They need a better system for the bracelets and making reservations in the app. My husbands bracelet fell off in the ocean because his and mine were missing a clasp to hold it on. I recommend getting a room key or they charge you $150 for losing it. The restaurant app worked randomly so we had to contact the concierge in order to book a meal. Other than that, the place was a great experience.

Great hotel for kids, lots of activities and fun things to do for them including the Nickelodeon waterpark, but the food is horrible. Most of the food was non-edible and the drinks are extremely watered down.

This is an old resort. We had the swim up room. The water was extremely cold to get into. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. It was fun for the kids but not too much for the adults.
