the middle of a remodel so that’s cool, everything was fine for our stay. No issues

New ownership is amazing and very friendly! You can tell they care about people. And working hard to flip this hotel! It’s already looking amazing!

Working man's hotel, no frills and quiet; exactly how we like it. Near both the Indy airport and the Speedway. Walking distance to multiple fast-food joints. Easy access to Interstate 65 and 465 (Indy loop).

Building is being renovated; that said the room was clean and the bed / pillows were comfortable. Would stay here again.

The place was fine i have stayed there three years in a row for business looks like they painted a bit. I apparently booked my room as pay at the property by accident through hotels.com i never do this i py in advance so i can get a receipt emailed to me right away for my exense report. When i went to check out this morning there was NO ONE at the front desk. There was a phone number to call which i thought would bring someone up front but there were somewhere else apparently. They said they would email it to me. That was at 8 this morning i called at noon because i hadnt received it and was told the new owner had to do it. I called again at 3 and the same story. The owner hasnt called me back yet but youll get the receipt. Im sorry but i travel a lot for business and i have never had a problem like this. Its ridiculous first that there apparently was no staff in the hotel at 8 in the morning and that ONlY the absent owner could print a receipt? Thats bs! I better get it or i will be contacting hotels.com i wont stay here next year...i dont need the hassle!

The hotel was undergoing a remodel, so the lobby was stacked with boxes of supplies and the painting of the walls was not finished. No one was at the front desk when I attempted to check in. My room was showing signs of wear. Several tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked; the rug was worn. Given all this, the price was very reasonable.

It was very quiet…. Jacuzzi worked amazing and was very clean bed was comfortable

The hotel is fully remodeled and very clean. Karen is very passionate about her guests and makes sure that they are happy. The prices are very reasonable and close to everything

Good place to stay--friendly owner, clean room, comfortable beds. There are a number of remodeling projects underway, but none of the work caused any concerns with noise of mess. No breakfast available, but a great pancake house within easy waling distance.

Front staff was grumpy but helpful to allow early check-in. However, in my first floor room, I found the window broken in numerous places with clear tape over breakage. Windows were screwed shut. Front desk not staffed by this time . They leave a number for you to call. I asked for a room change. Staff rudely asked why. She said all hotel windows were screwed/bolted shut and they were working on replacing the window.This leaves no fire egress. Is this up to code? She did not change my room. Hotel felt a bit creepy. I never saw a person at the front desk again during my stay. Room was ok clean. Bed linens scratchy and towels were thin. I will not stay there again.

The only thing that was not good, our neighbors were very loud. They kept us up

Noise from other guests in their rooms and in the hall was a problem. Also, we booked the hotel in part because the website said they were pet friendly. At check in, there was a big sign that said “No Pets”. However, the manager allowed us to stay with our dog for $10 extra per the website.

Property owner was courteous and professional.my room was equipped with everything I needed also very clean.i would stay there again.

We were a late arrival, and when we got there at 11 pm, they told us they were overbooked, and that Expedia was supposed to have contacted us. We did not receive any notification. So at almost midnight, with my elderly parents in tow, we were scrambling to find accommodations near this small town. Ended up driving into Indianapolis, and overpaying for a room. We will not be staying at the hotel, or using Expedia for arrangements going forward.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever seen in the price range, and the staff was so nice!!! Highly recommended!!!

I booked this hotel one year ago to stay for my son’s college commencement. They told me they couldn’t honor my reservation one day before the reservation. It was a nightmare. Fortunately, Expedia found a much better hotel for us at no extra cost.

I had a business trip that required an overnight stay. I didn't want to pay much, but wanted a place that cared about its guests. After looking at the pictures and the reviews, it was a no-brainer. It was perfect for what I needed. The only downfall they do not offer any breakfast in the morning. However, there is coffee 24/7 available. Should my travels bring me back to Mooresville, I will be staying at here!

The person who runs it lives on the property. You have to call a number and wait for the guy to come out to get checked in or out. There is no breakfast or coffee. For the price I guess it was ok but prolly won’t stay there again.
