The room wasnt good. There were no chairs except outside. The toilets didnt work most of the time. There was the smell of sewage outside the whole time, especially after a rain. Their holiday club lied about everything and refused to honor any of their promises. The towels were changed every day but they were threadbare and torn. The beach wasnt cleaned for garbage and seaweed. The only decent thing were the regular staff. They were extemely friendly. Would not recommend Princess for anything

Service was good, buffet was good I recommend trying the other restaurants . Could use more cleaning in rooms . I found strands of hair in my pillows.

Room was clean. Food was ok, not great. Pool area activities ok, have had better. NOTE: Do not accept offer to go to Bavaro Grand for a "Free Breakfast and/or Free anything" The travel packages they offer is NOT what they seem! Don't say I didn't warn you! They won't let you cancel!
