We had a fantastic stay at Mar y Suenos Suites! Very villa like feel. Not fancy but very comfortable and very clean. Went to sleep listening to the waves every night. Sabrina was a super communicative and helpful before and during our stay. It is a little bit of an uphill walk on cobblestone streets from town. We opted to rent a golf cart (which Sabrina set us up with) for a few days. The pool is small but perfect for a cooling off dip and float. The rooftop view is beautiful. We had a wonderful week there.

This hotel is a small boutique hotel in an amazing area and literally steps to the beach! The room is small, clean and has access to a rooftop with the most incredible views. The pool isn’t huge so we didn’t really use it, but otherwise, super nice!

What a lovely place! We really enjoyed our stay. A little North of the busy downtown, easily walkable (but better and more fun with a golf cart!), clean and quiet. There were always beach chairs and an umbrella for us to take to the beach, daily room cleaning, and any questions were quickly addressed by the manager (we used WhatsApp to communicate once we arrived in Mexico). Thank you for a great stay in Sayulita!

Beautiful property surrounded by trees with partial sea view from top units. Enjoyed bird watching! Better view from roof terrace. Spacious and well laid out. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Pool is small and a little too cool. Hot tub will be heated when you ask for it. Quiet part of town except for birds and roosters. Manager Sabrina was very helpful, great communication. They offer beach chairs, umbrellas and even bicycles. Walking distance to town and 5 minutes to the beach and several restaurants and shops. Would love to come back!

Very nice rooms, kept very clean. Nice to have bottled water in room. Pools were small, top pool was more like a fountain. Beach is super walkable and its pretty quiet.

We only stayed for one night but would’ve easily stayed longer. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the center of Sayulita and nestled in a developing area. We stayed in a deluxe suite and I appreciated the kitchenette area (microwave, induction burner with pan, sink, fridge, utensils, etc). It was roomy, clean, and comfortable. A/C and ceiling fan worked great and we took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. Staff was able to check us in early and we loved the cat (Luna) who kept us company at the pool & jacuzzi. Ha!

Our room was beautiful. It is very traditional in design which was very nice. We loved sitting on the patio, checking out the birds and the wildlife. We would love to return to this place in the future.

We stayed in a deluxe suite and I appreciated the kitchenette area (microwave, induction burner with pan, sink, fridge, utensils, etc). It was roomy, clean, and comfortable. A/C and ceiling fan worked great and we took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. Staff was able to check us in early and we loved the cat (Luna) who kept us company at the pool & jacuzzi. Ha!

Sabrina the manager is wonderful. She set up transportation from airport to Sayulita . This was really helpful since this was a first time visiting . The guest hoise is nestled on a hillside so there’s a good amount of walking on cobblestone & dirt to get to the restaurants and to the main square. If you don’t like to walk, you’ll need to rent a golf Cart.

This is good property with walking distance to beach. However, It is not ideal for people with disabilities as you have to take a few steps to the first floor and then walk down a street that is relatively steep. They were great with communication. If you need to purchase grocery just ask staff and they will assist. Restaurants were located about 10 minutes away.

We had to extend our stay because we were so comfortable at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to whoever wants to come to the hustle and bustle, but then end up at a quiet area when you’re ready to rest.
