Staff great , tv not working , shower faucet broken , clock not working in the fitness center , window shade ripped, poor selection of breakfast items , property very tired .

The room was not as clean as it could be. There was a big stain on the carpet and hair in the bathroom that was not mine. The window did not close all the way which was a problem from is due it being cold outside We had to block it with a towel

The staff were exceptionally friendly, room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Will go back there when visiting again.
