We spent 4 nights at 1 bd apt. Bed was very comfy with memory foam pillows. Super clean. I loved the balcony with partial view to the ocean. Buffet breakfast included with lots of options. Overall the hotel is very well maintained, the pool area is sorrounded by beautiful gardens and ping pong table. Personnel is very atentive and lot of security. They have a beach bar crossing the street. A plus for us is that the property has kitties that are very friendly and willing to be pet!

I travel to the country often and am very particular of where I stay. I stayed here for a group event which was off site and the host suggested we stay here. Parking was easy breakfast was great which was included, bar area and staff clean and fun and friendly, pool was inviting, room was great we got a 2 bedroom villa 2 bath kitchen outdoor terrace fantastic and so was the price.

Staff was amazing. The 2 floor rooms DOES NOT have elevator, but the AMAZING STAFF , HELPED US with our luggage. We rented 1 bedroom apt, and another 2 bedrooms apartment. Both were great. Super Clean, Super confortable, A/C was great. Included breakfast buffet was GREAT. WE WILL RETURN FOR SURE.

Hotel Alisei is quaint and charming. No frills but everything you need. Very clean property throughout. Cute pool, excellent spa and massage. Lovely beach right across the little street with a nice bar and food. The staff is attentive and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Very good complimentary breakfast, too. Conveniently located to other points of interest. Highly recommend Hotel Alisei if you’re in Las Terrenas.

The service was good, but the cleaness and bugs control not that good as expected. The fridge was not working, the quality of the sheets not so good. The bed was just ok. We noticed mosquitoes always, and saw two small cockroachs. The space is ok but they need to improve.

+ mysigt hotell med närhet till strand, restauranger och en liten butik. + trevlig personal + skönt att man fick använda stolarna vid stranden. + fri tillgång till dricksvatten. + trevligt spa - myror på rummet - lyhört - luktar kattkiss vid poolen - stranden precis vid hotellet är tyvärr inte så härlig som man kanske önskar. The staff and the grounds and our condo were far above average. We felt that, compared to nearby hotels where we have stayed in past years, Alisei offered a better experience for the money. Our condo had some repairs that were needed but it didn't detract from our experience. We felt safe, happy, satisfied and well taken care of. Note that at the time of our visit the guests were mostly retirees or families with young children.

Great location in Las Terrenas. My girlfriend and I were able to walk into town every night for dinner and go across the street to watch the sunset. The room was perfect size and clean. I'll come back here when I come to Las Terrenas again.

Overall we loved our stay. The downside is the bedding duvet was uncomfortably scratchy and the apartment could use some updates. I don’t mind things being old but the kitchen counter was quite stained, the sofa/twin bed cushion had a cigarette burn and there were little things throughout that if updated would make the unit much nicer. Also, it was stated that there’s daily housekeeping but our second of three nights they only put a couple towels in the unit and did not take the dirty towels or make the beds or clean in any way. Other than that we found the property lovely and most of the staff great. It was a nice oasis and we’d be happy to stay again.

I stayed at a studio and it was on 4th floor. Privacy was a major issue. I could hear everything from the room below me (there is a communicating door at the stairs) and assume they could thus also hear me. Alisei is a great location but so so for hotel comfort. Breakfast was good.

We were impressed with this hotel. Booked last minute. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Contacted me after my departure about something that was forgotten in the room. Hotel is a walkable and safe distance to go out at night also to different beaches. We had breakfast included everything was good. Will be returning!

We truly appreciate the fine services received at Alisei. The beach and pool were great, the food selection at the restaurant was quite good. Above all the staff went out of their way to accommodate and serve. They even jump started our car at no charge, when we were about to leave. What could have been the worst moment of the trip turned out to be a very satisfactory experience. We'll surely be back.

What amazing place for family vacations. Quite and so so clean. The beach right in front of hotel is not the best(rocks etc) BUT there are KMs of beach all around you can walk to. I loved it and will come back for sure!

The staff was incredible and the property was well kept . Breakfast had lots of variety. The pool was well maintained. The beach I front is full of rocks and algae so you have to walk down the shore 5 minutes to find a better spot. They also started construction very early waking us up way too early . Overall satisfied with the stay!

The hotel was very beautiful. The top floor studio was outstanding for the price. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful. The hotel is located in Las Terrenas, a beautiful place with pristine beaches. The only draw back is noisy motor scooters running day and night.

As a frequent visitor to Las Terrenas, I've managed to enjoy many Airbnb, Townhomes and Hotels. I don't know how Hotel Alisei missed my radar but I have found a new home. My mid September 2025 stay was such a pleasant surprise. So often in some of these stays the water pressure and temps vary, the A/C falls short of spotty electric service. Hotel Alisei never disappointed. Even better.... is the Hotel Staff. The attached and affiliated resturaunt breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. When staying in Las Terrenas, I will be at Hotel Alisei and anytime I am asked for a stay recommendation from friends or family, recommending the same!

The stay was nice! The people were very helpful and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and quiet. I usually try to stay in an all-inclusive resort when I travel, but am happy to have breakfast as an option. I think the restaurant staff is excellent. I just wish the food options were greater. The food is okay, but I did venture out to another restaurant while I was there. Italian close by and it was okay.

Que dire, alors on vous fait comprendre que vous allez dans un all inclusive mais pas du tout, Tout se paie sauf le petit dej qui est bon par contre. Si vous aimez l’aventure il y a des cafards dans la cuisines et les chambres. Presque la totalité des employer ne parle pas anglais. Optez plutôt pour les magasin locaux pas trop chère car le resto de l’hôtel qui n’ai pas top à manger vous coûtera pour seulement 2 petit plat 2100 Pesos sois 30€ facile. Appart sa la piscine est agréable mais les photo ne reflète pas la réalité, idem pour la plage qui est devant l’eau est totalement marron avec des petit bateau, il faut donc marcher plus loin pour avoir de belle plages. On peut y passer un bon moment si on ce renseigne bien avant et qu’on loue un quad.
