Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana ‐ Adults Only ‐ All Inclusive

Great hotel with great amenities and spectacular beach. Our room was a master suite and exceeded expectations. Hotel is very modern and very well maintained. Lots of options to eat, drink, enjoy the beach and pool area. Staff was extremely attentive and we were very well taken care of. Im not an all inclusive fan and was concern about being too crowded and finding activities that personally dont enjoy common in this type of hotels but was not the case. Everything was spacious, clean, organized and allowed you to enjoy quietly and peacefully

This was my second time staying here, and honestly, it was even better than the first. I had such a great experience from start to finish. A huge shoutout to the housekeeping staff, especially the lady who cleaned my room — she was absolutely amazing. Every single day, my room was left spotless, smelling fresh and wonderful, and the bed was always perfectly made. Every time I came back from the beach, someone had already come by to clean and organize everything, which I truly appreciated. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Also, Axel at the front desk was so helpful and informative. He made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I had requested an early check-in, and they were kind enough to check me in at 11 AM instead of 3 PM, which was a huge plus since we had a very early flight and arrived at the hotel around 9 AM. The amenities were 10/10, the food was delicious, and I honestly have no complaints at all. One thing I especially loved was how they had so many food and alcoholic drink events by the pool throughout the day — it made everything so convenient when relaxing poolside because you could just grab something and head right back to your spot. Overall, I had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
