We had a great vacation! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They offered halal food which was a major plus for us to be able to enjoy all of the menu items offered with halal meat. The property has plenty to do from multiple pools, multiple water slides, and the beach. The kids didn’t want to leave. Hope to be back next time!

Everything was a 10 out of 10. Very clean, very demure, very comfy, and very family friendly. The staff was so professional and attentive. From concierge, bell boys, front desk, waiters/waitresses, chefs, bartenders, and housekeeping, everything was top shelf. Shout to Griselda. My housekeeper cleaned my room spotless daily. I will definitely be back and recommend this property to others. -Marica

The only downside we had were the employees from Hyatt that try to convince you to go to a 90 minute presentation about other Hyatt properties in order to sell you another vacation. They were not honest and were very misleading.

Our room was very clean, but the standout asset of the resort is its exceptional staff. Our housekeeper and Jean at the lobby bar are phenomenal employees! They made us feel so welcome and always pleasant and smiling when they see you.
