We liked our stay the room had small kitchen and small den. Well thought of in terms of space. Beds are confy, hotel feels renovated and we enjoyed our stay. It is close to everything. Would recommend. Only downside is cost of indoor parking it was around 30 euros one night.

建物そのものは古いですが、内装や設備は新しく清潔です。人が２人ギリギリ収まるサイズですが、エレベーターがあるので、荷物を運ぶ際とても便利でした。ホテルの方もとても親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださいます。マイナスポイントを強いて挙げるとすれば、ラウンジの狭さです。小さめのサイドテーブルくらいの大きさのテーブルが4〜5個備え付けてありますが、６人くらいで実際、一人でお茶をしていたところ、６人組がやってきて夕食会を始めたのですが、居場所がなくなり押し出される形で退室しました。しかし設備としては、コーヒーメーカーやレンジもあるし、とても使い勝手がよかったです。

Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Property was clean with a self access Cafe perfect to grab a cup of coffee or tea. There is only street parking which is a premium. You’ll have to look for garage parking about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

The location was excellent. Very quick walk to Ban Jelacic square, and right next to several tram stops to easy access to the rest of the city. The hotel was beautiful with option for breakfast in the hotel lounge or in room (for a small fee). The elevator was a nice surprise for luggage too.

The two young ladies in the receipt counter were very friendly and helpful. One is called Ivana and the other who I did not remember the name. Cleaning crew are nice and it is very convenient to have a breakfast lounge that provides microwave and coffee 24/7. The property condition is aged and has cigarettes smell. It is located at the edge of old town.

Nice upscale hotel 5-10 minutes walk from the edge of the old city. Friendly and helpful staff with good English. Modern. Comfy bed and good sized room for Europe. Also included work desk and coffee and tea facilities. Modern bathroom with nice big rain shower. Didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on it

Loved our stay here. We booked a suite with a queen bed and the room and living room were beautifully decorated, modern and clean. Bathroom was new and the shower was strong and hot. We loved the bed and bedding wished we had stayed here earlier in our trip.

We had a fast and smooth check-in. The bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. The location is excellent—very central—and we walked to all the major museums. The room was spotlessly clean, and everything a guest might need was thoughtfully provided, including plenty of drawers and storage space. There was also a lovely welcome gesture waiting for us in the room, which made us feel truly special. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed at the Manda Heritage hotel (Suite) for two nights in June 2025. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very large, well-appointed and clean, with everything we needed. Surprisingly, it was also very quiet, even though we stayed over the weekend. The hotel is located a short walk away from the center, but far enough away from the noise. The hotel personnel were also lovely and very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out. We would stay here again!

The Staff was friendly and helpful and I have nothing negative to say about out stay there. Transportation arund town via the tram is very good and cheap. It just didn't work out well for me. I needed to use #4 and that particular tram proved to be very unreliable during the time that I was there.

The Manda Hotel is located very close to the main square. We would definitely stay here again because of its great location to restaurants, cafes, bars and the market. We purchased pastries in the morning to have with our coffee/tea. The staff were extremely helpful recommending restaurants etc. everything was so close we didn’t need to use the tram. We were able to walk easily to all the attractions we wanted to visit and found some interesting places we didn’t know about. Don’t worry about the stairs there are other streets to go on which are more accessible if you need to. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful wherever we went. Thank you Manda Hotel and Zagreb citizens! 🇨🇦 Go to Purger restaurant and also go to Struklis 😋

We were treated exceptionally well,everything we asked for was happily granted in every way.the luggage locks on my suitcase would not open so the manager went to the hardware store and bought bolt cutters to open the locks!The staff there catered to our every needs.thank you so much for everything and we’ll see you again soon

Rummet var rent, bra städat och visade sig precis som bilderna. Hotellet ligger på bra läge till allt vi behövde. Bra service men var ovant att det inte fanns frukostbuffé. Man får beställa vilken typ av frukost man önskar sig och till rummet eller frukostrummet.

A perfect hotel for our stay in Zagreb. Was walkable to just about everything and, if not, the tram is easy to hop on and off. The breakfast was delivered to our room and had enough food for breakfast and lunch if you wanted to keep some for later. The staff was very friendly. Comfortable accommodations. We did not have a car with us, but I believe parking would be a problem if you did. There are spaces directly in front of the hotel but they were always full. Highly recommend staying here if your travels take you to zagreb.
